Brad's Home Plate

My family, who are business owners in Florida (and ourselves who are from Minneapolis), toured one of their top venders in town and when asking them what was a good restaurant in town, Brad's Home Plate was brought up as one of those. They were NOT wrong! The food here was every bit - better - than most of the restaurants we patronize in Minneapolis and elsewhere on our travels. The owner of the restaurant was nothing short of outstanding, attentive and most gracious in every way. The delicious main dishes, the homemade rolls (oh my gosh, the rolls -- YUMMM to the 'nth degree); everything we had would be ranked on our top 5 list of places we've eaten at and we are, definitely, serious foodies). Also,the delicious cookies we were offered - oh, WOW! This is a hometown restaurant with outstanding food and truly wonderful people who represent what real customer service is and food that is well worth the extra effort going out of the way for.

Solid strawberry milkshake. Cool art inside. Plenty of ice cream selections. LONG menu selection. And if you're a parent there's a park right next to the restaurant if you need your littles to run around before/after lunch

Great food! Excellent service! Friendly staff. Had the California burger special on a Thursday. Hubby had the 2-burger and fries special and a cup of chili. Pepsi products. Decent prices and fast!

As another reviewer said, this is really the only place to eat in Le Center. It's a small town restaurant that's changed ownership through the years and survived. They do a good job for the food they have. Stop on by!

This is really the only place to eat in Le Center, but I've never been disappointed. Great breakfast, decent coffee. The dining room is usually filled with gossiping farmers, which can be a bit of entertainment. I've rarely had lunch or dinner there, but the few times I have, it's been good. Check out the special prices on Burger Thursday!

Eh... The food is always good. I've never been upset with it. But its to spendy for what it is. And they charge for every cup of coffee. What's with that? I know I drink a lot of coffee but for an extra 4 5 bucks on my tab? No thanks.

Food was ok. Had a burger on "Thursday Burger Day" mine and the others at our table were all over cooked, some burnt. Service was good. Had the cream of wild rice soup which was good! Typical small town diner..... Meh.....
