"A nice relaxed place. Good service and an intimidating selection of spirits, particularly bourbon (big surprise). We had a couple smoked bourbon s and whiskeys. My tri-tip with chimmichurri was perfect. Others had sandwiches and other entrees I wasn't privy to due to my face being busy with delicious mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. Those seem a little bit of an afterthought. The flavors were great, but the sprouts were unevenly cooked, ranging from succulent to tough and undercooked. A fine time was had by all."
"Pleasantly surprised!!! Definitely a "bar". But we Stopped at 330 on a Saturday and felt slightly out of Place with our stroller and what appeared to be a lot of "regulars" but everyone was friendly and bartender/server/flat top grill master was amazing. Great prices and the burgers are all made on the flat top behind the bar. Super good. She split our burger for us. Was quite a nice stop"
"Great food, spacious and wait staff (especially Bekah) that is friendly and attentive. Had shrimp tacos that exceeded my expectations. Pico de Gallo was fresh and the serving size ample. Drinks were tasty also."
"Went to find a late night place to eat after arriving in town and this place surely hit the spot. Our waitress was quick to take our orders and food came out pretty quick. It wasn't too busy even though a game had just ended. You can really go wrong with burgers and fries though!"
"Juicy Lucy's and beer?? What could be better?? Went here after work and had great service and even better food. I had the guys big bite and it sure was big, enough food for my lunch and dinner... lolWe got some flaming hot cheese curds and they were really good, not too hot and a lot of flavor. Would definitely come here again, plenty of drinks on the menu and a very fun atmosphere."
"I've driven by this place several times when in town and I thought TODAY is the day!! SO glad I stopped. For a Thursday at lunchtime, it is a popular restaurant, with all the booths that line the windows full, and starting to set at tables. Chips and salsa seem freshly made and are very good. The choriqueso rivaled what we had in Nueva Vallarta Mexico, which we have searched for with no success in the US. (One place in Ohio, I swear, used Velveeta.) Ugh.The Camerones Texacana were large, sweet and perfect. The bacon wrapped around them was not too thin, perfectly smoky, and spice was just right and not too hot. Service was cheerful and not hovering. Very good. They really hustled to take care of everyone."
"Can you be a hidden gem if you've been named best sandwich shop in Rochester the last 2 years?Townies has that "hidden gem" feel to it. It is tucked away in the clubhouse of the Soldier's Field golf course - not a place you stumble across, rather a place you intend to get to. And people should intend to get here. The bartender, who took my order, was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I sat and watched him greet folks and introducing new customers to the restaurant. He makes a great first impression. I ordered the All-American, a steak sandwich with onions, bacon and American cheese. Nice lean meat and the cook let the American cheese melt through the steak rather than rush it out. The fries were good and served with malt vinegar. The roll is on the crunchy side rather than a soft roll but it totally works. Keep in mind that Townies is a bar. The ambiance isn't romantic but friendly and fun. They offer paper and electronic pull tabs, a pool table and plenty of TVs to enjoy whatever game is on tap."
"The food is great, never a bad meal here. The hours are great and you can't beat the service. Our server was handling over 4 tables and we never had to ask for refills. The ambiance gives the old dinner feel."
"It was an open environment with good food and a TouchTunes machine so rock out and have a drink.Enjoy."
"En route from Minot to Minneapolis, for some reason, despite my starving wife suggesting a stop in Fargo, I drove on... Perhaps subconsciously I just wanted to come back here after our visit last week. That sounds better than I ignored her pleas for food, right? We pulled into a large parking lot & walked in at 830pm, hoping the kitchen wouldn't close early, and were seated right away on the bar side. My wife ordered the ahi tuna sandwich that I'd had the previous visit and the featured sour beer. I ordered the special Salmon Crostini & THANKFULLY the server explained it was pretty small, so, I added 3 fish tacos & finished with a Bent Paddle Christmas Cookie Cream Ale.The fish (perch) tacos were larger fillets than expected and we certainly didn't leave hungry or dissatisfied. In summary: easy to get to, immediate seating, great food that came up fast, good service & the price was right at $70 for with 3 beers, an app & 2 mains. In the end, they saved my marriage & it looked like I had a plan from the start."

