We were going to the TACOMA stars soccer game and needed to eat dinner earlier. This was our choice and it will never be again. The food was terrible. My wife's teriyaki chicken was almost unrecognizable. The overly sweet dressings and sauces were cloying. Everything was too sweet. My short ribs were tough and grisly. The service was good, but the food not so. The table next to us was a screaming baby and out of control two-year-old. Forgettable experience. Ugh.

I've been going here to get pho for years and never had any issues. The service is great and they give standard portions for food. It's nothing fancy as pho is a pretty casual cuisine. Parking can be difficult to find as it's at Kent station and can get packed on the weekends & in the evenings.

The spring rolls were good. The broth was very good. There are not a lot of noodles or meat in the pho. Friendly and fast service.

Food was amazing! We had the pho and vermicelli noodles. Both had a lot of meat and flavor was right on. If you want authentic Vietnamese food, try this place. Definitely will come back and be a regular.

They use pad Thai noodles instead of pho noodles I liked the old owners better. The broth isn't as good as it used to be.

Ordered via Ubereats. Delivery ran smoothly. The pho was actually a cool warm so it didn't really cook the raw steak all the way and we don't have a microwave so we ate it pretty much cool. The one that was more disappointing was the chicken bahn mi. The chicken was grilled and basically burnt. So dry it was difficult to eat. The short ribs was ok. I guess I should know better that to order short ribs. People rave about my short ribs. I wished it was a better experience because I really wanted to support our local businesses in Kent. There a lot of pho places down the street from my house that are very good. But decided to go this place a chance. Sorry didn't hit the mark with me, but I'll rate the place fair since it was delivery and I didn't actually dine in. I'll update if I decide to visit IRL.

Found a good place for "Bò Né" (cube beef steak on hot cast iron) One portion come with bread on the side. A lot of food in one portion for me. Food is delicious but the beef is a bit chewy. The restaurant located in Kent Station, a lot of parking lots. Love the beef, will be back

Best pho ever! I ordered the oxtail and beef pho, soooo tasty. My daughter also loves it and emptied the bowl. The owner is really nice and he gave a small gift to my daughter as she finished her food. My daughter is really happy :)

To start with, we've been going to Saigon Pho & Grill for a few years now, in our ongoing search for amazing pho. Before we moved from the immediate area, we would go routinely due to great experience - pho had plenty of noodles, meat being tender and not pre-cooked, excellent portions, drinks on-par, and more.Today (3/15) we went as it has been more than a few months, and we were disappointed to say the least. The portions for the pho were considerably less - noodles were probably 60% of what they were, meat was pre-cooked and then served in the broth which made it tough not tender, and even the extra meat ($5 extra) was maybe a few extra slices of tough meat. The crab wontons were mainly crème with a few small pieces of what appeared to be crab substitute. The server was also curt and rude from the beginning, only checking on us a couple of times throughout our entire time there, which was odd given there was only one other table occupied by one person. And the prices had gone up, so we were definitely not getting value or service for what we paid. At least the drink we got (passion fruit drink) was good!I hope this was a fluke and not the norm, but we were definitely disappointed. We're gonna try again and see if it's better next time, but if not we may be looking for a replacement spot,
