Compared to the other locations that I've been to this one, probably to me has been the cleanest tasting chicken. It always tastes like the chicken is coming out of fresh oil. The staff is always super polite and Attentive and seem to know what they're doing. If I ever want wings it's always this location then I'll go visit.

Overall the service was terrible. This isn't the first experience with the terrible customer service which makes it even worse. I am not sure the women's name who works here but she is Mexican with big eyelashes.I asked for a refund and she walked to the back and told another coworker "That bitch can get a refund in the next 3 days" because they didn't have ranch at this location. I've come here again twice and she has been rude during both occasions. The other staff here with her is also rude as well. He took my order and wrote it down on a piece of paper and walked away and then last on came back to ring us up . The last time I was at this location with about 45 min until they closed they turned on music with a lot of cussing and overall not very appropriate when working in customer service. The girl as well walked around the back with her hair down and touching her hair till she once put it up again. The staff kept exiting the kitchen and disappearing then coming back and not washing their hands as well.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Freeport location Friday 17th 730pm helped my Niema who told me her name was Meme when I asked her name to give to the manager when I called I had placed an order online for pickup at 7:30 PM. Upon arriving at the location promptly at the scheduled time, I anticipated a swift and efficient collection process. However, after patiently waiting for 27 minutes, my order had yet to be prepared. At 7:57 PM, I approached the counter to request a refund due to the extended delay.The response I received from the employee was nothing short of disrespectful. Instead of offering an apology or any semblance of customer service, she says you know what I'm not gone argue with you.I was met with an attitude that suggested I was being confrontational merely for asking for a refund no other words were said by me. I asked for her to write down the DMs name is said there are a lot and started listing names. This treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of service and customer care I expect from wingstop As a loyal customer, this experience has severely impacted my perception of your brand. I left the location without my food, and without the courtesy of an apology, feeling utterly disrespected and undervalued.I urge you to address this matter promptly. Proper training and customer service protocols need to be reinforced at this location to prevent future incidents of this nature. I've had no issues with Wingstop, including the Freeport location. The food is fresh, hot, perfectly cooked, generously seasoned, and that's why I order from them. I order online for pick up and the service has always been adequate! However, I do try to limit my consumption of fried foods, and get Wingstop less than 6x/year.

Me and my girlfriend love to eat at Wingstop, but we aren't the biggest fans of the location in El Camino Ave, So we looked thru Apple Maps and this Wingstop was the highest rated and despite it being a bit of a far drive from home we decided to drive anyway because of the positive reviews. This was a mistake. Since we knew it would be about 20 minutes to get there we placed our order online so it would be ready when we got there. When we arrived we waited patiently for one of the staff to notice us and help us. This took longer than expected and when we were finally greeted we were met with some attitude from the worker. Nothing too serious but it was just clear the worker didn't want to be there. Back to the food, We ordered two Medium 8pc Wing Combos one of which was half Mango Habanero & half Lemon pepper and the second was half Original Hot & half Lemon pepper. The first combo was completely correct and came out good. The second however was wrong. We received barbecue wings instead of original hot. My girlfriend despises the taste of barbecue sauce and we had to throw it out. We would have went back to complain in person but the drive was 20 minutes so it would have taken 20 minutes to get there and another 20 to drive back. The food would be so cold by then and it just didn't even seem worth it at that point.Normally I wouldn't care too much about stuff like this because where I'm from a lot of the Wingstops make mistakes, however, this place had so many positive reviews that it amplified the disappointed. I've been here twice now and I love eating at this Wingstop! Their service has been very friendly and welcoming. I've eaten in-store both times and have had a pleasant experience; the wait isn't too long and the store is pretty clean! The food has been super fresh & yummy :) I'm especially a big fan of the lemon pepper wings and their seasoned fries. My only complaint is that the seasoning has been a little inconsistent. I've ordered the Mild twice - the first time it was very saucy, but the second time there was barely any. They're still new so there's definitely room for growth & consistency. Overall this is a really solid spot that I can see myself frequenting! Tip: Try the lemon pepper wings dipped in ranch AND parmesan. So good!! A little on the salty side but I'm a big fan of ranch and cheese :~)

Let me start off with saying this is my favorite Wingstop however I was bothered by a recent comment from the general manager there. On two occasions that I've ordered delivery through their website and did not add any modifications my sandwiches were missing the advertised pickles. The second time I ordered two meals for myself and my son and the pickles were missing and I think it makes the sandwich and the best part of it. I called the location was told by a lead next time I can get $5 off which is basically the tax I was charged. When I went in and spoke to the General Manager she gave me a dollar off and offered a little more of a discount but said she couldn't take $5 off for something so small. I asked her to see if a note was left she looked and then honored it but said she would have to talk to the employee because she can't get in trouble for taking that much off for something so small. I feel like that remark from the GM was unprofessional and uncalled for as something that is being advertised but not done is not small and $5 which is my tax alone is something small to compensate my failed expectations and unsatisfied taste because it makes a difference. I come there all the time and have spent a lot of money there so for my concerns about pickles to be small to the GM shows how honoring the expectations is not of priority. If have a picture of the first time but not the second time and also a picture of my delivered order receipt to show that the $5 is merely my tax and a small price to pay. I ordered from Wingstop directly.

Usually I'm very pleased with my food but tonight is a NO especially for the price of Wingstop! When I called and placed my order, I asked for well done (which is an option) and even said double cooked.. which they've done before. She told me my order would be ready in 20 min.. when I hung up I said 20 minutes is close to a regular order being cooked so I called back and the same girl answered and I made sure she knew I wanted my whole order well done and she said yes. When I got the order and came home, none of the wings were well done and it looked like it was barely cooked for the time it was supposed to. Very disappointed and a waste! Arghhhhh...
