i ordered "Teleflora's Loving Lilies and Roses Bouquet" for my uncles funeral. I called to make sure the flowers were fresh. They weren't.Plus, there were a LOT fewer flowers and not the flowers pictured in the bouquet. I ordered lillies and roses! Like the name implies "Teleflora's Loving Lilies and Roses Bouquet" NOT carnations! The carnations should not be in the bouquet at all. I hate carnations!When I spoke with them I said, I really want my Aunt to enjoy the flowers at her home after the funeral." The flowers Buffalo Floral dropped off were brown and wilted.Sad!Update: We got a refund on the bouquet but they still insist that the flowers were fresh. Apparently, the pink-brown carnations are called salmon, so if you order from them, tell them you don't want brown or salmon colored flowers in your bouquet.

this place was horrible. We ordered all of the funeral flowers from there and most looked like the arrangements were made from $10 worth of flowers. I have ordered flowers for many occasions and am usually pleasantly surprised how beautiful they are because it's from an online source, I decided to go local with everyone else and got very disappointed. Weddings and funerals should have the best flowers because of the tribute it represents. The floral ring surrounding the urn was cheap looking and they mixed up the type of flowers with the grandparent one. They put my friends' names on both the plant from them and the flowers from me, even though she made sure twice that she repeated it back to me. The plants were nice, but I could have went to the grocery store and grabbed those plants and arranged it myself. No creative thought whatsoever. A few days after the funeral we were all talking and realized that all of us felt the same. She also overcharged for a couple of the things. The book she showed us said $60 and she charged $150. It was just ridiculous. The colors she put in were not what I asked for.

I made an online order for a basket, and apparently the address I was delivering to was out of delivery range. This was an honest mistake on my part, and their website gave me NO indication through checkout that this was not available for delivery from their shop. Wanting to give my mother a few hour window on when she should be looking out for her surprise gift (not the exact delivery time, but simply a window of time i.e. between 12 and 5, something to make sure she's home to receive the flowers) I called the shop to ask this question. Not sure what kind of bad day the person on the other end of the line was having, but they were incredibly rude, condescending, and chastised me over the phone about the order and about how it had to be sent to another flower shop because it was out of their delivery range, and then continued with the irritated rant about how "flower shops cant tell you when your order is going to be delivered". I would have been fine with *all* of this conversation, the transferred order, and the fact I couldn't get a time window, had the person on the other end of the line not acted as irritated as possible with my existence. The flowers were delivered in the end and they were lovely, but the interaction I had on the phone ruined my day. Great arrangement, absolutely terrible customer service, and I'd check out your website and make sure it keeps people from checking out of the delivery is out of your area. I understand these are trying times but that attitude and situation was uncalled for. I have read other reviews that said the owner of the shop was less than friendly and acted the same, so apparently my experience was not an out of the ordinary experience.

I wish I had seen the yelp score before buying here. The geriatric rude woman who runs the place made a bunch of mistakes on my order. The bouquet was pathetic. I paid for the nicest option and got less than the worst option. Many flowers were terrible quality or never opened up. The lady called me and was so rude, especially for someone who should be getting the rude treatment. I should have my money back but I'll just leave this here to save other people the hassle and money. BUY ONLINE THIS LOCAL BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE. PROBABLY ONLY STILL IN BUSINESS BECAUSE SHE HAS A LOCAL CHURCH SHE GOES TO SUPPORTING HER STORE. HELL AWAITS YOU BUFFALO FLORAL!!

Snow removal complaints. They left tails everywhere and did a really shotty job around the cart corrals and they didn't put them back straight. curbs need to be cleaned off better and they left crumbs everywhere. Not satisfied what so ever!
