Advanced Irrigation

I have also had similar experience with Advanced Irrigation as others. We had them put last spring to turn on our system and replace our broken back flow. I had researched before hand the cost of the back flow. Which was 1/3 of what they charged. They also do not tell you the cost of the part prior to doing the work so it's a nice surprise when you get the bill. I have started using another service provider and will not go back to Advanced.

Really odd....I have had seasonal services in the past. The technician typically seemed to be in a hurry and left without checking all sprinkler heads for proper operation. Then we had to deal with malfunctioning equipment even though we expected to pay for keeping the system functioning 100%. Now I fear they may be out of business as multiple messages over the past week for service have gone without response. Oh well....time to move on.

This is the worst company to do your snow plow removal. First off I live in a community where there are old people and this company doesn't lay salt down and when myself and other residents have asked our manager about it he told us that the company was asked to buy simply didn't have the time. The don't plow or shovel all the way leave balls of snow that turn to ice in the road so low vehicles hit and scrap the bottom and there timeliness is for a lack of better term crappy. I've snow plowed for 10 years myself and have never seen this lack of customer service ever. Not only will I be filing this complaint but also with the BBB and with the HOA manager to have your company removed on grounds of not properly doing the job adequate enough for residents.

You would think in these hard economic times a business would want to have good customer service. A technician sent out to try to figure out why a line of sprinkler heads would have water come out but not pop out of the ground. Did not fix the problem and blamed it on "low water pressure" and said I needed a plumber to come. But then when a separate technician came out to blow out the sprinklers for the winter a couple of days later, this one said it was a different issue (tree roots poked the line). So now I'm left with conflicting stories and a bill for "time." In a time of low expectations, it's one thing to pay someone to diagnose an issue correctly and then make a separate appointment to fix the issue and pay twice. But now I am left with have to start from scratch and pay a bill. I've been using this company for years to blow out the sprinkler system but I'm moving to another company who values its customers more and will charge when a problem has been solved.

This is the company contracted with our HOA. Our development looks terrible!!! Brown, weedy lawns with dead trees and bushes. The developments surrounding us have green, healthy yards. We pay high HOA fee so there is no excuse. If you care about your yard, look elsewhere. This company is terrible.

poor customer service. send bills to junk email and then you never get them, then call and complain that the bill was never paid. poor customer service.

Worst ever! All our community grass and trees are dying because a company call "Advanced Irrigation" doesn't know how to properly set up an irrigation system, program it, or even how to start it up. They should be called Advanced No-irrigation. And they certainly don't know how to mow... since when do you cut down 9 in grass to an inch and expect it to be healthy? They can't plow worth a damn either.. LOOK ELSEWHERE for your property maintenance needs unless you want to spend thousands replacing the vegetation they kill with ineptitude

Advanced irrigation has the contract for the outdoor work at Creek village where I live. On a snowy Sunday morning when they plowed my driveway they also broke my pine garden box and will not accept this responsibility even though I have ring cameras showing snow on my driveway and then a half hour later a broken box will my driveway shows plowed. It was very cold day and nobody was out other than the snow removers. They are saying they did not do it but I believe they did so hire them at your own risk. They also set the sprinklers to clean my driveway and the street what a waste.

UPDATED May 13th.After posting below, the owner of the company reached out to me. As in life it is in business. When you have empathy and consideration; you can look past human errors. Chris; the owner and I had a helpful and productive conversation. He sets the tone of the company and their commitment to customer satisfaction.Job well done Chris.

Our previous lawn service went out of business, so contacted Advanced Irrigation to blow out our system. Worst service ever. Called them back to redo. They Still did not come into backyard to see the water spraying all over under deck and house to lines they said they blew out. He said air was coming out by back fence which it was, but if would have come through the gate, he would have seen the water still spraying out other lines. I still do not believe lines are all cleared. Called and talked to owner which was understanding and said if broken lines in spring he would replace. We will see because I do not believe cleared because worker was to lazy to open a gate and see water still coming out of other lines. At this time, I do not recommend. We will see when they have to replace broken lines in the spring because of poor service of worker
