Shay, a level 7 stylist, apparently has been working there for 15 years, needs to go back to school to listen to what the customer wants. Posted on their page- "Maintaining the integrity of our guests hair is our #1 priority."Integrity is defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles... Let's be honest. I didn't get what I wanted. At all. Oh and-**I'm literally a walking advertisement of their brand!!! These pictures show why certain stylists (SHAY) need to take a few more classes. Hair is so important to men and women. We put so much time into our looks and our hair can either compliment us... or make us look worn out. I picked a special day, my daughter's birthday, to take time out of my almost 90 hour week to treat her and myself to what was supposed to be a fun experience for us. First, I changed my appointment to make it convenient for SHAY at willo salon and ended up not getting my hair done with my daughter on her birthday. A small sacrifice to pay, but I figure if it would help the salon or someone out, why not... but SHAY didn't listen to a damn word I said. She requested I showed her a picture of what I wanted. So I showed her a picture of a brunette with peek-a-boo blonde. Simple, right? Well, not for SHAY! SHE MADE ME A BLONDE. NOT ONLY DID SHE NOT DO WHAT THE PICTURE SHOWED, AT ALL, SHE'S CREATED A LOT MORE WORK FOR ME WITH UPKEEP. I went home and tried to like it. It didn't look bad, but it was 100% not what I wanted. Everyday, I got up to get ready for work and hated it. It was not what I asked for. Not even a week passed when I was calling to speak with a manager. After going back and forth, they were wanting me to come in so they could put dark over the blonde... I told them I DON'T HAVE TIME TO GO TO A SALON FOR HOURS, AGAIN! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR UPKEEP! I DIDN'T WANT UPKEEP!!!! BLONDE WILL LIGHTEN UP WITH DARKER COLOR PUT OVER IT! IT WILL NEED TO BE TOUCHED UP AND WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO KEEP PAYING FOR THEIR MISTAKE? Plus, the hair wash station here is most uncomfortable I have ever been in (AND I WAS LEFT THERE FOR OVER A HALF AN HOUR) After going back and forth about my schedule, what I didn't have time for, I was finally refunded $283 for the color. Just wait. It gets better. While she hardly spoke a word to me during the color application... I honestly don't know if she was not feeling good or having a really bad day... but when she cut my hair, THE CUT SHE GAVE ME WAS SO UNEVEN, it's embarrassing to wear down. I've been wearing it up so much (because more of the dark shows) that when I finally wore it down 2 weeks later, SOMEONE ELSE POINTED IT OUT (HOW FREAKIN EMBARRASSING, RIGHT?)!I contacted the salon again. Sent pictures of the sh*t job and after 3 more days... they said:Sorry, it's been more than 2 weeks. We think it's best you go somewhere else... Money was no object on my daughter's birthday. After an almost $700 salon trip (including a tip, which I was not stingy on) the least you could do is fix the cut since SHAY f*cked up both my color and cut.So, not only did I move my appointment for the convenience of SHAY and the salon, end up with color I didn't want lots of breakage, a botched haircut... and they aren't going to fix what SHAY screwed up. That is called stealing. Providing the INTEGRITY OF MY HAIR seems like it's only through certain stylists... NOT WORTH SHAY.**Thank you for f*cking up my hair. Money is obviously more important to you than quality work from your stylists. It's considered stealing when you do a job like this and charge for it.WHERE THE FK IS THE INTEGRITY, NOW ?

Love this place! Came here twice for a haircut/ style. They never disappoint, they know what they are doing. Something I love is when making your appointment online, you can find an option for "no talking" service. For those of you who have a lot going on I would suggest things for a relaxing time.

Jess did it again. Just needed a quick trim today but boy do I feel brand new! The staff is so friendly. The salon is clean and great atmosphere. Jess is such a caring technician and has helped me so much get healthier hair. It was so dry, thinning and falling out. It's regaining its thickness and shine. Her support , encouragement and helpful tips have made a huge difference. It definitely feels like "home" and that's such a comfort! Highly recommend this salon!

Really enjoy the haircuts and color that Trinity does on me the twice a year I come! Very simple, sweet, seamless process.

SERENA slayed my hair! It was my 1st visit & I knew from the start I was in great care. She asked me great consultation questions & gave me better than I had even imagined!Such a relaxing experience. And her scalp massage was top notch!Some of the stylists stayed after their shift to see my final results. It was such an upbeat & fun group of ladies! Serena is such a sweetheart & it is so obvious she loves her craft

They charge different rates for the same service depending on the stylist. So if you are seen by a leveln2 stylist your hair comes out bad and you have to pay so much extra to have a good job done when it should be good serv8ce no matter what. Do not go here they are not great at all paid $350 for full balyage and walked out with NO color in my hair. Called management and they did nothing about it.

Trinity always does an amazing job with my curly hair! She knows all the different techniques and diffuses it perfectly!

Marlowe is great. I got exactly the style I wanted and was given choices for my next styling and cut. no pressure, just skilled service in a friendly and warm atmosphere. I highly recommend Marlowe , and value his advice!
