Immaculate food!!The grilled pork Banh Mi has the juiciest, delicious, savory flavor I've ever had. The pork on the inside mixed with veggies is just amazing. The Beef Pho? I'm speechless. Nothing better than a Vietnamese noodle bowl to go with it too. Even on its own is perfect enough. I haven't tried their other dishes but I can just tell that everything else will be great as well

This place has gone down hill. We ordered 2 special ham bahnmi and an order of eggrolls for $34 & it was the worst $34 I've spent. The bread was falling apart and you couldn't even taste the ham. It was thin and barely any in there. If you want to eat veggies in a bahnmi bread that's falling apart, sure go for it but don't call it a bahnmi, literally a disgrace. Not only that but they must have a new Indian worker. He didn't seem to want to be there at all and he works so slow. He moved onto the next order and realized he forgot to give us our food. This place use to be good for a mall food court joint, but never again, don't wanna try my luck!

We've eaten here 10+ times. Normally beef pho is very good, flavorful broth and tasty meat, but the last two times bland. I wonder if the usual chef is on vacation?? Portions are small for dine in, bigger for to go. They use the spongy meat balls which i like. i do love that dine in is with paper bowls! We also tried the grilled pork Banh mi and it was not good, very sweet. My husband is Vietnamese so my review is backed up

Surprised to find this level of flavor at a mall food court. Went on a Saturday around 4PM. The ladies at the counter were super friendly. The Bun Boe Hue is what caught my eye but I opted for a grilled pork Banh Mi. It was wonderful. I had tried Lu's on Nicollet for my last 2 Banh Mi and oddly enough this was a better sandwich. Service is a little slow but really you are getting restaurant quality from a food court so use your patience and you will be rewarded.

New younger cashier. It is usually the aunties that take my order. We ordered two bowls of pho for my kids and ended up waiting 30+ minutes. We talked to the cashier about our missing order twice. She walked to the back and came back to her cash register. It was not until the outgoing louder extroverted lady came out and started yelling out order numbers. I pushed to the counter and told her about my order 10+ orders ago that she got my order in a minute. I believe the cashier lost our order receipt and did not have the back bone to own up to it. She just stood there looking oblivious all the times we talked to her about it. Did they do anything about it? No, just a sorry and walked away.

I grabbed a sandwich on my way out. Probably the worst idea. I thought hey how can they mess up a Banh mi sandwich? Well, it's possible. I ordered the grilled pork sandwich. The lady grabbed some pork from the cold bar and put it on a plate to be reheated. That should of been the first red flag. The meat was hard and solid and was hard to chew. Who knows how long it's been since that meat had been cooked. Ended up throwing the sand which away. Overall, prices are overpriced. $12 for a dinky little bowl of pho? That's why I passed and just got a sandwich but Based off the sand which food is a 0 rating. The old lady was also pretty rude. Wasted my money and now fell kind of gross. I should of known better.

This is a classic, hole in the wall like wonder for authentic Vietnamese food in Maplewood Mall- that's right in a mall! I don't think anyone has much expectations for mall food court food in general- but if they did this place definitely 100% exceeds expectations. I've had the pho, banh mi, spring rolls and bubble tea here and I leave happy every time! I do think the pho portion is small but the amount of meat you get is generous and they have all the condiments you need on the side. The banh mi also has a generous portion of protein and the spring roll sauce is the best! The bubble tea here is one of the best, it's creamy, they fill it to the top and deliciously sweet (might be too sweet for some folks). As for service- I've had food and bad experiences but overall it has been more so friendly. Come on it's young ladies and it's a family business.

We both ordered the chicken panang curry. The flavor of the sauce is great. The chicken, however, is very thinly sliced and VERY overcooked. My dish had two pieces of onion that were from the outside so had no soft onion on them, just the tough, fibrous outer layer of the onion. I do understand that this could have simply been a mistake by the prep cook, but with the chicken being so terribly tough and overcooked, it was very disappointing. While the flavor of the curry was good, I would definitely not order this again.
