We decided to have breakfast here one day because we don't live far from here. They are located in a really pretty area. Our waitress was very attentive. She told us the special as soon as she came over. She went to get our drinks and we decided to order the omelette special. It didn't take long to get our food. It was delicious. There is plenty of seating inside and out.

N E W. O W N E R S!Hallelujah! I'm so pleased to see the improvements and delightful food now served at this prime location on Long Lake.First of all, the patio has been increased three fold. Simply genius and the stage for live entertainment is perfecto! Absolutely perfect for a giant dance party under the stars.Second of all, the menu has something for everyone. I went with the Quesadilla with BBQ Chicken. No guacamole, too far from the Mexican border I guess! But none was needed. It was delightfully sweet! A very gigantic menu with a fantastic selection. Nicely plated too.Third, inside the building. This huge Banquet hall has been revamped from what was already a super duper new venue. Took out the huge fireplace, which was smart because now it fits more tables. $$$ It is still airy, light filled, and clean. The bar has been expanded to accommodate many more barstools. Lots of draft beer choices too. It is a stellar new experience compared to the old Captains.U P G R A D E D ! ! !

Bar and restaurant located on Long Lake. I'd recommend the menu over the brunch. Look forward to returning to try the regular menu. The pub grub looked good.

Room temperature food. Service was mediocre at best. Went there for my birthday and had my kids and long time friends meet for some happy memories... but that got interrupted by the drunkin "alleged owner" yelling at my children. And wheni stepped in tonfind out what the problem was.. she refused to answer. Will never go again!!!

We were here with a group for a benefit for a friend. The room is huge. Did not have any food since that was part of the benefit. Great service at the bar. Downside bathrooms were like sitting in an outhouse

It took ten min for someone to greet us and then another 10 to get our drinks. Luckily another server took over and provided great service! Food was solid. Will be returning and hope for better service up front.

Went to Back to Captains to celebrate a friend's birthday, as weve done several times in the past. The place was packed and loud, which was expected. We had a table of 8, kids on one end adults at the other. At some point one of the kids apparently decided to throw a fry at one of the other kids, which we hadn't noticed at the time. At the end of our meal, the owner decided to come over and speak rudely to the kids only, As they were at the other end of the table, I simply asked her if she could please let me know what was going on. out of nowhere, I was spoken to VERY rudely, told to "chill", told I was being "hostile", etc. I was in no way rude to anyone, I simply said I hadn't been able to hear what was going on between her and the kids, and could she please let me know what the issue was. Again - it was loud. I did not yell, I did speak slightly louder so she could hear me.I would have gladly had my child pick up the thrown item AND apologize respectfully had she even given us a chance - and yes, he was spoken to about it after leaving the restaurant. After this rude, disrespectful owner's behavior we won't ever be back. Speak to the parents, not the children, and don't treat your customers that way.

We enjoy going here more than ever. The food is good and an improvement over previous owners. The service is also good. The owner treats her employees and customers well. The atmosphere is relaxing.

First time at the new Back to Captains. Atmosphere was awesome. The Bartender that helped us was Cindy and had great food recommendations and was super friendly.

Food was really good, got there Thursday and found out was $8 any burger night. Fries delicious, kettle chips great. Watch out sitting outside, quite a few smokers nearby.
