3.5 Stars Trendy cafe with eclectic decor (fake plants, cartoons, selfie booth,Taylor Swift cardboard cutout (?) ). They did an incredible job on the branding (coolest logo ever)! The Banh Mih Dip ($15) was super tasty, thought it was priced a tad on the high side for the size.Unfortunately, that specific day I was also hoping it would be a healthier option than it was but ah well lol, gotta live. The description said it would have a slathering of pate (I love pate) but it really was more mayo heavy if anything (was the pate forgotten? hmm). It was delicious dipped in the broth (the soft crispy baguette soaks it up). Sort of reminded me of a cheesesteak. Really messy to eat. The brisket was on the fatty side, which I prefer - yum! BF got the chicken vermicelli bowl ($17) which he enjoyed. They are very busy, limited seating inside. Located in pioneer square. Order a the counter and the staff bring your order out with a smile :)

Holy crap, I had the best banh mi I've ever eaten from Saigon Drip Cafe! No, seriously. You need to eat here at this charming, trendy eatery in Pioneer Square, which serves the most delicious Vietnamese eats and has Vietnamese coffee! My colleague recommended Saigon Drip Cafe and mentioned that the banh mi was delicious. I was hesitant at first because I don't really like banh mis, which is crazy because I like sandwiches, but I guess I just never had a banh mi that made me a fan. Until now. Since Saigon Drip Cafe is conveniently close to my office, I decided to check it out for lunch and when I came here on a Friday around noon, the place was already packed. Almost every seat was taken when I visited, so get here early, folks, if you want to dine in during the lunch hour. The place is on the smaller side, too. I ordered the banh mi drip, which was the brisket banh mi with pate, onions, mayo in a toasted baguette AND, the best part is the side of beef bone marrow broth to dip it in and sip on! I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee with cheese foam and since I checked in on Yelp, I redeemed a free appetizer of my choosing, so of course I chose the popular fish sauce chicken wings. After you order and pay at the counter, an employee brings your order to you. And once my food came, everything was neatly packaged, in case I wanted to take any to go. But there were no leftovers to be had of this banh mi drip. I took one bite and was immediately hooked. HOOKED. First of all, the toasted baguette was incredibly fresh and was perfectly baked. I saw that they make the baguettes in house and I almost took a baguette home because this was so good! Plus, the brisket was sooo tender and delicious, and although the sandwich itself was simple, with not that many toppings, its simplicity is what makes it perfect because you really savor the brisket, especially when you dip it in the beef bone marrow broth. The broth is very flavorful, too, and comforting to sip. The fish sauce wings were enjoyed the next day, and they were solid. If you like fish sauce, it has that sticky, fishy, sweet glaze on perfectly fried chicken wings. I can see why people dig it. And you know the Vietnamese coffee with the cheese foam didn't disappoint. Strong coffee and I love the salty-sweet cheese foam. In addition to fantastic banh mis, they have a variety of phos, bowls, appetizers, and a bun bo hue, which they serve as family style and only on weekends. Ya gotta visit Saigon Drip Cafe for some bomb ass Vietnamese food. And since this is next to my office, it'll be an incentive for me to actually work in the office versus from home. Damn.

Really good banh mi and the portion size is very generous. Perfect for a quick stop before catching our train! The grilled port banh mi was delicious. The pickled veggies were good and the pork was tender and flavorful! The bread had a nice crust but still very soft. I also love how it was still warm even when I ate it 30 min later! Friendly staff and awesome menu, definitely recommend!

Love the innovation of this place! Saigon Drip takes Vietnamese food and takes it to a new level! I came here with my boyfriend and we ordered the banh mi drip and WORLD* Famous Chicken Wings (Haunted Heatwave flavor) with some drinks like the Cafe Sua and the Passion fruit Mango Limeade. The banh mi drip was something I've never seen or done before with my banh mi. Basically the banh mi comes with pho broth, which you dip your banh mi that contains pho brisket and caramelized onions into! This gives off a savory flavor that elevates the whole idea of a regular banh mi. I would highly recommend the banh mi drip. The WORLD* Famous Chicken Wings in the flavor Haunted Heatwave were good, but boy were they spicy! My boyfriend had to down water to calm down. The flavor is definitely manageable if you have high spice tolerance like me, but definitely be sure to order drinks to go with it. The Cafe Sua was rich and strong for my boyfriend, I'm not a coffee person so I didn't really like it. I really liked the Passion Fruit Mango Limeade though! It was very refreshing and perfect! We originally came to Saigon Drip to try out the Bun Bo Hue hotpot but they didn't have it on the day we came so we choose those other items to eat. Overall, I am really satisfied with what we ate and definitely will come back for the Bun Bo Hue!

