Hesitant to review another company but we can no longer trust working with them. For past six months, there have been a long line of cancellations, complaints, breakdowns, and just bad customer service. Sad because we did have a good working relationship for a couple years. I highly recommend not trusting them for anything even remotely important to you.

My prom group of 30 rented the White bus last week and it was a blast! Our driver was John, he was super nice and willing to go wherever we needed. Not to mention he was always on time! The outside may look a little cheesy at first, but once the music starts playing and lights are flashing everyone was happy. I'll continue to use this company whenever we need another bus! (And you really can't beat the price)

Would give zero stars if I could. We we're locked in on our date for 6 months. 2 days before my wedding he cancelled on us leaving us with no options. Would definitely pay someone else more money for the security of knowing they will follow through. He is cheap yes, but remember, you get what you pay for.

Awful customer service! Showed up an hour late with POOR communication to us on our wedding day. The bus was disgusting as they did not clean it from the party before ours, the air was broken so it was extremely hot and smelly on a 100 degree day and the driver was a jerk, he was late getting us so when we arrived at our hotel he told us to "hurry up and get the F off the bus I have other places to be" would NOT recommend them. I told the driver I would contact Ron about payment the next day and he didn't care he again just told me (the BRIDE) to get off he had other places to be. A friend left her phone on the bus and I got a message the next day that he was going to hold the phone hostage until we paid which is underneath but I then tried to text him (9 times) and called MULTIPLE times and he didn't respond or answer my calls I had to contact our venue to call him and figure out what he wanted us to do, his reasoning to her why he wouldn't talk to me was because he didn't want to deal with this he just wanted his money and not to talk to me!! He was a jerk and said he wasn't going to show up and shuttle any other weddings he had planned there this year I feel very bad for all those parties he chooses not to pick up and leaves stranded. DO NOT BOOK THEM THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
