You can tell the people running this business really care about their customers and try to be as attentive as possible. My picky grandson loves their Pho so much and they have the best sesame chicken in the area. It is fresh and crisp and perfect size chunks. Watch out the milk coffee is STRONG and I did have to ask for more milk .

We wanted pho on a rainy afternoon and found ourselves here. So many surprises from the time we sat down. A big family group was finishing up a meal, and another table looked like another family group had just left. The first page of the menu had familiar items like pho, but most of the menu had shellfish dishes I had never seen before, including shellfish salads. They also had balut, a delicacy I had never seen on a menu before. We just had to try the balut with satay, and our server kindly made sure we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into. We also ordered okra with fermented tofu sauce and pho with all the fixings. I enjoyed the balut. The satay sauce made it seem like a simple duck egg with other things in it. The okra was grilled tender, and it went well with both the tofu sauce and satay. I was slightly disappointed with the pho broth, though. My spouse enjoyed it, but I thought it was much better with a squeeze of lime. The service was attentive and friendly, and the space was brightly decorated and well kept. There was a single large screen television with a music program. It seems like a nice place to take a family. One drawback: there aren't many choices for people who want a vegetable-centered dish. Still, I'd love to come back sometime and try some of the many shellfish dishes.

Went on a day that wasn't super busy but service wasn't great. They never came to check on us and weren't around so I couldn't ask for condiments for my pho. It was about 20 mins so I just ate it plain... no basil, limes, bean sprouts not even Siracha or chili oil... The pho was good just poor service. Also I order snails but it never came out and when I got the bill I finally had someone to ask, turns out they didn't serve that but it was on the menu? This was very confusing. Overall their food was good but the service sucked.

We had the cream cheese wonton and Pho (house special #1). The food was ok but proportion wise, the pho did not have enough noodles. We did not get a refill on water.

This place is a little spendy but the food was amazing. I had the sweet and spicy chicken and was not disappointed. Very expansive menu.. they really have almost anything you're looking for. I noticed a large amount of Asian people eating here which is always a good indicator if the place is good to eat at. And it really was good. Seating was a bit limited but we were seated right away. The chicken pho was very good as well. We will be back.

First time there, we very conventional--going with fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. These were good--but it's a waste to ask for something so ordinary here. This restaurant borders on gourmet, with excellent ingredients and a talented chef who isn't afraid to offer a wide range of flavors and dishes. The waitress is friendly and happy to suggest dishes or even to tweak the recipe by adding spiciness or avoiding cilantro, for example. OUR FAVSThis restaurant is a rare find. It's not your usual cut-and-paste menu, so it's worth while trying different recipes or asking for recommendations. Our favorites are the pot stickers (we ask for the sauce to be made a little spicy), the sesame chicken (made spicy just for us), the Thai coconut curry, the tea smoothie in mango flavor with strawberry popping balls and Thai tea. We are looking forward to trying the new roast beef, which comes with different options like rice or noodles or baguette. FOOD IS ON A PAR WITH HIGH END DININGWhat makes Pho Saigon special is their fresh quality ingredients, the variety of flavors in a wide range of dishes and the relatively low price, which I have not found anywhere in a restaurant of this quality. I recommend trying something more exotic than fried rice when you come here. Bon appetite.

Service was terrible. I mean so so so slow! Took forever to get seated and even longer before anyone came to greet us at our table. Probably the worst tasting Vietnamese food in Blaine and surrounding cities. Wouldn't recommend, not sure how anyone is keeping them in business (maybe the nail shop next door is) ... I would go to Red Kitchen or Pho 126 instead.

Food was okay. Cons:Egg rolls were not good. Tasted plain and too small for the size. There was 1 waitress. We went during lunch on a week day. It was not busy at all and she didn't check on us until we stood up to pay and leave. Pros:Spring rolls were good. Service was fast since it was not busy at all. Plenty of parking. There is a drive through. Lots of seating and space is large which is great. They offer take out. People came to do that inside. Other thoughts:The P1 Combination pho was pretty good but not my favorite and not the best if you compare it to other pho in the metro area. I do like that they have small and large sizes fo the pho dishes.