Dropped in Saturday night for live music... the Nuisance show but thoroughly enjoyed hearing Dead By 50 and Leaving Hope as well!! Acoustics were great! Parking was easy w a big lot. A friend I sat w ordered a diet coke and water "I'll tip you well, just keep them coming." I thought it was great that the server brought her out a drink of each and a carafe of pop! She continually popped by often all night refilling the water! The door fella was friendly when I paid the cover charge. Jersey's is well spread out. The thing I appreciated MOST and wish all the everywhere's would do was the handicap bathroom tp dispenser location!!! It was well above the toilet, but definitely reachable. Nothing worse than the ones right inline w the toilet! This alone deserves an extra star! The servers were really friendly, I had two ask if I wanted a drink and if they could bring me a menu? I said it was past my bedtime so no need to keep checking back, I was good. Thanks Jersey's for a really fun night of local live music and great service!

My wife and I were out for our weekly new restaurant Saturday lunch and we decided on Mi Pueble. What a hidden gem, stuck in a strip mall in an old bank site I believe. We entered the establishment and it reminded us of a Mexican restaurant in Mexico, it just needed the horizontal space air conditioner attached to the wall. Our server approached us and asked what I wanted to drink, as he had a handful of a basket of chips and a jar of salsa. Nice touch. I ordered a big Pacifico, reminiscent of Mazatlan.I ordered the fish platter with fish, shrimp scallops, the whole shebang. I think it is called the seafood alambres, It was delicious and came with a perfect guacamole salad with rice and bans and some tortillas. Everything was cooked perfectly, maybe a little "Minnesota" spicy, since there was hardly any spiciness to anything. It would be nice if you could order heat level.I ordered a Large Pacifico. My wife got the shredded chicken and shredded beef tacos. They were wonderful as well and my wife made homemade tacos for me with all the fixings. We had a big box of leftovers to bring home.Service was amazing and family friendly. Great place.

Been here two days in a row to get the same exact meal. The smoked wings are smoky and crispy. Smoked and then flash fried. Love the dry rub as it has a bit of a bite to it also.Great service and don't forget about the tequila old fashion!!! Yep worth it

So, nothing has changed since my review in 2015. We still love the Honey Bacon Cheese Curds. The Bacon Bourbon Burger is still the Number 1 choice for me. The service is still great. They have TV screens all over, so you will find sports fans there. You will ignore them once the food comes out. I've had the Patty Melt here, and it's wonderful, as you might expect.I vacillate between regular fries and waffle fries, depending upon my mood. You can't go wrong with either choice.

I've always wanted to stop by to visit this place. It's right off of HWY 52 in Cannon Falls. I stopped for lunch last week. Their lunch special is $7.95, which includes TWO entrees, plus rice & beans. A side of chips & refried black beans are also included. By the time tax was added, the total bill ended up being $8.50! This was a terrific deal for the amount of food provided. There are many options available for the lunch specials. The service was great. For as fast as the food came out, the quality was great. The food was all hot as well. I look forward to visiting again to trying out more of the menu! There's a huge parking lot. Room for truck/trailer and semi parking.

"Went to Patrick's on 3rd after reading other yelp reviews, and we were also in town for the MNMakerFair at the fairgrounds. We sat in the bar area and the bartender told us about some beers that we had questions on and then he said go ahead and sit at a table I'll come to you. I love it when the bartenders can come out from behind the bar! We ordered the guinness battered fish taco's and the wings. The taco's were delicious and the fish was crunchy, loved the sauce that they put on them. We ordered a dry rub wing and they came out hot and delicious. There is nothing worse than when your food is up and it sits under that heat lamp, so glad to say these were hot! The place was lively with local folks and you can tell this is a local hangout. John the bartender was friendly and came back several times to take our drink orders, we had the surly "damian" which was delicious. We also tried a few other beers. What a great atmosphere this place has, we will definately be back."
"We had a great time eating outside & enjoying the weather on the patio overlooking the river. This is my first time visiting family in Hudson and I love this little town already. The patio tables are cute with moose prints and new looking umbrellas. Service was beyond excellent and the food came out fast, fresh, hot,and cooked to order. My niece and her husband have dined here several times and I will definitely come back next time I visit!"