I have seen videos on TikTok about this fairly new Vietnamese spot and finally stopped by! When we first arrived, my first impression was it felt very welcoming with the doors wide open. At the front, there are two screens where customers can self order, as well as having staff taking your order! Michael was very helpful with assisting in taking our order this Saturday! I really wanted the Croissant Mì, but that is only a breakfast item (ends at 11AM). Instead, I got the Bánh Mì Drip and Iced Cà Phê Sữa Đá. My sister ordered the Steak Phở and Matcha Tea. The staff are very friendly and engaging with their customers. I appreciate Michael for making sure we were well taken care of while we were there! I will definitely come back for that Croissant Mì!

Coming from the Bay Area, I have found it hard to find on par Vietnamesefood while traveling. However, I will happily say that this cafe would be my home away from home if I moved to Seattle. The pho broth is rich in flavor and the banh mi is soft enough to not hurt, but crunchy enough to give texture. I got the Banh Mi Drip w/ extra pate (I genuinely got so excited seeing that add-on) while my boyfriend got the brisket pho. The environment and service made me feel at home with the Vietnamese chatter, attention to details, and the modern cultural decorations.

Great place to grab a bahn mi if you're in the Pioneer Square area. This place is known for its bahn mi drip which is a brisket sandwich with a side of bone marrow pho broth. Their take on a French dip sandwich. I wasn't in the mood for beef but still wanted the "dip experience" so I ordered their bok bok (chicken bahn mi) with a side of pho broth. The sandwich itself was delicious, perfectly toasted, and had a decent amount of protein. The broth was good and a perfect portion side for either dipping or sipping. I will say that this place is more on the pricy side but I wouldn't say it's overpriced.

Saigon Drip was a newer try for me and has easily claimed the spot as my favorite Vietnamese spot in Seattle. Saigon Drip is a newer Vietnamese spot dedicated to empowering and building their community through their love for Vietnamese cuisine and culture. They focus on providing great service and food in hopes you'll have an unforgettable experience. It was inspiring to hear about their past experiences and how this has shaped their values and morals they carry in the restaurant today. They truly emphasize getting to know their customers and providing a welcoming community - almost as if you're family. Here's what I ordered: Caramelized Fish Sauce Wings: SUPER CRISPY and so well flavored. Bún bò Huế Hotpot: Some of the best BBH i've had in seattle. The broth was so deep and flavorful. I loved that they even included the shredded banana leaves, blood cubes and Vietnamese meatloaf Bánh mì Dip: So packed with goodness and the broth took it to another level They're also doing catering now, which you can place on their website (link in their instagram @saigondripcafe). Make their food the talk of your events! The restaurant itself was gorgeous. They have murals inspired by Vietnamese culture and cuisine. There is a good amount of seating, but from what I hear, the weekends can get busy! They also have paid street parking, which wasn't too hard for us to find. They use self-order kiosks, but the workers are rapidly available to answer any questions you may have about the menu! I will be back, and hope you all give this place a try too!

WOW. We got the Saigon drip ban mi and that was incredible. I brought it home and I was using my fingers to get whatever was left on the plate after I was done. Delicious and I'm saving the broth to drink it later. The cool thing too about this is that banh mi was originally made during the time the French were in Vietnam and this combo really respects the cultural history behind the meal. The limeade was good too. The service was fast as well. We got a standard banh mi as well and that was good. I personally like the banh mi at than son tofu bakery slightly more, but this was good too. Their specialty is definitely the Saigon drip and I think that's what people should get first time around.
