We were searching for a couch for our new apartment and boy did we leave dissapointed in the customer service level here. The furniture is good and they have some nice pieces at good prices but that older hispanic lady they have selling is the rudest person I have met! We went in asking about pricing as we had seen the same couch at another place for $800 and we asked this lady if she could lower the price, she said she could do $900 and something (honestly with all the irritation I felt of what she said I forgot the exact amount) I asked if she could do the same or a little lower of the $800 we saw at the other store. We understand if it can't be lowered we were even willing to pay the amount she told us and with a simple "We're sorry, we can't go that low" would be enough but no!! This lady told us in the most sarcastic voice " Well you better run and go to that other store because you won't get that price here with us!" We ignored it and chalked it up to her having a bad day or something and decided to leave since we were feeling irritated at this point but again she follows my husband and I as we're exiting and proceeds to tell us once more in a sarcastic tone "Run, Run! hurry and go to that other store because you won't find that price here". That was completely unnecessary!!!! She was practically kicking us out of the store! This was not the first time we came here. We had visited 2 weeks prior and we were taken aback by how rude and condescending she was but again us being nice, thought she had a bad day or something. Definitly will not visit this place again unless that lady is gone and I WILL tell all friends and family not to visit this store when that lady is there!! Furniture is good but we can find the same somewhere else where we will actually be treated NICELY and welcomed!

If you like Ashley furniture, then this is the place for you. The show room is quite expansive, with many different floor samples to check out. There is also a digital board, sort of like a giant ipad, where you can look at other furniture, and colors. The prices probably aren't the cheapest, but are discounted nicely, with better quality furniture. The service is friendly, and they leave you mostly alone, but check often to see if you have questions. The delivery of our sectional was flawless, and the guys were quite friendly.

Place was great at first, the salesman was outstanding. He was not pushy at all and let us do our thing and then even took some more off the price. Then we picked it up in our rented truck. We dropped it off at our new place and had to return the truck. Came back home to get the whole place together and later that night we realize that one of the springs in the couch we just bought "brand new" was broken. We talked to them twice within two days of getting it and they refused to come and replace it saying that we would have to bring it in, warranty or not. We can not rent a truck just to bring a broken couch back to a place we bought it from. Very disappointed with this place. It just blew my mind that they would sell a broken couch to someone, have us pick it up (of course it was all kinds of wrapped up so we couldn't check it out at the store), and then refuse to replace it when they have multiple trucks available. Very unprofessional once you give then your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! And if you do decide to buy something there check it out very very carefully before you leave the store, it cost us big time.

Checked out a few stores and even American Freight in Roseville (which has horrible service). Similar size selection, I was pretty amazed at how much they had and the size of their showroom.Ended up picking up a great sectional. My grades:Selection B+ (on par with a American Freight but definitely better in my opinion. They actually have sofa sets set up with rugs/coffee tables to get a full room idea vs American Freight that is just a bunch of cheap coaches lined up together).Salesman B+ (kind, pleasant, not too pushy).Cashier A (no issues, not rude like other discount furniture places)Guys loading sectional A+++ (Keep in mind it was the weekend of negative weather). I didnt get his name but he was an older african american guy who was very professional and courteous who actually cared about strapping the sectional to the pick up truck safely. Poor guy spent like 15 minutes fiddling with my straps and then giving up on them to use twine. Not only did he tie it up just once but he did it a few times for extra safety. Ended up giving him a tip. If management reads this and knows who he is, give the guy a raise. There were 3 guys total when the back door opened but only he stayed to help load while the other 2 ran back inside since it was freezing out.
