Saigon Soul Vietnamese Restaurant

Decided to drop by for dinner today (2/13/24) at 5:00 PM. There were only 2 other tables that had dine-in customers when we arrived. Selected our seats and then looked over the menu to see what we were going to order.The server brought our glasses of water while we were deciding. After about 5 minutes, we requested to get the Chicken Wings, which we never received (didn't get charged when we were paying, though) 2 Pork Patty Spring Rolls, 2 House Combinations (1 Large, 1 Small), a Grilled Chicken Vermicelli Noodle Bowl and a Grilled Chicken Sandwich to go.When it was time for us to get the food, received the Pork Patty Spring Rolls first. Then the Noodle Bowl and then 2 House Combos. At first they brought 2 Small House bowls, so we had to tell them that we had 1 in large size, so they took 1 small one back and brought us a large bowl instead.The broth of the Pho soup tasted a bit different than last time. The Grilled Chicken Vermicelli Noodle bowl also lacked flavor or seasoning this time around. Had to put a lot of Sriracha and Hoisin sauce to add some spiciness and zest to the noodles and veggies.When we were done and went to pay for our table, noticed they had forgotten about the Chicken Wings appetizer. At least they didn't charge for it.Overall, we really enjoyed our foods that we got and ate inside the restaurant, though there were a couple of miscues. Still a very good Vietnamese restaurant!

The worst customer service I ever see in my life. This place run by 2 young owners who come from DN Vietnam, their foods are okay but their CS & attitudes are beyond the imagination. The Receptionist girls are always nice and understandable but the young guy in the Kitchen is just ridiculously arrogant.Seems like am paying 100$ for the dishes but they treated me like am begging for their foods! Save your $$$ & go somewhere else friends. There is reason why this place is DEAD!

I ordered via Ubereats. I've tried pho all over my area lately, and so far these guys have the best tasting broth.It arrived warm, not sure why since I don't live too far, so it wasn't hot enough to cook the raw beef. I don't have a micro so I had to warm up in my oven since I had everything in the bowl, and I didn't want to cook the sprouts. The chicken bahn mi was also good. I've had better but this was still good. So overall I give them a four star

Spring roll cut in 2 small rolls and sold it for $5.95 lol. Flavor sauce was off and fishy taste from the shrimp. Gross! Egg rolls comes with 3 regular small pieces for $6 get tf out of here. Ain't coming here again after my first visit today.

Food is okay. Service was excellent. Would eat here again if i happen to be in the area. Banh xeo had nice crunch but flavorless.Fried Rice had nice char but was dry. Pho was decent.

All of their dishes are flavorful and delicious!! My favorites My Quang, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Canh Cua, anh Banh Mi. Best authentic Vietnamese foods in the area so far to me!

Super clean inside, super friendly and attentive service. The pork sausage spring roll was incredible fresh, the pork was still warm, they don't put noodles in the spring rolls (definitely didn't miss it), it was packed with veggies. I got the bun rieu and it was hands down one of the BEST I've had in Washington, can't say ever, since Vietnam makes everything the best. But the broth was flavorful, tons of crab and egg, tomatoes were stewed just enough. So amazing. Partner got the steak pho and didn't say if it was good or bad but finished the bowl, so it couldn't have been bad.

From one good pho restaurant to another.This place has really good food! The fried egg rolls were fresh, crispy and flavorful. As well as the fried wontons.The pho soup has plenty of flavor, with a lot of meat and noodles. When I asked for extra tendon, they actually gave me extra. Ambiance was nice and relaxing. The only thing is that there is not enough room for all the people that were coming in to eat their great food. It's a very busy place. So, make sure you get here to try their food. I think you will be satisfied!

Very nice restaurant, servers were attentive, good ventilation so you won't smell like Asian food after leaving lol we order a few dishes and they all hit the spots, very satisfied. What we got: bun rieu, hu tieu, spring rolls nem nuong, banh xeo (crepe). The hu tieu could have had more black pepper, but still love it, the broth is delish. Bun rieu also very yummy, not as greasy as other places, broth is light and tasty. We also love the ba'nh xeo, btw their banh xeo was not made with coconut milk which is what I've been looking for. I don't like the coconut style. It's also very crispy, they gave you lettuce to roll with. I also like that they have shredded cabbage and lettuce for the side veggies, besides bean sprouts.

Excellent food and authentic! Nice, simple, and clean restaurant. Friendly service. We tried this place for the first time; big group of 12. Everybody left happy, stuffed, and will be coming back again!
