I love, love, love Yomie's! If you like yogurt's tartness, this is the place to go. Everything I have tried on the menu I have thoroughly enjoyed.

Fruity Smoothie Recipes with Yogurt [Rocklin CA]I was in the area and wanted to try this place. My first time here and I have no idea what rice x yogurt is. After taking some time looking through the menu board and asking a few questions I decided on the Passion Fruit Yogurt smoothie. I chose the small size. It turned out to be delicious with a creamy and luscious texture. I'm not familiar with the other flavors but thanks to fellow Yelper, Belinda, who gave me helpful description on the different types of flavors in which I will try next time. The cafe sits on the corner inside the Safeway shopping center, very clean and bright with plenty of natural lighting and ample seating. Stopped by today since I was near and I'm normally an hour away, so I figured I might as well try it now! They have a great little corner spot with a nice large sign, but there isn't much else going on in this shopping center. I walked in and there wasn't much of a greeting, more of an annoyance that I didn't immediately know what I wanted. I didn't plan on stopping by so I didn't look at the menu ahead of time. The menu is a bit confusing and the specialty drinks had no description whatsoever, so I just asked to get the Melon Melon smoothie but with purple rice. I picked the larger size since the small one looked tiny. It was equivalent to a medium size elsewhere, but still cost $9!When my drink was ready I got a "here" and she put it on the counter. No thank you at all. I liked the purple rice but I can get one closer to home without driving all the way here for lackluster service. There wasn't even any melon flavor either, just tasted like strawberry or even just plain yogurt.EDIT - Owner responded to my review. Good customer service means making customers feel welcome when they come in, maybe offering a smile, is that so much to ask? I appreciate that fresh fruits are used, but that should still mean I should taste the flavor that's being advertised. Definitely won't be back after this response sadly, customer service just isn't for everyone.

Thrilled and surprised to have found that a Yomie opened up! Last time we had it was a while ago down around Rowland Heights. It is a bit pricey but as far as I know this is the only place around from Woodland to Sacramento to Roseville to Rocklin that has the yogurt with purple rice. Also, when I order a large it makes me feel quite full due to the rice and yogurt. Tea% in Davis had a collab with another yogurt rice drink a year ago... and then the collab stopped... :( Anyways, can't go wrong with the classic flavor - Yomie's Purple Rice Yogurt. The rice has an excellent chewy texture, there's no icy bits in the yogurt drink... it's just smooth yogurt with chewy rice. So good. If you eat a meal beforehand and come for a treat after, the large may leave you feeling stuffed. :D Can't wait to come back and try the Hawthorn and other flavors. Hope this place stays open and gets good business so we can continue to have this treat around longer!

I walked in on 7.9.24, with the shop smelling very clean and the store was very pretty too! No odd scent like most boba, bingsu shops I been to. We were greeted by Nikki, who manages the store. She listened to us about our concerns with dairy sensitivity and she also helped with recommendations based on our interests with the drinks we wanted more details on. I was indecisive between dragon fruit yogurt drink to matcha and red bean or black sesame seed. I love how she carefully explained the ingredients and added how they use fresh fruit in their drinks. Their "Xmas Cloud" tasted amazing! I can definitely taste and chew the fresh cut strawberries, with the layered matcha at the top in the drink that my daughter ordered. It tasted slightly sweet and light with flavor, not too heavy but very balanced with coconut milk added and you cannot taste any coconut in it! But it made the drink very delicious and it had more of a water base consistency (not water down taste ). I ordered the matcha red bean with light sweetness. It had a thicker consistency. Almost smoothly texture but not too thick. The red beans balanced the flavor out but I think this was more of a fall/winter drink. I liked the "Xmas Cloud" drink more as it gave a spring to summer flavor and vibe! She did mention the dragon fruit drink one was more of a "tart" taste and the black sesame was more mellow type of drink so I definitely am curious to try that next time. Her customer service was immaculate and truly helpful through my first experience entering her shop. I will definitely return with more curiosity for the drinks she offers because their very delicious and worth to drink! And I can't get enough of how clean the place looks and smells!

After hearing so much about this place in the Bay Area, I was excited that a location opened up here. We ordered the mango pomelo sago yogurt drink and the classic yomie's purple rice yogurt drink, and we both really enjoyed them! Yomie makes their yogurt fresh regularly, and these yogurt drinks are definitely healthier than boba shops. I was expecting it to me much more sour since previous yogurt drinks at other shops were a bit on the tart side, but these were surprisingly sweet and creamy. The purple rice and sago added a nice texture to both the drinks, and they were also not too sweet. We were both very full after finishing our drinks. I love these as a healthy alternative to my usual sweet drink craving!The shop is small but cute, the bathrooms are clean, and parking is very easy. Ordering was simple as well. The hardest part was choosing which drink to try since there were so many options! Our drinks came out very quickly, and they also have a points rewards system. They were even kind enough to give us a 10% discount for thanksgiving. I'll have to come back and try their other flavors as well.

Oh, the memories of trying out Yomie's for the first time while vacationing in Honolulu last year! You can bet we were thrilled to have one so conveniently close to us now. Their selection of yogurts, teas, and smoothies is simply delightful. With so many tempting options, I still have a bunch left to explore on their menu. Don't forget about their rewards card where you get a punch after each visit, along with online rewards to sweeten the deal even more!

My husband and I wanted to try this place but didn't get a chance till now. They had a big selection of drinks but it would've been better if they have descriptions of what the drinks have in them. For someone who's never had rice x yogurt, it'll be helpful to know what all the drink are made of. The lady was nice and answered my questions with the ingredients. My Mango Pomelo drink is delicious and full of flavor! I got a large drink for $8.25 was on the pricey side but it was very good! My husband had a coffee drink and he thought it was alright. Drinks came out pretty. I would try some of their other drinks because the one I got was really good! It's a special treat.

I have only ever seen this in the bay so I was super excited to see a Yomie's Rice X Yogurt at Rocklin. I love the Oats yogurt and the thickness and tartness took me awhile to get used to, but now I would have random cravings for some. My favorites are the purple rice, oats, and mango pomelo. Their yogurts are refreshing, tart, sweet and full of probiotic!

Got the purple rice yogurt drink. Really delicious but way too expensive for a small cup. Went in 30 mins after opening and they didn't have boba.
