Stopped by to find those frozen daiquiri drinks that make smoothies for my mom. Ambiance: standard liquor store, nothing special. It was at least well stocked and easy for me locate things.Service: greeted upon entrance and spoke to again while looking and assisted while looking for a specific item.

DISCLAIMER: This is the second time I have visited this place. The first was equally terrible. The service here is the worst around. The questionable lady employees looked like they were strung out. Barely spoke a word. I asked for my receipt and she looked at me like I had just asked her for a million dollars. OVERPRICED. The items here are 3-4 dollars more than even a municipal liquor store. Couple that with the service and this is a NEVER AGAIN experience.

This liquor store in Brooklyn Park is extremely high they charged $2 more for the same bottle of wine that you can get at another liquor store. The Crown Royal shots are $3 where versus if you go to another liquor store and I mean most liquor stores they are a $1.99 at the most. They are completely ripping off customers. I can agree with one of the reviews that I read they have a cashier in there that looks like she is high on dope she really looks ridiculous working behind the counter. There are so many liquor stores between Brooklyn Park in Brooklyn Center even Maple Grove I can go to, Total wine puts them to shame. They need to just go ahead and close their doors because they again are ripping off the consumer. They really deserves 0 stars 1 is too many.

I've stopped here a few times, and I've always gotten a lot of help if I'm searching for something specific, but I'm not exactly sure what it is...does that make sense? The staff has made suggestions based upon the info I provide, and I've never been disappointed. They have a great selection for a relatively small store, and the prices are pretty decent too.

My first visit and my last visit to this liquor store was last night. I went in to buy a bottle of wine and the clerk at the counter was extremely rude. She never acknowledged that I was standing there to be helped and instead continued to talk to the customer at the counter desk next to her who had already been served. That's holding up two clerks that can't help anyone per say. The other clerk reached over to get my card for purchase which was totally not needed if the clerk in front of me would have been kind enough to even acknowledge my presence! Nothing about her was customer service. She even farewell the customer who she spent minutes talking to instead of assisting me. I will never come to a liquor as such when their employees treat patrons as such.

Avoid. Had a whole row of beer priced with a little (outdated) sticker, priced at the same price as all the other beer as that brand. In addition, they had it in a stack of beers, different varieties from the same maker, all under a sign with that same price. The variety I wanted was priced $4 more in the computer than the other varieties. The lady was rude and refused to adjust. See if I ever come back.
