This butcher shop does it all. You can go directly onto their farm and pick out the animal you want and they will take it and make whatever you want. They are so friendly and really care about their product. This is a family business with 3 of the workers having worked there from the very beginning and truly care about each of their customers leaving happy. I would definitely recommend everyone go and check them out!

... my husband and I raise goats... Yesterday, we traveled 3 hours to sell our goats to this place. After we had communicated with them in a few conversatuons.... and had an agreement, that we would deliver our goats to them and receive $1.80 per pound, live weight and that they would pay us a $50 for our gas, for delivery. When we arrived with our goats.. 17 of them average weight 88 and 1/2 pounds... the man told us he was only going to pay us $1.50 per pound and then refused to pay the $50 delivery cost. The man that helped us went onto be rude and condescending. Saying he wasn't the person who made the deal with us and thats all he would pay.. So... lesson learned... dont make verbal deal when dealing with this place.. get it in writing. For us.. we won't be selling to them ever again!

I been in couple other competitors and blue ribbon is really the best, they are so neat and clean all the time and the employs are so friendly and helping. The way they separate the bones and the meat and wrap and pack them Separately so that buyers can easily know which is what after months of stay in the freezer. The facility and the meat is so clean! I'm going tomorrow to get lamb meat!
