Saigon Nites Vietnamese Cuisine

Pho review only. Pho is actually pretty good! Pho menu selection is simple. They have ample space. Lots of great art to look at. Great for solo diners. Really enjoyed the broth. Didn't add any condiments because it didn't need it. Private parking lot hidden in the corner of a plaza!

I was visiting another establishment in the plaza and came across Saigon Nites. I looked at other reviews and they looked decent so decided to give it a try. It was really quiet in the evenings on week nights but we liked the undivided attention. We tried the spring rolls, combo pho and the pork and shrimp rice noodle bowl. Overall, we enjoyed our food, especially since there aren't many good Vietnamese food options in this part of the valley. The broth's flavor was good in the pho and there was enough content. The rice noodles were good, too. The prices are reasonable for the area and would visit again.The decor is cute! I probably wouldn't try the boba even though there was a cute boba sign.

We went in on a weekday mid afternoon and there were only 2 other tables in here. Clean and open space, cute flower wall on one side, and outdoor seating if it's cool enough.We both ordered the combination pho. Pho was fairly beefy, not as aromatic as I'm used to. Brisket cuts weren't the greatest cuts (rubbery, not fall apart), very large tendon pieces that were gamier and chewier than I'm used to. We also got a boba milk tea and that was mediocre. Watery, quite artificial and some boba were undercooked (hard).The service was fairly quick, but the waitress seemed annoyed that we kept asking her questions...Soy sauce (shoyu) doesn't exist here, Only maggi seasoning, if you were wondering. Prices aren't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I understand the area. Their receipt is also helpful as it breaks down the credit card or cash cost in case you were having an internal debate on how to pay. All in all, it's ok to me.

Went off a recommendation from a friend. Pho was bland and had a weirdly sweet flavor. Looked, tasted, and smelled, weird. Would not get Saigon Nites again.

This is one of my go to places to get comfort food from, for over fifteen years now. For starters, you can never go wrong with their egg rolls. Their spring rolls are also some of my favorites. They're the perfect size, not too big or overly stuffed to the point where it's awkwardly shaped. Now for the main entrées, I usually stick to the classic beef meatball pho, the broth rich in flavor. If I'm not in the mood for soup, then I go to my alternative, the salted shrimps, a nice balance of saltiness and mild to medium spice. The only grievance I have with this place is that, after raising their prices (understandably due to inflation), their portion size did not remain the same as before. Now, for some of their main entrées the portion size is noticeably less than what it used to be. If you're going to raise the price, at least keep your portion size the same as before and not decrease them.

The Beef Pho was so flavorful and they give enough meat! We went during lunch and the service was good and the food came out quickly. We decide to dine-in but they have a to-go option.

Wow food was excellent, service great. They are attentive and you can tell they care about what you think about the food. It was delicious !

Best Vietnamese in Scottsdale but I really miss the excellent Vietnamese food from Houston. The service is often slow. It seems to be always under renovation. It has potential but just doesn't always hit the mark. I wish they had a lemongrass beef and grill vermicelli bowl. The summer rolls are great and the accompanying peanut sauce is fantastic.
