The food was delicious and the store was super clean! Customer service was great and helpful. I highly recommend! They were super nice and understanding when my son spilled juice all over the floor lol

I ordered an Italian salad. Received a message that they ran out of salami, so they will sub with turkey. Well...my order arrived with no meat or cheese! So I paid $15 for a bowl of lettuce and dressing. Needless to say, I would avoid this place as they are too focused on writing obnoxious notes on each sandwich and not focusing on actually delivering what a customer ordered and paid for. Plenty of other options out there!

Horribly overpriced and the quality is just okay. I ordered a cup of soup and half a sandwich which came to $17 without the tip. And my sandwich was supposed to be a grilled cheese, but the bread was soft and cold - not grilled at all. Very disappointing, my coworkers and I will probably not come back.

I love a cold turkey sandwich and I was really craving one so I decided to check this place out since it was close to home. I got a 6' cracked turkey sandwich with provolone and house sauce. It was delicious! I went back and got the regular turkey the second time and it was just as delicious. The chocolate chip cookie was huge and soft. It was quiet inside only every one other person if that. They have seating inside but the second time the chairs were up on the tables but it may have been close to closing. The best thing about this place though is the workers. The woman who rang me up is so kind and caring it almost seeps out of her. She recognized me the second time I went. I will definitely be back.

Whelp I've decided that I will no longer support a business that charges extra for the veggie toppings (cucumber,jalapeños and peppers) only to skimp on the meat. I'd rather buy the bread and go home and make my own sandwiches if the total is $46 /$55 with tip for my 2 full sandwich's a little cup of soup / 2 cookies and 2 chips. No sodas. I expect the meat portioning to be consistent. It seems these locations specialize in consistently being inconsistent. The taste is always great and so is the customer service but if you're going to ask me if I want the FREE pickle spear that comes with the sandwiches and then play with the meat portioning ? I'm going to assume this place along with the other ones will never match the picture or price with their portioning. Like I've said before it all depends on who makes your sandwich but it's more of a miss than hit. I've had some decent ones but I've noticed when two different people work the same order it doesn't work for me. If you really want to upset them ask for all the toppings on the side and just meat and cheese on the sandwich - I was told I am not allowed to do that ! My go to alternatives if I don't have time to make a sandwich is the Raleys sandwich section where they make them fresh for you as well. Not the same bread but cheaper and the meat is there! Or Panera bread !

The sandwiches were absolutely wonderful but the service was the stellar part of our visit. After spending the morning at the zoo a nice sandwich was just what we needed. We found this sandwich shop and loved the people and the friendliness that they showed us. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Never ready on time. If you are looking to order food online and have it ready near your promised pick up time do NOT come here!I have come here for the past few years, supported when they left the franchise, and through the pandemic, lost all my rewards when that happened but didn't complain because they have good sandwiches. Unfortunately good sandwiches do not make up for consistent poor service. Food is always 15-20 minutes after my ready time for ordering, they do not make it until you get there, totally defeating the purpose of ordering ahead.No longer Supporting a business that does not respect their customers time.
