Brick & Bourbon

My boyfriend and I loved brick and bourbon! Our drinks were so good as well as our food. Our server was awesome we loved her! I wish I could remember her name because I'd recommend her to everyone! We sat in the back of the restaurant so it was kind of cold, I wish we could sit somewhere closer to the front or upstairs but we were able to be seated right when we arrived so I can't complain!

Love the vibes, we ate at the bar and I got a Brisket Mac and Cheese (ate it before I remembered photo) and a few drinks such as the Mr. peanut butter milkshake martini. Bartenders were super chill and checked on everyone often. Definitely coming back!

Brick & Bourbon is a great place to meet up for drinks in Stillwater. The atmosphere is great and the servers are always really nice. There's usually a wait, but we were able to get a table for 6 at 5pm on a Saturday. It got packed after that though. The food was just ok. The mushroom fontina burger was fine but pretty flavorless for how I prefer burgers. The fries and ranch were amazing though! The buffalo Mac and cheese was also very bland and I would not order again. The cocktails are always a hit and rotate through the seasons.

Food was very good. I had the waygu sliders which I was very pleased with. Had a pistachio cocktail, it was okay a little too creamy but good. We sat on the very upper outside patio and it was windy and cold. Had a great time but next time if it's windy I'm staying inside.

The menu was small and awesome. Downey was great and the cocktails were excellent. I will definitely go back here. Truly great job.

For me this place is just okay. The food is alright and the service is just okay. Nothing spectacular. They do have a 3.95% surcharge to your bill if you are paying via credit card. I had a burger no bun on this particular visit. As a side note, I would check their website/yelp about their wait times. Lots of restaurants in Stillwater are located in narrow buildings so they don't have as much seating as other restaurants outside the historic zone.

We sat on the rooftop which was disappointing. It's a pretty small area with limited view of the water. There are also a ton of spiders. We had several drop on our table, we were seated against the brick wall. I took off a star just for the spider situation. The brussel sprouts were amazing. The duck bacon wontons are good. The bacon flight wasn't labeled and had a poor visual presentation, but the taste was very rich and good. The hummus was a mystery because it said seasonal on the menu, but the staff didn't know what type it was. It tasted really flavorful. We wish it came with more accompaniments.

Waited over 2 hours 45 minutes on the waitlist. Went to the restaurant when we were #1 on the waitlist. While waiting at the restaurant as "#1" on waitlist we saw 4 tables sat ahead of us. When we asked the hostess about this, we were told the Yelp waitlist doesn't actually matter and we should have checked in earlier instead of following the waitlist. Do not waste your time.

We stopped in after dropping our college student off. The food was amazing, as were the drinks. Bri was a fabulous waitress. We would absolutely come back if we were up this way again.

Without regard to the long wait time due to the wait list joined through Yelp causing us to stand waiting for nearly 45 minutes after our reservation time. Past that the food was absolutely wonderful. We had the bacon flight. I had the ravioli, my husband the ribs. The server was amazing in recommending drinks and taking us through suggestions.
