This Poke Bowl restaurant has a clean and simple design that's quite inviting. The food is fresh, and the bowls are of high quality. I went for the Rainbow Bowl and Dragon Bowl, which I highly recommend for the quality of the bowl. They also offer milk tea; I had the Thai red tea, which was a bit sweeter than I prefer but still pretty good. It has been hard to find good milk tea places in Mankato. Service was pretty fast as the place wasn't crowded. This spot offers fresh and healthy food that's perfect for regular meals. While the portion size worked for me, it might be a bit small for those with a bigger appetite. The prices are reasonable, and they bring some interesting dining options to Mankato. It's definitely worth trying if you're looking for a delicious and wholesome meal.

Tried 507 Poke Bowl for the first time today, what a cute little place. We ate in and the sitting area is cozy and modern. I made a custom bowl with the help of our waiter and it was fantastic!! All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Looking forward to returning to try something else.

Great place to go for Poke' Bowls. Great atmosphere and good service. As a new place, there are some wrinkles to work out, (ordering at the table and having to flag down servers to get the check took a while) but all-in-all a great place to go for fresh food while enjoying a great dining experience. The pork gyoza was fantastic!

Considering I was here on their first day, I would call it excellent. The service was a little slow, but not bad. The restaurant is bright and clean. The food was very good and filling. I did a build your own bowl, it was super easy, and you had a ton of choices. I would love some spicier sauces though. I will be back for the ramen for sure!

The service was good and I was told it was family owned. It wasn't busy when I was there and honestly I think they deserve more business. The food was beyond my expectations a little pricey but affordable, I got the rainbow roll and it was great. The ambiance was very chill and welcoming.

This was so good, I'm going to be happy for a week. Ingredients are fresh and delicious! The staff is helpful and friendly and accommodating. They adjusted my bowl to my preference happily. And my Boba drink was fantastic! I should have taken a pic but I dove into it before I gave it a thought. Definitely will be coming back!

First time, went with a sushi burrito expecting something a bit like sushi. It wasn't. There was si much fake crab salad in it, that was all that you could taste. The, in my opinion gross "crab salad", made the entire dish runny and impossible to eat. Don't get a "sushi burrito", it is neither and you will be disappointed, unless you live crab salad in seaweed wrap.

The service was amazing, the one thing I tried was not good, but I bet some of the other food is nice. The place gave boba shop vibes, so pretty normal.

Go there now. 507 Poke Bowl is the antidote to fast food, bar food and plastic franchise food. Simply delicious.Take out or dine in are both quick and easy. If you're eating there, the efficient staff bring menus, answer any questions and check back regularly. It beats trying to figure out what to order while standing at a counter. The space is open and comfortable. They were doing a brisk lunch business on a Saturday, yet the place was quiet and relaxing. The many fresh-tasting food options range from healthy poke (think sushi), diced fruits and vegetables with lots of flavorful sauce and toppings options, to Japanese and Chinese favorites like ramen, tempura, potstickers and pork buns. They have a good variety of hot teas and tasty boba drinks--flavored milk teas and smoothies. The peach smoothie with peach popping boba is so bright and refreshing--far better than any milkshake. The milk teas are more subtle, and that's not a bad thing.Mochi can be thick and too chewy, but the mochi ice cream desserts here are a highlight. Don't miss the vanilla ice cream mochi--it comes drizzled with chocolate syrup, tipped with whipped cream and dusted with chocolate powder. This alone is worth a visit. Wow.I appreciate that they bring a glass of water without asking. My only suggestion for this place--the only thing that wasn't just right about the whole experience--is to serve filtered water rather than the noticably chlorine-tasting local tap water. For providing a fast, delicious and entirely new dining choice, with a wide-ranging menu and excellent service, 507 Poke Bowl earns a five star rating.
