My go to coffee stop when I grab egg tarts from ECK Bakery in the same center. It's always packed but coffee service is quick. The ca phe sua da is on the stronger side and not overly sweet.

Place was bustling on a Sunday morning but orders went really fast. We got a banhmi and coffee combo which was almost 10$. Order came pretty fast, and banhmi was pretty good. A good amount of meat and a solid bread. But coffee was a little too bitter for my liking. I would not go back for coffee, but overall a decent place.

Large place where a lot of elderly Asian males like to hang out in groups. I have tried a few items here. Their banh mi (sandwiches) and com tam platter are good. Their coffee is very strong and bitter. It is good, but some people may not be used to it. The coffee cup size is not very big. I really don't like that they round up all food item prices automatically, so it seems like a certain amount of required tip is already lumped into your bill. Seems shady if you are not explaining that to customers at all. Customer service is hit and miss. Some staff are nice. Others are not. It feels like they are being bothered when customers ask them questions.

This place open early and it's a good place to for some hot breakfast. We got the Com Tam and it was good. There is plant lot of parking and it's a place would come with family or just a few friends for breakfast or a quick bite. The service was good .

Finally had a chance to try this place and I'm pretty surprised. Unfortunately their menu was limited but the bun and the com tam were great! The place reminds me of a cafe! Wish the tables and seats were cleaner but aside from that, food was flavorful! The cafe sua da was strong!! Overall, good service, food was kinda pricey for chinatown, food was good, 4 stars firm

We came on a Saturday for the first time and enjoyed the $8 special for viet coffee and a banh mi! The coffee was really good and it's portion sized so when I got without ice, was shocking to me to get only 1/6 of the cup filled! It's not a lot of coffee compared to some places when you do no ice, it's at least half full. Their noodle dishes are flavorful but portion is rather small for $11. It was really packed on the weekend but seems like a nice hangout spot. There was plenty seating both outside and inside. We saw alot of older folks, probably regulars, just sit and talk for a while! It's got a homey feel and the service was amazing. I would bring brings and come back!!

Probably the best Banh Mi/Cafe (ice coffee) combo for value in Houston, and there's LOtS of choices!The Cafe Sua Da (ice coffee with condensed milk) comes from expresso machine, which some may not prefer, but it's the most consistent to taste and form.The bread is nice and crispy, reminiscent of French baguettes and the filling is appropriate...I always ask for 'additional meat' and being only extra $1, will not break the bank.I always order the 'thap cam' (variety) Banh Mi, and there are other choices They also make a tasteful Com Tam (broken rice) with pork chop/egg dish that I've enjoyed on weekends Don't come late, as this cafe closes earlier than most (5pm weekdays/6pm weekends)
