We heard they're serving lunch here, so my girlfriend and I had to go check it out and let me tell you, five out of five stars. PERIOD. It was too easy for us because we love bold flavors and the options for super spicy food if desired! And they more than came through. The cheese corn was cheesy and garlicky, the Rose pasta dish was out of this world creamy and subtle, but then the protein on it popped with huge flavor, absolutely addicting. I could honestly eat here every single day. And because I was on my lunch break, I was actually able to call ahead and have the food be ready and piping hot right when we arrived to eat!!! Everyone was so nice and friendly, and because we were the first in there for lunch before the others arrived, they offered us a drink on the house. We got the melon soda. It was sweet and fizzy. 4/5. The noodles that came out with the beef rib we got a level three it gave it great flavor and I got the level seven spiciness sauce on the side and it was so good. It literally tastes like just straight capsicum sauce lol when I say I could eat here every day I really mean that because I'm actually going to see if they're on DoorDash right now. Also, during lunchtime, the ambience is calm and not hyphy, which is what I love because they save all that-for after hours and respect the daytime career lunch enthusiasts. 10/10 all the way, the food is to die for! Those crispy french fries with whatever that creamy sauce is with the flavor packing beef bulgogi... ummm yes, PLEASE!!!

I came to Z Town to celebrate a friend's birthday dinner with a group of six, and the experience left a lot to be desired. Personally, I wouldn't recommend Z Town as a dinner spot since everything came out as a snack-size portion. The menu is only available via QR code, and you can flip through it in just a few clicks. The menu was also non-descriptive, so it wasn't very helpful for those that aren't familiar with Korean food. My friend of Korean descent also noted that items were misspelled, so Z Town is far from authentic. The food that we ordered was just okay; nothing to rave about and nothing worth coming back for. Z Town is known for their soju towers (some flavors better than others) and rowdy, party atmosphere. On the weekend I was there, they had three different DJs, which was fun at first, until I realized that all the DJs were playing the same music. It seems like there's not much coordination, and Z Town has the potential to be fun, but there's so many inconsistencies that it just begins to feel frustrating. The worst part is that it feels like Z Town doesn't prioritize the quality of the customer experience and only wants to rack up your tab. For a restaurant/ bar to lack a functioning restroom is completely unacceptable. No one tried to resolve the clogged toilets, and instead staff were directing patrons to the grocery store next door. Staff and patrons vape inside, and they even sell vapes too. Overall, not a place I'd recommend and definitely not worth the $500 tab.

Z Town is perfect for those who want to eat Asian food in a club environment:1) They have a playlist of music with mostly Kpop playing at a higher volume throughout the restaurant, with videos that are shown on screen behind a DJ stand. 2) The decor is flashy and overstimulating with lights, dark furniture, and hanging decorations. 3) They have happy hour drink specials and giant mixed drinks to share at the table.Food wise, the army hot pot was quite large. Even the small size was enough to share for two. Flavor was pretty good and perfect for a cold night. We also tried the fried chicken. They came out looking darker (borderline burnt looking) than I would like but actually tasted okay. The kimchi was not great and actually tasted like it had gone bad though (and not in a nice fermented way). Disappointing for a Korean spot.I'm sure it's a popular place for the right crowd of much younger and cooler people. I wouldn't return unless someone wanted to check out the happy hour.

We came on a Sunday night and it was pretty empty. The service was good, our server was attentive and gave us his recommendations. The food was good, but it wasn't the best Korean I've had here in Sac. I feel as though the portions are pretty small compared to the price, the photos are zoomed in. This is probably a great place to drink and party in the evenings, but there wasn't anything that is drawing me to come back.

Fun restaurant/club vibes. Great for a celebration or night out when you want to eat and party too. Lots of food and drink options. All tasted great! My favorites were the fried chicken and ribs though.

Z-Lunch is a great spot for spice lovers! Their spicy noodles have seven heat levels, with a delicious sweet and spicy broth. The noodles are perfectly chewy, and the customer service is excellent--friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

My husband and I came here for lunch today with our toddler. The place is super cute. Lots of decorative signs and cute setup. They sat us at a booth and brought us waters and menus. The service was fast and server was so nice. They came and checked on us every so often and refilled our water. We ordered the bulgogi fries, beef rib noodles, bulgogi dumplings and kimchi fried rice. The beef rib noodles was delicious. You get to pick your spice level 1-7 (I got level 5). The broth was tangy and full of flavors. It wasn't spicy enough so the waiter brought out a side of peppers sauce for me to add in my soup. I ended up adding the whole thing. The beef rib was soo good. Nice sweet flavor and cooked just how I like it. Soft enough but still has some bite to it. The bulgogi fries was also really good. Sweet and savory. The kimchi that came on it added a nice crunch to it. The bulgogi dumplings was my son's favorite. Full of flavor and lots of meat. Last but not least, the kimchi fried rice was definitely the star of the show. I will have to say it's one of the best kimchi fried rice I've had. It comes on a sizzling plate surrounded by cheese corn. Because the rice was cooked on the plate it gave it an extra crunch. Which I love! The cheese corn was a perfect pair to the kimchi fried rice. I would definitely come back. We will have to come back to try their dinner menu.

My friends wanted to meet up here for dinner and I came with no expectations. Upon walking in, I was surprised by the design and atmosphere of this restaurant. A staff member checked our IDs and led us to our table. We were the first group to arrive since they opened for dinner. We ordered lots of food and drinks. Food came out so fast! And portion is big enough to share. One thing for me was that water tasted weird here. Not sure if it's tap water or what but there is an after taste that I didn't like. My friends were fine though. Food was good and I heard there is a DJ after 9pm. Unfortunately we didn't stay until then. Good atmosphere and I can imagine people come here to get rowdy and drink. Staffs are attentive and nice. Parking lot available.
