The window on the ceiling of the entryway! Makes me feel peaceful when I see it!

I called on behalf of a friend and the woman who answered was very rude. She kept snapping "Support and Information!" . I thought I had reached the wrong number, so I tried twice more. On the THIRD call the woman snapped at me "WHAT IS GOING ON?". I hung up. I have absolutely NO CLUE who really owns this number or why they are being so rude and answering so strangely. Is there another place in Sacramento for women who are victims of domestic violence to call? I don't know where to call at this point.

I've been going through something and a friend suggested I call the support line 916-9202952. She was no help she didn't really say much we only talked 12 minutes and she was trying to get me off the phone few times. I am disappointed.

The wait list is ludicrous considering the trauma some people just experienced and are actively reaching out for help. Bless everyone who works here since it is a non-profit but I wish there was more than just the initial triage. My best friend is a victim of domestic violence at the hands of her spouse and I recommended Weave because I had only heard good things about them. A month later she still has yet to receive a call back and when we try to call the hotline the automated message says "your wait time is 1 minute"...20 minutes later, still no one on the phone and it's tragic. If anyone has suggestions of counseling services elsewhere please send me a message.

This organization teaches some very helpful classes to empower women and to help them resolve trauma in their lives. After going through a class series, I strongly support this organization and gladly and generously donate to their thrift stores. I would recommend these classes to other women in need.

This store helps domestic violence victims. Coming from this situation any organization that helps save people of violence is wonderful. The clothing is clean and well cared for. The specials are also money saving. I always give extra. If we do not help each other, then who will. Victims and prevention are extremely important and needed. So give a little and help save people.

The thrift store they run to support their counseling work is great. They are always running deals and discounts, but you want to pay full price because everything is so cute and reasonably priced to begin with. Plus they use the money to do phenomenal work! I live in LA but stop in whenever I can. All my friends are always asking "where'd you get that?", and they already know the answer: W.E.A.V.E.

Amazing place and state funded. The therapists/counselors are professional and kind and it is a very safe, secure building. I was on the waitlist for maybe 2-5 weeks then they called me to let me know a spot had opened up for me. I really appreciate the free counseling

Without having any Educating credentials or Degrees , I have often offered my services, such as Volunteering, especially because of my knowledge and personal experience with this type of traumatic experiences. I was 14 and a Runaway and abusive childhood, Became a mother at 15 and 17 from Abusive relationships . I'm now 55 with 3 children and 6 Grandchildren. Iv been so ready to help and I have good ideas , good intentions and want to make a difference to anyone who wants to listen and wants it , for anyone who wants to hear my stories of survival . My determination was to stay alive and feel I could help someone tremendously with that way of thinking. I'm Saddened to say that No one has reached out to me with any interest in my personal life experiences . I did receive a couple of years ago before Covid that they were not excepting volunteers but when they do , that I would be notified. Going on 4 years now, This year I decided to make a Donation and now I hear from them often , which is fine and it doesn't surprise me , but I still want to help in anyway I can, especially in these times. Thank you for reading , Teresa
