Absolutely the worst jeweler I have experienced. I didn't buy anything but when I was calling out his prices looking for some jewelry for my wife one of them started to get aggressive and tried calling me names. Put him in his place really quick. They put some ridicules price tag. Like 4800 for a 10k necklace. With like a few grams of gold. Then they apply that ridicules discount and your still paying an extranomical amount per gram when 10 k gold is in its low 30s. They really rip you off if you don't know anything about jewelry. Super dishonest. Stay clear away from here. I recommend making the drive to highline jewelry in hayward or even shieks in that mall. Shieks had the same necklace and earing combo half their price out the door. With better 14k gold.

I recently purchased a diamond necklace from this jeweler and found them to be extremely helpful, professional, with an extremely reasonable price. This is the best experience I have ever had purchasing jewelry. Please find them at Arden Mall next to Macy's on the lower level, you will be glad.

Great experience and great customer service and got me rolling with a brand new chain

This place does not sell real jewelry. Spent so much money coming back to have my jewelry repaired. You would think they would take care of a loyal customer and have a warranty on their jewelry or repair without charging their customer for each repair. There is no way this place sales legit jewelry if I have to keep coming back to have it repaired. They are getting over so bad. My family told me to stop coming here because they are a rip off. When loyalty goes bad. Looking for a legit jewelry store in the Sac area now. Stay away from this place. Not worth your money, and I loss hundreds here.

The service is terrible; the staff laugh right in your face instead of helping solve the issue. The manager is never available, and it's impossible to get in touch with them. They sold a ring to a minor and refuse to refund the money for fake gold! The jewelry is kept in dirty, broken glass displays. I've never seen anything like this before. I do not recommend this place!!

Don't come here. I provided them a chain and they handed me back the wrong one. They are trying to flip the blame on us saying it's our fault we should've checked. They should have their side organized and not handing off the wrong jewelery. Don't go to fix a chain here either. It's $50 scam

DON'T COME HERE! I dropped my jewelry off to get fixed. They Stole my diamond Out my ring and they don't fix my chains right. I don't know why this place even exists especially with bad customer service. This is by far the worst place to handle anyone special jewelry. Thumbs down no star from me!

Service sucks. Don't come here. They'll steal your money and your being. I'm not sure how they even make money. Probably by stealing people's diamonds and gold and reselling it to pay the rent.
