The cutest store! I try to buy most of my clothing second-hand so I love Belle Weather's huge selection of resale clothing. In addition to second-hand, they also stock cute gift items and accessories! The perfect combo! I love places like Belle Weather where you can get an outfit for an occasion and potentially a gift, and more! They have really great annual sidewalk/fill-a-bag sales and a great exchange policy if something doesn't fit right! Parking in this area is also really easy and accessible!

I live around the corner from this place and come in all the time- it's where I go when I'm looking for a party dress, wedding dress, spring skirt, etc. The prices are better than other second hand stores and so are the clothes. There's even an Anthropologie section! (For a fraction of the price). I ALWAYS get compliments when I wear something from Belle Weather. Also this is the perfect spot to get a card gift- lots of cute patina-like things, scarves, candles, etc. It's easy to support local businesses when they are like Belle Weather.

Belle Weather is a small gift shop, with crafty-type stuff, jewelry, crocheted things, cards, etc. I have to agree with Ellen R that it's pretty comparable to other girly gift stores. And frankly, there's nothing compelling enough here to make me choose Belle Weather over a place like Honeyshine or Paper Hat or I Like You, where the merchandise is more artist and/or local-centric (and cuter, arguably). The positive was that the shop girl was really kind and welcoming, so the experience was still very pleasant.Anyway, it's not my taste, but it might be yours... so it won't do you any harm to check 'em out and decide for yourself.

I live just blocks away from Belle Weather and was dying to stop in for the past few months. I finally made it this past weekend and was not so impressed. The shop tries to achieve a mash of cute/artsy home decor, jewelry, cards, and trinkets (similar to Patina or The Bibleot). However, the actual style and selection of items is confusing and overall uninteresting. They sell Papaya wall art amongst metal cat and dog sculptures, seen-it-before jewelry, cheesy leather animal purses, and other random bits. The only items that sparked any interest in me were some picture frames and candle accessories. The prices are comparable to other "unique" gift stores, but the shop doesn't really hold anything unique itself. The store could use better focus on buying and unifying merchandise with some common thread (in buying and display). I'm not sure if I'll return, for nothing really fit in with my personal taste, but I encourage others to check it out if you're in the neighborhood.

I ADORE this store! I lived a block away for six months before I finally stopped in to see what the floral umbrellas were all about and was pleasantly surprised to find a massive selection of local jewelry, accessories and home decor as well as a large area of secondhand clothes. I immediately brought my friends and visiting family members in and spread the good word. The staff is always very sweet. After my first few visits the owner of the store got to know me and my style and would point out new arrivals she thought I'd love- and she was always right. Am I too predictable? Maybe. Will I buy anything with a cat on it? Yes!This is my go-to store for stand out accessories. From a light scarf with a space photo emulsion dyed on it to a tiny little hat with cat ears, if you love weird cute things you'll love this place.

A great store with unique gift ideas. The owner of the store went out of her way to special order some items that she used to have, but sold out of. Her taste in scarves and jewelry is phenomenal--I can't go in there without purchasing something. Highly recommend this shop for unique gifts for others, and of course yourself.

This shop has some of the funnest gifts in the city - always new, funky stuff! At way better prices than the more well-known gift stores. And cute second-hand clothes, too - brands like Anthropologie, Free People, Banana Republic - in a lot of sizes. I always find something great for myself when I shop here for gifts.

Love this store! I always go here first if looking for a gift, or if I want to spend time shopping around. Staff is always very pleasant and sweet. My only complaint is at times it seemed picked over, or they would have one loner item (like a journal). My raves are; great boots and purses. Also, love the magnets!
