It is what it is and that's a decent place to take your overly energetic kids. They were happy and slept nicely so I can't complain - but seriously $4 for a single play of the claw machine?

This was my first experience with a trampoline park. I'm not sure what the cost is per person as we went for Girl Scouts and had a very large group. We were able to reserve two tables for two hours with our group reservation. With the group purchase we got pizza, I believe it is one slice per guest, and then a beverage. We did have to go to the counter individually to ask for our beverage, it did not come out with the pizza. Myself and my troop had a lot of fun here. They have a large jumping area, one end has a dodge ball area. They also have a smaller toddler jump area I believe for ages 5 and under. I thought it was best that they have a foam pit. One person at a time per side. They did have a staff member there to make sure it was one at a time and people were jumping in a jumping out. However there was an adult with two children just ignoring the staff member and hanging out so non one else could go and the staff member just seemed like "whatever" a couple times just mentioned "one at time" or "we have to let the next person go" and they just did their thing for 5 or so minutes before moving. I did find it weird that they only had one, one person, restroom. And it was kind of gross. I did see they have birthday packages available. I did think they were expensive but affordable if you are having a smaller party. Overall, it was fun and we will definitely return.

The staff here are very friendly and do a good job of keeping an eye on all the kids. It wasn't to crowded when we were there but the mostly teenage crew was professional and courteous and took their jobs seriously. They even have a mobile bouncing rig they take to events which my toddler loved.

I've been to bigger and better trampoline parks, but this one is adequate for all your bouncing needs. Besides, I'm a goddamn adult, so what the fuck do I know about a place that's clearly meant for children? If only adults could bounce into the foam pit too, I'd be a happier goddamn adult.

As a grandmother looking for inside activity, AirMaxx was a great place to spend the afternoon. I appreciated a separate area for younger kids to jump. The central seating and tables also was convenient when watching the kids go from one area to the next. The staff members were friendly and seemed to be well aware of their job responsibilities. We came Earlier in the afternoon when it wasn't too busy. Definitely will bring my grandchildren here again.

This place is basically a warehouse with wall to wall trampolines. I recommend it for kids, families, teens, adults and kangaroos. If you haven't jumped on a trampoline for a while you owe it to yourself to go and have some fun. I challenge you to jump on trampoline and not smile. This place can get busy on days/times when school is out and the weather is bad but you can normally find plenty of room to bounce without running into someone. There is also a foam pit to practice your twists and flips, a dodge ball court to take your aggression, and an arcade/snack bar to relax and take a break. The only downside is the price. You pay for special socks, and then by the half hour which can get expensive, that being said you would be surprised at how exhausted you are after only 30 minutes.TIP: There are a lot of specials depending on the time and day you go so call ahead.

We had a birthday party for our 8 y/o twins here recently. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful for any "activity" birthday party that we've ever experienced. They took care of getting all the kids signed up with waivers (parents needed to sign at dropoff if you haven't jumped here before). After that, our kids had a blast on the trampolines and jump pits. When it came time for the meal, we had a couple pizzas, water bottles and cupcakes for everyone attending. The party room was off to the side and was great for the break from jumping. All in all, a perfect party experience and we got to leave without a worry (like cleaning up our house from 10 screaming and energetic 8 year olds).

We went this past weekend after making an online reservation, with the understanding that they would be operating at 25% capacity and that people would be required to wear masks. It did not seem to be operating at 25% capacity; there were a lot of people there. All of the staff were (mostly) wearing masks but so many of the visitors were not. My children asked if they could remove theirs afters seeing that no one else jumping was wearing one when we entered. I did not see anyone cleaning anything while we were there. It does not seem they are following state restrictions in any way. But, the kids had fun jumping so I guess that counts for something. Overall, just disappointed at the irresponsibility of the business owner.
