Super cute bar/restaurant located in the Gulch! Fun colored lights hanging across the ceiling. Seating both inside and outside. The food came out so fast, I picked 2 different types of tacos, the pork taco and the baha mahi taco. I definitely preferred the baha mahi tacos but both were delish. The margaritas were incredible! I had the skinny jalapeño which had the perfect kick at the end. They also use crushed ice which is so much better than regular ice.The host admitted they were short staffed, so be prepared to wait awhile to be seated. It also meant we couldn't sit outside which was a bit of a bummer since it was the perfect night for it.

10/10 the best Mexican restaurant in Nashville.I live in California and eat Mexican food weekly, this compares to my favorite restaurant in LAThe vibes were high!We called and they accompanied our party of 14 on Friday night at the drop of a hat!! They had our table decorated beautifully on the patio and moved it inside because we said we were hot upon arrival. Our server was amazing, such a nice guy! We ordered pitchers of all the margarita flavors on happy hour/ all were delicious and heavy pours!! They had a lot of gluten free options and I loved the enchiladas they were incredible. Beautiful restaurant inside and out; the bar was gorgeous.Fantastic service we really appreciated you taking the best care of our party!! Huge portions, I ate my leftovers the next day and they were amazing

This was a great spot in Nashville for some tacos and drinks! Service: 10/10! Our server was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and attentive. The food here was pretty good. Is it authentic Mexican food? Obviously not, but the food was good. I got an al pastor taco and a carne asada taco. I liked the carne asada more, I'd probably eat when like a 6/10. The tacos are a bit overpriced in my opinion. The guac was pretty good too, I liked it more than the tacos, but it was $12 for such a tiny bowl of it. The drinks here were great, I recommend the white sangria and any of their margaritas. I'd come again for drinks and probably try other things on the menu!

Four years since my first review and Saint Anejo is still incredible. I love a place that takes a reservation and even offers a small lot. Everything we ate was delicious. I changed up my usual order to chorizo scramble, which came with fresh tortillas. We really loved the pineapple habanero salsa, it was perfect mix of spicy and sweet. I'll keep returning whenever I'm in town!

If I could, it would be a 3.5 stars! Food was pretty decent. But it was just too expensive for what it was. The restaurant was super clean and not too loud out all. Our server was just so sweet and always popping up to check on us. So service and space were both 10/10. I'm just not sure I can justify what I spent on tacos! I got the shrimp and potato tacos, my friends got the hot chicken / chorizo tacos and a burrito. Everybody said the food tasted pretty good.

There are a lot of great places to get upscale tacos in Nashville these days but Saint Anejo still stands out as a winner and a bit different. The tacos are good--each I had and each my table tried was raved about (faves include the Mahi Mahi, Barbacoa, and al pastor) but everything else involved stepped it up: the street corn, the salsa (particularly the bbq spicy one), the churros, the short+stout margaritas, the decor, the prices/value, the ambience, the music, the service. All in all just a great place to have a fun lunch or early dinner. I really appreciate that you can get a booth or your own table and that while there's music it's easy to have a conversation at said table without shouting--many of Anejo's competitors don't provide that. I did see on the Yelp description that they have a free parking lot but for the life of me don't know where--we circled the area many times and ended up using street parking at (a fair) $2 per hour to avoid the criminal metropolis garages.

We visited Nashville and were looking for a place for breakfast and happened upon Saint Anejo. No wait cause they opened at 10am on Sunday morning. We were very pleased with our food and waitress Kylie and her trainee Macy.. they were wonderful, prompt, and knowledgeable of the menu. I would highly recommend the restaurant and experience. Make sure you ask for them when you come and visit. I had the huevos burrito

Sidney is the best server ever!! I told him I have a gluten intolerance, and he really made sure there wasn't any cross contamination. He is a great server and so friendly! I came here for my bachelorette and next time I come back to Nash I'll be back to Saint Anejo!! WE LOVE SIDNEY, so slay.
