Great service, love the greatly light up ambiance and the awesome hospitality from the young men working tonight. Order ice cream flavor Machinac Island fudge on waffle cone, and a nice strawberry milkshake !Machinac Island fudge ice cream - very good vanilla fudge type ice cream with chocolate chips. Flavor very good nothing spectacular but very good ice cream.Strawberry milkshake- can't beat old school style milkshake. Creamy goodness with whip cream and a vanilla wafer on top. Not too sweet so it was perfect for a 23 degree evening here in the great state of MN.Love old style ice cream parlor where customer service is still value.

Visited the shop on a busy Saturday afternoon. Ample parking available in the busy strip where the shop is located.Service was nice and friendly and the shop inside is very clean and nicely lit up.We got a couple of Ice-creams and shakes and everything tasted really good. They have a la la palooza challenge (icecream eating without time limit challenge) for about $20 where if you complete the challenge of eating their concoction of la la palooza, you can get your picture up on the wall of fame.

Absolutely love it here! When you walk in, it smells sweet and looks so bright and clean! We came here early on a Sunday and had the place to ourselves. I imagine it would get pretty busy in the evening though.We got some simple scoops of ice cream, I got s'mores and my husband got the wolf tracks which is just chocolate and peanut butter. It was so good! I have always love Bridgeman's ice cream, but it was fun to be served the ice cream in classic glass ice cream bowls. Haven't had a bad flavor from them yet!No complaints here guys. If you want some great ice cream that isn't crazy overpriced, this is the place to be!

This is not the best and not the worst ice cream I've had. Recently moved to the area and my mom and bf tried here when we were moving and said it was good. I had a different opinion when I went. The staff were some of the least friendly people ever. They were so into their little personal side conversations. We were not even greeted when we walked in. I ended up ordering a single scoop of cookies & cream in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. My mom did a flight with peach, coconut, and the raspberry chip. The peach lacks a lot of flavor compared to another shop whose peach ice cream I love. The raspberry chocolate chip also had a more artificial taste. The coconut ice cream was good but so rich that I wouldn't be able to finish the single scoop. I didn't care too much for my cookies & cream scoop either. It again lacked flavor and cookie pieces. The chocolate covered waffle bowl had a stale taste to it as well. Just all around was a rather horrible experience and I definitely would have rather gone to Culver's and actually enjoyed some frozen custard that tastes good or cold stone. Or just gone to the grocery store and picked up a pint. I don't think I will try again and I definitely will not recommend if asked about ice cream in the area. It's really sad because I had high hopes that I found a good ice cream shop in MN.

As always, one of my fav ice cream parlors and our normal spot to take our kiddo after a doctors visit. Bribery works every time. One of the reasons I love this shop is that not only do they have fancy flavors but they have the good ol' standards too. My kid is just one of those that wants plain old chocolate...sometimes this is hard to find in an ice cream shop. I had wolf tracks and hubby had turtle. I actually liked turtle more than mine but they were all delish. Always friendly service too! And we enjoyed relaxing at a table while my son engulfed his ice cream. You can even find their ice cream in the frozen section of some grocery stores.

Walking In it smelled very tasty and it's bright and looks very clean. I walked in with my 3 gkids who were very excited to get ice cream of course! The girl at the cashier never once cracked a smile nor greeted us. Then I had the kids look and see what kind of ice cream they wanted. Well you'd think the ice cream scooper guy would be standing in front of the ice cream while the kids point to the kind of ice cream they want since two of them are two young to read the ice cream signs. But instead they just stood in front of the cashier and waited for me to get the orders of what the kids wanted. The entire time the girl/cashier just stood there no smile no nothing! Customer service goes a long way! So NO tip on my part!

Yum! Cute decor, great ice cream! I got the banana butter one and it was great! Would definitely come back!

Popped in here twice so far, and have plans to pop in again and do the LaLa Palooza because I'm a glutten for ice cream punishment (see Lumberjack challenge at Nelsons). Place is nice inside, very well laid out and naturally, some high school kids are going to sling you some ice cream. You can sample, then order and everything is made to order and brought out. Trip 1 - Campfire marble. It's been a challenge finding smores anything and it's been entirely too hot and dry to make smores, so I had to. And it didn't disappoint. The mini marshmallows that get hidden throughout give this a nice little crunch texture and add your marsh flavor. Ice cream is tasty, no flavor dominates and they all compliment each other perfectly. And you get the subtle hint of graham cracker from time to time, along with whipped cream. This, get this. Don't give me "I'm not a smores fan" or anything stupid like that, just get it and be happy. Raspberry fudge torte sundae. Besides being a mouthful to say, it's a joy to have in yo mouth! It's everything you want with tart and sweet and chocolate and whipped cream. If you're a fan of raspberry/chocolate, you need this in your life.Trip 2 - Banana split, no idea why I got it. But I did, and I loved it. The ice cream is good quality, the toppings are fresh and all compliment the fresh banana. If you're a split fan, this will be one of the better ones you get. Hot fudge banana marble, I snuck tastings of this from my wife when she wasn't looking and corralling the kids, who were obviously on a sugar bender. The mix of the vanilla ice cream, fudge and bananas is perfect. A touch of peanut butter would take this to heavenly. But, it's not entirely needed because the flavoring here is awesome. Out of the four dishes, nothing says don't come here. Price wise, sure it's way more pricy than chain places, but, you won't regret paying more for the way better quality.
