C.R.E.A.M. Cafe

C.R.E.A.M. is the place to be! We frequented this place several times, once on Juneteenth and the place stays busy yet has great seating and food options, personable staff and great décor. Food 5/5 My daughter enjoyed their breakfast sandwich and we ordered a Fresh Prince Themed flight which was awesome. Service 5/5 Service is always A1 and personable. Ambiance / Location 5/5 Conveniently located in the Mill City district area right off Washington and public transportation. Its situated next to owners other restaurant- Klassics Kitchen who also has great food and ambiance! Overall 5/5 The who's who of the city come here for great coffee, light meals, and for meetups! I've seen several founders, entrepreneurs, and pillars of the community frequent C.R.E.A.M. Everything about the place pays homage to the culture, its a trip down memory lane! When your done, head to Klassics for lunch or dinner! Get their Cajun Wings, they don't disappoint.

Cute little cafe in Minneapolis you'd miss unless you stumbled upon it virtually! I found C.R.E.A.M. when I was looking for Valentine's Day coffee flights and I'm so glad we went. The cafe is cute and small. It would be perfect if you're looking for somewhere to work or grab a quick breakfast/lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast sandwich and don't even need to mention the coffee flights because the photos speak for themselves. We brought a film camera and had a great time listening to music (whoever was on playlist duty deserves a raise) and testing out coffee flavors. I can see myself coming back to check out the flights as they change throughout the year.The service was standard. Nothing stood out positively or negatively but we got our food and drinks quickly so I can't complain. Also, parking was a breeze which is always a concern in the cities. Definitely worth a stop!

I'm always on the hunt for festive coffee flights! My friend & I quickly found a liking to CREAM for their uniqueness of flavors. The sweet potato chai is probably my fav. It's a bit spendy. But getting a flight 1x a month isn't too bad especially for the unique flavors you get to experience. The staff are usually nice, friendly & welcoming. I will say they could do a bit of a better job with cleanliness of the dining room area (tables are often messy) and the buss stations/trash could be kept up w/ a bit more.

The coffee flights change out monthly and they are always super good! If I'm not getting the flight my go to drink is the Banana Chai. It is seriously the best drink I've ever tasted. We have only gotten food a handful of times but it has always been good and the staff is super friendly! My favorite spot is next to the fireplace or on the couch by the window but there is plenty of seating available.

Super cute cafe - love that it was all women running the show back there doing their thing! The mama sandwich was good but we were really feeling the burrito - it had this flavorful cream sauce in there it was delicious and the potatoes were crispy.

I met a friend here. I had the Cali croissant with potatoes and coffee sampler. The croissant and drinks were tasty, but the potatoes tasted a bit rubbery, lukewarm and no flavor. My friend had the waffles and she said they were good as well.I'm not sure if they were a bit understaffed or not, but my coffee sampler took 20 minutes. Also there was no clean silverware available and the water carafe was also empty. Many of the tables were also dirty. The employees rectified the issues after being informed, so it may have just been an off day.

Came here for the coffee flight which was inspired by Gilmore Girls. They were either a hit or miss -- our group really liked 2 of them but the other 2 weren't great. It was also kind of overpriced in my opinion. Parking is also a little difficult since it's near downtown.

Drinks were top notch and very flavorful. Food varies from breakfast food served all day, to lunch items. Breakfast sandwich I ordered was delicious and tasted made to order. Service was fine and employees were amicable. Did expect more for aesthetics, but overall was clean and had different seating options.

Great addition to the area!Love the coffee flights here and the fact that breakfast and lunch is available. Lots of natural light and seating, but it does get busy so service can be slow. Looking forward to grabbing a coffee to go and walking around the area in the summer. Breakfast was solid- not mindblowing but hit the spot. The burrito was pretty good, as was the Mama's Breakfast Sandwich. I loved the nondairy options available. You order at the counter and then they call out your name (at least when I went). Can get a little loud if busy.

This place is so cute! Love the atmosphere and decor. The croissant sandwiches are very tasty and fresh. Good quality ingredients. I love the presentation as well. You have to try it. There is a fee to park however it's a scan and pay on your phone. $1.75 for the hour. Not bad. Order at the counter and wait for your food to be called. Friendly and helpful staff.
