Walmart neighborhood market

Still shop here a lot since they have so much stuff and the prices are alot better than other stores. They always have new items on the shelves. Thangs I have not seen in other stores. Almost always the prices are cheaper than Bel Air , Safeway etc. Especially chips, mil, dairy and cereal.

I never understood why they have a neighborhood store and the main store in the same parking lot. Parking is pretty bad and the selection of items here is limited. If you are looking for something I suggest going to the main store instead. The only good part is that their prices are somewhat lower than other stores.

The Walmarts grocery is in a separate building. It is called the Walmart Neighborhood market. We shopped for dinner, and we were quick here, purchasing our items with self check out ar 5:40 pm. The majority of shoppers have been to Walmart due to their competitive prices. But this Walmart has a lot of vehicular traffic due to their parking and location near other businesses. Hence be alert while driving here. Also, I noticed that Walmart needs more cleanliness. The floor needs detailed cleaning, especially under the food displays, as grime is seen. Also, a good buffing as wheel cart skid marks are seen. Lastly, it needs better cleaning during business time as trash, and debris are in the walk area.

This review is for their photo center. This department does not always have a staff to help. They cannot prioritize and poor with customer service.

This Walmart Neighborhood Store is one of the easiest in the Sacramento area. The store has mainly supermarket items, but some items are hit-and-miss! When Walmart opened the neighborhood store in the same shopping center where their regular store was located many years ago, it seemed to make sense to separate their regular store and the supermarket store. Customers can walk into the store for grocery shopping if this is the only thing they want. The service at the neighborhood store was much better at the time, but not anymore! The shopping experience in this neighborhood store is about the same as Foods Co or WinCo Food. But the store is smaller and carries fewer items! The parking lot is very busy, and pretty hard to find a parking space nearby when I'm there. Avoid parking right in front of the store because the shopping center traffic is very heavy in front of the building.

Place is a hit or miss. Half the time I go shopping there, there are boxes everywhere sometimes making it very hard to get down aisles. I know they need to restock but seems there is a better way to do it when your customers aren't there shopping

I don't really do too much shopping in elk Grove but I went with a friend and I haven't been to this Walmart in so long in neighborhood Walmart I don't think I ever been in there last time. I've been in there since it was pack and save, but Walmart you need to work with your cashiers, if they're too old and see that they can't see a dime to dimes thinking this Canadian money when it's not he too old Mr. Wayne for one he's gonna argue with me over two dimes and then you have the lady that stand there and she sees what's going on she's not saying anything And it's just really funny what what does she standing there to be security to help out? She looks like a big ass box just standing there really weird but talk to Mr. Wayne because he should be in the back like stocking boxes are checking prices he should be at the red shirt, he can't tell the difference from two damn dimes, holding up the red line for two dimes. It's fucking ridiculous and he has glasses.

Horrible experience today. I arrived home to see an item was missing. I called wal mart to let them know my item was missing from the bag. I told them I'm on my way. Getting there. I asked for the missing item. Associate tells me it's not up front or by the cashier register. I hand her my receipt and get the item from the back area. Then she tells me that I didn't purchase the item. It's not on the receipt. I try getting the receipt to show her but she starts to yell at me saying she will call the cops if I walk out with the ground beef. I told her it's 6.49 $. I takes 2 ppl to confirm the receipt!!! Wow !!! They made it like it was my fault. Like seriously ppl.

Choose a star rating on a scale of 1 to 5I give this establishment a 0.00. for walmart employee named "Rynette" for Service at this location.On Friday, 04/12/2024 at approx 745pm I witnessed a walmart employee named "Rynnette" literally yell at a elderly fragile woman who was in a handicapped chair requesting assistance with getting a product(s) from a locked glass case. I've never seen or heard such disrespect and yelling like this before. I paused for a moment as I passed by and heard the commotion and listened to this Walmart employee "Rynnette" who was totally out of line. It appear that she did not want to help her with opening the glass case so she can get her products and it appear the elderly woman was moving to slow for her, chastising her. -Please view your store cameras- But I went on to get a few packages. about 2 min later. Headed to the cashier to pay. As I was walking back to the cashier, passing the same area where the commotion was happening with the elderly lady. Three Walmart employees came out of the back and approached the elderly woman and walmart employee "Rynnette". The the elderly proceed to explain to the 3 walmart employees that employee "Rynnette" was yelling at her basically not helping her being rude and disrespectful. As I heard clerk Rynnette"" deny the elderly ladys claims, I was compelled to stop and let the 3 walmart employees know that employee "Rynnete's" denial was not true. I witnessed, Walmart employee "Rynnette being very disrespectful and rude to the customer. I witnessed and heard walmart employee "Rynnette" behavior and she in fact yelled disrespectfully to the elderly woman and did not appear to want to help her for some reason. It appeared, the elderly woman could barely say much but tried to speak to the walmart employee "Rynnette" in a tone of concern. The elderly woman was NOT saying anything to the walmart employee "Rynnette" that merit a rude and disrespectful response other than just to help her.I proceeded to the cashier to pay for my items as I hoped the situation would be taken care of by the 3 walmart employees. But oh no.... the Walmart employee "Rynnette" passes by my self service cashier where I was at paying for my items near the front and she said something under her breath to me. I immediately informed her that she was rude and disrespectful to the elderly woman, why would she do that and she needed more customer service classes. The Walmart Employee then proceed to "yell at me" I ask her what her name was.. she replied no what is your name... I gave her my full name and informed her I will make a complaint about her unacceptable behavior.(there was about 4 walmart employees standing around in that area).The store manager approached me and we proceed to go back and speak with the elderly woman at my request confirm she was ok and so that I may inform her that I was going to submit a complaint and just received her first name. She asked the store manager if she should file a complaint. The store manager informed the elderly woman that she will resolve the matter.I reminded the manager that they should view their store tape 04/12/2024 @ approx 745pm and they would clearly see the walmart employee "Rynnete" and the elderly woman having words with each other and myself pausing for a moment listening, then taking a few steps out of concern looking back. Why else would the # walmart employees 3 out from the back to see what the commotion was all about between walmart employee "Rynnette" and the elderly woman.Unaccceptable...I hope the store Manager and or the District/Regional Manager who receives my letter of concern will take the necessary steps to correct walmart employee's "Rynnette" outrageous behavior toward customers (especially the elderly handicapped).I am a frequent customer at this Walmart Grocery and have never witnessed/experience such inappropriate behavior from one of their employees before. It's not worth it unless you are shopping with another person. This store is almost all electronic checkers and the people checkers at the front aren't allowed to leave their station upfront to go grab an item for you. I had a hole in one of my items so either I left all my items at the counter to go get another one or I left it at the counter and not purchase it. Zero customer service, if you are a single shopper it's not worth it
