Wingstop

It's really disappointing! Dear Owners of the Lincoln Wingstop, would you like your business to succeed? If so, go visit the nearest Roseville location and TAKE NOTES! We are frequent (at least once a week) Wingstop customers and we were beyond excited when this location open in our home town. I have reserved this review so that we could give them a chance to work out the kinks. Unfortunately, they are not making any progress forward and I am guessing this business will fail. No matter how busy you are, the wings need to be crispy, and properly seasoned unless the customer specifically requests limp under seasoned wings. Dropping close to $80 and then having to throw away the majority of the food simply sucks. We are back to making the extra drive to Roseville. I am not saying they are perfect every time but they are 90% more consistent than this location. Oh, and by the way... the carrots are not GOLD, you can give more than 10 small slivers when someone orders a 40 group pack of wings! It appears from other comments that the owners don't read these reviews but if they want to save their business they should. I a want to support small businesses/ franchises but I have to feel like I am getting some value for my money.

Our first time in and we were very pleased. We started off with great customer service as we placed our order. We ordered original hot boneless wings, Louisiana rubbed strips, Cajun corn and some crispy fries with a gallon of ranch...iykykEverything came out hot and fresh! Give them a chance and place your orders!!!

Terrible wings terrible service. You'll be closing within the year. Look at some of the pictures no customer service no seasoning no barbecue sauce.

Waited 20 plus mins to get my food and then they served someone who ordered after me... they need to be more communicative with the customers as some of us only have minimal amount of time to get food I will not be coming back

I waited an hour and twenty minutes for this abomination. These chicken tenders\boneless wings have absolutely zero flavor. Plus this meal was $30 of my hard worked money. Never again am I stepping foot in this establishment. Please get a new set of employees before this place gets shut down.

Went to the new Wingstop in Lincoln last night with my oldest son. Super clean (obviously it's new), staff was really cool and helpful. We've only been to one other Wingstop and that was several years ago, so we had a lot of questions. She was really patient with my son. Food was pretty good. Surprised how tasty the fries were. We got 8 wings, 5 chicken fingers, 2 orders of fries and 2 drinks and the bill was over 40 bucks. Is that pricey? Feels like it. Probably won't be a regular because of that.

Ordered deliver thru DoorDash because for some reason the store itself wouldn't allow me. Not a big deal but odd since they offer it. My food itself is great! Food came hot and crispy. Even the fries are still nice and warm.We ordered the new sweet chili glaze, it was great!Also the ranch and honey mustard, amazing!Also my food was packed nicely and not just thrown in so I'd say service was good!

What's the point of placing an online order for a pick up time when it is never ready when promised. This is the 5th time I have been to the Lincoln Wingstop and the food is never ready when they say it is. It is clear the owners do not care about their business and are letting it fail. Only have 3 people working on a weekend is absolutely ridiculous. These owners need to have more common sense and be able to better project their business sales. Absolutely a failure.

Just be ready to wait....awhile...I wouldn't use them other than a delivery service...and I'm sorry hate to leave a negative review but it's just not a great vibe in the restaurant...I got mine to go and the attitude is just like Ike we'll get to you when we feel like it...

Another experience with this company where they don't have staffing and this is a constant thing not having staffing issues hire more people so customers are not having to wait twenty and thirty minutes passed their wait time like the last two times I have been here management need to be rearranged from other stores if they can't handle it. Also the music is so loud you can't even hear the employees talk