"I loveeeeeee Falmeburger. It's iconic, it's delicious and it's inexpensive. I love how the restaurant gets decorated for different holidays/seasons too! I love bringing friends here to check it out."
"Went to J's Down Under..the bar under the restaurant. Having read the review about the "dive bar", it was exactly as expected. The bloody marys were great and the breakfast pretty good. Loved the local vibe."
"Reserved a high top for 4 on Sunday to celebrate my son's 25th b-day. Enjoyed awesome HH specials: 2nd pints for a $1 on all drafts, and cheap apps. Normally HH ends at 5pm, but 3:30p Vikings game kept it going much later. Enjoyed Cajun Steak Bites, State Fair Cheese Curds, Caprese Flatbread, and a killer $10 cheeseburger & fries. Full generous app portions were nice and the discounts were significant. Place was vibrant, with the Vikings game on many large screens throughout. Great attentive service. I highly recommend GN...especially for HH and watching the Vikings through their playoff run."
"Amazing wings and dips. The blue cheese, ranch and seasoned sour creams were the best I've had. Atmosphere is relaxing and diverse. All around excellent experience."
"I've had a good day-drinking divey experience at Neumann's in the past, but our last experience was inexcusable. My friend and I were sitting at the bar (some of the few if not only young women there), and some random guy bought us some shots, which we did not want. The bartender asked us to pay and we told him we did not order them, did not want them, did not drink them, and so we didn't think we should pay for them. His reaction was to swiftly kick us out. We said we'd pay for them (but not drink them) if we could just stay, but he just shouted, "Get out! Get out!", while the skeezy dude was allowed to stay. A woman manager came over and said the bartender was having a bad day, but he acted in a similar hot-headed way to another one of my friends recently. She gets the stars in this review because she apologized and offered to buy us a drink next time we came in, but of course I have no plans to come back. I used to like this historic watering hole, but I felt like we were punished for being hit on by a random dude, and women should absolutely be protected in that situation."
"We have been here twice since it opened. We love it! Everyone is so friendly, and the food is amazing. The remodel is absolutely beautiful. This used to be the Fishbowl, which we also would frequent. Finally remembered to take some pics of our meals the last time!Plenty of parking for all your recreational vehicle needs"
"We went on a Saturday morning. The wait to be seated was only about 10 mins. The staff and service were great. The ambiance was good but the booth seats were hard as a rock. The food came pretty quickly after ordering, considering how busy they were. Everything tasted really good."
"They have so many options on the menu- something for everyone! We got the sunnies and pickles for appetizers and they were both really flavorful. Ordered the R Social burger and others I was with got the lobster grilled cheese, tuna salad and all looked so good. The service was great- food came out quick and the drinks were refilled consistently. The seating is comfortable and it wasn't too noisy even though it was pretty busy."
"We went to Nana's Kitchen for lunch. This was one of the best meals that I ever had.Real homemade food.I had the Salisbury Steak, real mashed potatoes and green beans. It was fresh and very flavorful. We will go back.I highly recommend Nana's Kitchen."
"Stopped in for a quick dinner before going to a TWolves game. Located under the same roof as the iconic First Avenue music venue, The Depot Tavern has an extensive selection of beers (great for travelers like me who want to sample local brews!) and high quality food. Even though they were busy when I arrived, I was able to find a seat right away and did not have much of a wait to place and receive my order.I enjoyed my first visit so much that I came back the next night! I will definitely stop in again when I am staying in the area!"
"We are the people who can't find their butts with both hands AND the GPS, so we spent a little time wandering downtown Austin looking for the Spam Museum. On a side street we shouldn't have been on, we passed a cool, vintage little white building with a red striped awning, which immediately warmed my heart. After we left the museum, we were going to grab a bite and were just looking for a generic fast food when we passed the little building again. I know a sign from the universe when I see one, so I commanded the Anaconda to pull over. You had to park in the back and it looked to small to have inside seating (guess there is some), so I just decided to wait in the car and gave him simple instructions to get me a cheeseburger and a strawberry shake (because hamburger stands that are painted white always have milkshakes). Of course, he never gets an order right, so when he returned to the car, I opened my food warily, wondering what he did wrong this time.Sure enough, as I peeled back the wrapper, I said, "What's this?? This isn't even a chee- " And I stopped. OMG! No, it wasn't a cheeseburger. It was a loose meat sandwich! The legendary cuisine of the Roseanne show that I thought they just made up! It actually exists! I was delighted that we had stumbled across it at a place clearly marked "Tendermaid Hamburgers". And it was mighty tasty, as was the thick, creamy shake. Not what we expected, but it turned out to be one of the food highlights of our road trip. And I didn't even have to yell at the Anaconda."
