I've had the sandwiches to go several times but from other locations. Always very good. Not so much this time. This review is for the granite bay location only. Evidently if you don't leave a tip you get a mediocre sandwich. Added bacon for $1.50 and had to look for it. Once I found the bacon it was practically raw, not crispy bacon. Will never be back to this location. I don't mind paying the high prices, but for such a puny sandwich with raw bacon in it.

Great sandwich spot! Staff were very friendly and the menu was very large. They offer Mac and cheese, clam chowder, and tomato bisque. Even on a Sunday afternoon it was not loud or busy inside. They have great bread including sourdough, honey wheat, marble rye, and even a gluten-free option of a gluten-free roll! I got a roast beef on sourdough and it really hit the mark. Great flavor!

Superior customer service via live person telephone. Fresh baked SF sourdough, creamy Mac and cheese and hot Reuben on sliced honey wheat. We ordered take out that was ready on time in 15. Excellent faire

Went here for a pastrami sandwich. Woman who made my food kept wiping the snot off her nose. Then sticking her nasty snot covered gloves into all the ingredients, bread etc. When I complained to her she tried to deny it, didn't offer to remake my sandwich. Absolute filthy and disgusting place. When you try to call the corporate headquarters with a 415 area code a woman picks up stating you have called the wrong number. I will not be eating at this establishment again.
