WYNN Sushi Box

TLDR; Wynn Sushi Box is a Win! And I just saw from reviews below that the owners name is Winnie. How awesome! :)My husband and I Doordashed from here and we were so impressed by the quality and presentation. Everything was delicious and the star of each dish was the fish, as it should be! Ratio of rice/sauces to fish were fantastic. I can't wait to order direct next time!

This sushi place was awesome. We stumbled onto it inside an odd-looking commercial kitchen facility that seems to be mostly set up for take out, ghost kitchens, and the like. There's awkward divider panels to define each cooking area and we chatted with friendly proprietors of the bbq, middle eastern, and sushi places. There's card tables and folding chairs set up in a central area if you are dining in. But ignore all that and throw yourself on the genius curator behind the counter at Wynn. We had fried pot stickers, a very large sushi roll, and a selection of the most delicious sashimi. Prices were fair, given the high quality - with a generous tip we were about $80 out the door for two very satisfied diners.

DD had us craving sushi from wynn sushi box. Yeah I've been hearing all over social media about Winnie and how he's opened up his shop for the best sushi in the 916! Winnie sells his sushi boxes but we ordered bunch of items thru DD and we were quite impressed! Wynn offers $80 sushi boxes but we chose to order ala carte and it costed $80 as well through DD. We got the X911 roll, Tuna Tataki, Tekka Maki, Candy Roll, Wynn Roll, Tuna Poke Bomb, and Spicy Tuna hand roll. Everything was fresh and tasty...really good! Everything was fabulous! Have to give props to Winnie! We loved everything! Highly recommend you give wynn a try, it's worth dining in sometimes! With the holidays coming up, give wynn sushi box a try and order some sushi for your next party!

3.5 for the Alex: You know what I want sushi roll. DoorDash order. Had better. Would be willing to try a different roll from here in the future.

This was my first time trying out wynn sushi box and I am very impressed with the freshness of the fish and the beautiful, meticulous presentation of each roll. Visually, I can tell the chef put a lot of thought and care into his craft. And every bite was bliss!

This has officially become one of my all-time favorite sushi spots! The sushi is incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared, without being drowned in heavy sauces--it truly lets the flavors shine. We ordered a few takeout boxes, and every single item was outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone craving high-quality sushi!

Its cute setup with in a ghost kitchen with a few other businesses. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We got 4 Inari bombs and they were amazing, the miso shrimp is a must.

Excellent! This will be our new go to sushi... hands down best we've had in the area! Definitely going to tell all of our friends to try them out!

I love Wynn! Where it's a little embarrassing how often I find myself ordering from here or tempted to order haha. Quality of fish and flavor are 5/5 and the quantity is what really makes the price worth it overall. Many places will only fill the top of a handroll but here the entire cone is packed. Their Inari bombs are also one of my favorites to order and I'm excited to try their rolls and other food. Service: 5/5, ive ordered from here several times and recently started just picking it up because delivery is getting too expensive. The owners are super friendly and always greet me with a smile. LOCATION: it's not a restaurant with a big sign on the outside, its located inside a shared commercial kitchen space with several other vendors. Just look towars the corner for the "shared commercial space" and walk inside to where Wynns sign is :)

Winnie helped me surprise my dad for his 60th birthday! He traveled to Tahoe and private chef/catered our party and it was PERFECTION. Seriously. I found him because of this page and messaged him asking about traveling, he even enthusiastically accommodated my special request to recreate my dad's favorite spicy tuna hand roll (not minced, cubed!) and he made rolls to order for 3 hours! AND he sent guests home with sushi -- there was so much sushi, but don't sleep on the apps and dessert included! The garlicky noodles, teriyaki chicken and gyoza were amazing! We even got to try an item not the on the menu yet and it is incredible! Winnie is so kind, professional, and his wife is amazing! Just the best couple with the best service and food. I just doordashed myself a Ralph roll and Alaskan (try it with no spicy tuna sub crab meat!!) I'm calling that one Ashlee in Alaska! It's fresh, delicious and my dad is a sushi connoisseur-- he kept saying "Where did you find him?! How did you do this? Where can I get more sushi after this?!" His minimum is 15 people for a private party-- so doable, genuinely affordable, and the BEST EXPERIENCE!