"I have driven by a bunch of times. I am happy I stopped.Really great fast food and nice staff to boot. They will hand cut you french fries and cook them to order. We devoured 3 baskets. They also have great onion rings and fried mushrooms!!!The food is good, fresh and hot. Most items are deep fried but thats what you expect and love at a drive in. You can sit and eat outside at the tables or they will come to your car door and take your order and serve you there.Really fun little stop with really reasonable prices for a snack. I will be back to try more on the menu."
"Had to find a reliable caterer in the bustling metropolis that is St. Cloud, MN where I had a client running a 2-week long event. They required a catered lunch every day of their event and asked for quite a few dietary restrictions. I am always hesitant and nervous to try new caterers, but Betty took excellent care of my needs.Food Ecstasy made two deliveries per day - one in the morning and one at lunchtime and covered all food and refreshments for my group. I spoke with Betty one afternoon for about 20 minutes and I knew it would be smooth sailing from there. I told her my budget, my needs and what the client requested and she handled it all flawlessly.I received great feedback from the food and I appreciate that Betty took charge and made my job A LOT easier for this event so I could focus on other things I needed to do. My go-to if we are ever back in town."
"As another reviewer mentioned, "who needs Five Guys when you have 3 Guys" is an accurate summation. We ordered the chicken bowl with white sauce, chicken wings (6) and a single patty cheeseburger. The chicken bowl is a very generous portion of grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes over rice. The white sauce is delicious although I would appreciate a touch of garlic. Regardless the sauce once mixed thoroughly into the bowl makes the dish and I can't wait to eat those leftovers. The burger hit the spot for my husband and he may have even been disappointed he only got a single patty. The chicken wings were also good, not dry but for me it does need something to dip in (which is good that the order came with x2 sauces.)Everything came out pretty quickly and was nice and hot. The staff was nice and friendly."
"Excellent place for breakfast. Probably one of the best omelets I've ever had. Many quality ingredients from which to choose. I will definitely be a repeat customer."
"I had to come in for the famous burger and it did not disappoint. I don't know about the best in the twin cities - but very solid!Cozy interior and one of the friendliest staffs around. Had a couple of well priced beers and was on my way! Also - playing great music in the background."
"I've passed this bar for years and we finally went on a Friday night for the meat raffle. I love a meat raffle. This one was ok pretty busy and very strict one per person rule. But good stuff from mackenthuns! It's a dive bar but fast good service and cheap drinks so it's worth a dive bar stop! Also their pizza is highly recommended!!"
"Nice lunch at the bar. Friendly bar & grill. The Goat Burger rocks! And I must say that most of the bar & grill cooks in the area should come and have some of the French Fries here, so they could see how really good non-soggy non-greasy crispy golden French Fries should be prepared and served! Well done!"
"My dad used to come up here in the 70's with his parents, and he continued the tradition with me when I was a kid in the 1990's. It wasn't until 2011 that I returned to Webb Lake for a 4 night vacation that I returned to the Cabaret and was actually able to enjoy an adult beverage or two.So onto my review. The Cabaret is a nice bar in Webb Lake. Prices are really decent, food is good, and staff is friendly. They recently re-opened on St. Patrick's Day Weekend 2014 under new ownership and an extensive refurb on the interior and exterior of the building. While keeping the same layout, look, bar, etc, they cleaned everything up and re-stained all the wood. Looks beautiful. The Cabaret is a must stop if you're in the Webb Lake area."
"Awesome breakfast!Highly recommend the corned beef hash and the country fried steak."
"Excellent food and great prices. Great atmosphere and outdoor seating too. Now serving dinner."
