Quaint neighbor park where parents take there little ones for seasonal baseball or just push their giggling, smiley kids in strollers or high on the swings, with the feet just-a-kicking.Very laidback surroundings but not a lot of shade!

We recently moved into this neighborhood and love to walk to this park. I am always surprised how clean the park is. The only downside is the graffiti inside the tunnels of the slides but it is to be expected with an older park.

This park is so much fun! They have two separate structures! One is more for the older kids with its larger slides and more daring obstacles. The other is a little bit more friendly to the younger kiddos. They have swings for all sizes, plus a TIRE SWING! You don't see those too often. There is bark, which I'm not a fan of, but oh well. They also have a sand area with water access and sand diggers. Sooo fun! There were some homeless camping out, which isn't the most appealing, but the park itself is in good condition. You will find younger teens hanging out and smoking, but they usually do their own thing and don't bug you. They have a parking lot and street parking. They have a nice shaded picnic area.

Love this park. Great for all ages. Swings, tire swing, large and small child playgrounds. That also have lots of shaded tables and more in the sun. Bathrooms also available.

One of the nicer parks in Citrus Heights. It's huge and has plenty of play area- from baseball games, soccer, tennis or just if the kids want to play on the slides and so forth. They have a convenient little covered area for sitting, parties or whatnot- I've used it for parties and it never gets to busy. You can reserve it if needed. I really like that they also have tons of benches all around.

Solid park if you live in the area... Actually, only park in the area! It is right next to the freeway but has a sound wall so you don't really have to worry about freeway noise. There are a few tennis courts, a baseball field, a kids play area with play equipment to climb around on as well as some benches and a lot of grassy open space. It's a nice park to come to during the summer months because of all the trees it makes a lot of shade! The park is never too busy when I go, and I always see people there picking up trash and keeping the park up.The only complaint I have is sometimes I see homeless or shady people sitting or sleeping behind the baseball diamond but if you stay out from behind there, it's very family oriented!

This is a decent neighborhood park, it has a kids play ground area, full basketball court, two tennis courts, lot's of grassy field, and shaded table and benches around the park. Except for the occasional group of teenagers smoking weed, this is a solid family park, I think.
