Let me tell you about this hidden gem! Their B4 Bun Vermicelli Bowl is like a flavor party in your mouth, with amazing beef, pork, shrimp and crispy spring rolls that will make your taste buds dance with joy. Seriously, it's so good you'll want to write a love song about it. And don't even get me started on their Banh Mi - it's like biting into a little piece of heaven. Crispy bread, juicy meats, and tangy pickled veggies all in one bite? It's life-changing, my friend. Great service all around, and as I dined, I noticed tons of regulars walking in. Trust me, you don't want to miss out on this culinary experience!

Service was great. Quick to go option. We ordered the beef noodle bowl to go and was surprised to see that the beef was extremely dry similar to beef jerky. It wasn't a dryness from being over cooked, but it was similar to it being cooked again from yesterday's order (left on the counter for some time)I would come back to try again when I'm in town in case it was just a one off situation.

Delicious pho and as good as ones we've had in California area.. We had pho tai (beef) with beef balls. The broth is sweeter than other pho we've had but I like it sweet. The fresh shrimp & pork rolls were pretty good, but I prefer a heavier peanut sauce (not a big deal, just preference)Good, friendly service. Family owned.

Loved everything! Quick service, cleanliness, ambiance and especially the great food. Best tofu veggie soup! Fresh large chunks of fried tofu, plenty of fresh vegetables and savory chicken broth. Hubs thoroughly enjoyed pork vermicelli bowl, one of the best ever. Spicy wing appetizer delish albeit wings close to miniature size. Highly recommend! ~EG Eats

We wanted some banh mi (baguette sandwiches) for dinner so I made a stop at Saigon Bowl. This family owned business have the nicest and very appreciative staff at the counter. I ordered a grilled chicken banh mi. I asked staff for a recommendation on pork sausage or grilled pork banh mi. He hesitated and finally said pork sausage. Their pork sausage is handmade by the mom. Sweet!I went with his suggestion. The to go banh mi arrived nicely wrapped and warm. Too bad we weren't eating them immediately. Update on the meal, we will stick to their other meals. Neither of the Banh mi were as flavorful as others we have tried. The price is very reasonable for a 6" banh mi. Shared parking and Cox WiFi for subscribers.

A family-runned restaurant serving good authentic Vietnamese comfort food. My friends and I shared the Vietnamese Imperial Rolls (crispy and light) and the grilled pork sandwich. We found the pork on the greasy side but it was stuffed with pork and lots of veggies with a touch of mayo. The bread is a sub style (as noted on the menu) so not as light or crispy compared to a traditional French baguette. Nevertheless, the sandwich is hearty and good value. The cold coffee with condensed milk was strong and refreshing. We all had the P2 (rice noodles with slender slices of eye round steak). Good amount of rice noodles with a side plate of herbs, bean sprouts and wedges of lime. The broth was clean and clear and a nice balance of savoury with some sweetness. No MSG as my face didn't turn red. I have tried pho broths in Vietnam from South to North and also living in a city filled with many authentic Vietnamese restaurants, I would rate Saigon Bowl's broth at 4.6/5. Staff were friendly and came by a few times to check on us. The family took over this restaurant business 7 years ago from another family that operated for 30 years. Mom does the cooking and she is from Central Vietnam. Interior was clean and tidy. Easy with parking as it's in a mall complex.

This was my first time trying this spot. I got a to-go order of pho and I was very impressed with the taste and quality. Fresh veggies and meat for toppings and delicious rich broth. I'd say it's worth the price, it's about the same price as any other pho place if not a bit cheaper. I'm very impressed and I'll definitely be back here! I want to come back and sit inside because it's really beautiful inside. Also the employees were very sweet and professional!

This has became my wife's favorite spot. We have been to Saigon Bowl several times the last few years. We always have amazing service and the food is always fresh and always delicious. We tried the crab puffs this last visit they were the best filled with all crab no fillers like most spots. The wonton soup and the lemongrass chicken were also stand outs. Very reasonable price for good quality food and service.

Stopped by here for lunch since I was picking up pastries next door.Spacious restaurant with lots of tables but there was only 1 other party dining in with us for Saturday lunch. Service was really kind and we didn't wait too long.We got the fish sauce wings, beef stew with noodles, and combo banh hoi (woven vermicelli). The food was OK for us. We enjoyed the wings the most because of how flavorful they were. My husband enjoyed the beef stew but he would have preferred a different noodle type. Perhaps you can ask to switch out the noodles. My banh hoi combo was decent - wish the fish sauce was stronger but I'm sure it's toned down for an American audience. The beef was really greasy which I didn't like. Nem nuong was cut in small pieces and over fried.I do think they have items that are not at other Vietnamese restaurants in Scottsdale so give them a try if you're in the area!
