We Be Brunchin

Nothing worked right . . . Address was wrong, only one person was helpful . . . I will try again in the distant future!The address online is 6415 Elvas . . . when I went to the door right next to that address it was locked . . . I went to the window and asked where "We Be Brunchin" was and the young woman said it was next door . . . there is no address on that bldg and no signage for "We Be Brunchin" . . . on top of it all it was raining hard (no fault of yours) . . . I went to the first window I saw and asked a fellow where "We Be Brunchin" was, he first said I had to go next door (where I had just been), then another guy came up to us and said he would walk us through the process, as we could not just sit down and have a person take our order and then bring us our food. I guess the future is to order food on your phone . . . I will try it again when It is dry weather . . . we just gave up and left . . . soaking wet . . .

Since this is part of Pure Soul (which I've been going to for a while and am a big fan of their food), these guys did not disappoint like their sister counterpart.I had the pleasure of trying them during this year's Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge and they did not disappoint! The pumpkin spice waffles were dynamite with the pecans and pumpkin purée! So good! I can't recommend them enough.

Oh my mommy. The breakfast sandwich is SO INSANELY GOOD. This was my first time trying We Be Brunchin because I usually brunch on Sundays but they're closed Sundays. I ordered online and was told the time it would be ready. I got a text when it was ready and I headed over. You go up to the window, tell them your name, and they hand you the order. So easy! I got the breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun with the just egg, bacon, and cheddar cheese. It comes with a hash brown on it!This might the best vegan breakfast sandwich in sac. There are a couple spots to sit outside and eat, but this is mainly a takeout situation.

I wish this was a sit-in restaurant. I don't prefer virtual kitchens but I understand it. I got the breakfast sandwich with egg & sausage on a brioche bun. Unfortunately I believe door dash experienced a technological issue because I added the option for cheese to be on my sandwich & when it arrived, it was on the side. I didn't want to microwave the sandwich to melt the cheese so I just didn't add it. The sausage in the meat was seasoned well. The total flavor of the sandwich was definitely present. My only negatives is that it's not a real restaurant sit in experience as well as there were no condiments on the sandwich nor in the bag so it was dry and unfortunately I didn't have access to condiments as I was visiting from out of town. I'd eat here again as long as I got my hot sauce and jelly travel size packets with me haha.

Best vegan brunch in Sacramento! The new beer garden next door is cool to sit at and eat this delicious food! The brunch sandwich is the best. I don't know why people are leaving bad reviews saying there is no seating. There is literally a whole area for seating next to the line.
