Waffle Barn

I was doing an in person order at 1 pm. for my family on a Sunday, there was nobody in there eating except for one table and they were nearly finished. I asked if I could do it to go order and they said they could not do to go orders on the weekend. So what I could've sat down ordered and then asked for a box and left or maybe they wouldn't have gave me a box on the weekend I don't know, but that was really bad business I'm never going back and I'm going to tell everybody I know. I could totally understand if it was busy in there and they couldn't accommodate me, but there was literally one table and they were leaving. That is just horrible business. Maybe that's why there was nobody in there.

Definitely repeat for breakfast. Service was quick . Food was delicious. Very busy but absolutely appeasing ambiance .

Staff are great. Food is served fast. The restaurant has a great country feel to it. For some reason the coffee is the best.

Food excellent! They have tator tots for potato options! If you want a heart squeezer you gotta try their Cinnamon Roll French Toast with the best crispy bacon and one egg. To die for! 3 pig scrambled with tator tots! Excellent!Service superb! From seating, order and food delivery hands down perfectVery family oriented! Very will taken care of interior and clean.

Originally went to the Waffle Barn with a couple of neighbors on Saturday, August 12, 2023. Below is my review: Waffle Barn is a restaurant that is hidden in plain sight. Have been to the Safeway Supermarket in the same shopping center to go shopping on various occasions and never notice this restaurant. Waffle Barn is know for their waffles however I had their with three eggs with wheat toast, chicken sausage with hash browns, and decaf coffee to drink. This was quite a delightful breakfast for a place located in a suburban neighborhood shopping center. Overall, Waffle Barn is an excellent choice if you are in search of a low cost option for a large group with a high quality with a large quantity of food. The restaurant especially the restroom was clean. While the service was above average based up the fact I do not have to ask for a refill of water. The servers were quick to refill my water. Quite impressive for shopping center restaurant with high foot traffic. Would recommend this place more for families, large groups, couples, business associates, etc.

I'm the weirdo that went to Waffle Barn and got a Cobb salad w/ blue cheese dressing. It was great! Service was super fast and cheerful.

Today breakfast was not good experience. It take 35 min for our server to get our order. Food was out fast and it was delicious. We will try to come back one more time.

Lived in Roseville for the past decade and never been here once, before recently. Maybe it's because of the lackluster facade? Maybe because it sounds a little old fashioned? Don't know, but there was never this lure that said, hey...we gotta go to the WAFFLE BARN. Well, after visiting next door at the Paris Baguette, we told ourselves, let's try this place out. Waffle Barn can thank their next door neighbor for this!We went on Father's day, not because we were celebrating it, just because well it was Sunday and we wanted to try out Waffle Barn. As you can probably guessed, this place was busy. They had a list of people on the waitlist and our wait was closer to 30-40 minutes. It wasn't so bad, but well it is Father's Day, so expect that kind of wait any place you go. We had a couple of dishes. I had the country fried steak, well because if ANY place that we go to serves this, I will order it. This is my fail safe and in most cases it's a good fail safe because you got a crispy steak with gravy and a biscuit. I opted for tater tots instead of any other starch, well because....if a place serves tater tots, I'll order tater tots because if it's good enough for Napoleon Dynamite, it's good enough for me!The food was good. Large servings and stuff was made quick and fed our hungry faces fast! Wife had the pancakes which were almost the size of a hub cap (if you kids remember what those are LOL). It was moist and spongey, yummy. Also we had eggs and bacon, but those are just run of the mill breakfast stuff. Will we come back? Sure! It's a fun atmosphere with old timer stuff all over the wall. I think they are a fan of the Giants here...but don't know, they just have like a wall of Giants memorabilia....

The restaurant is a little old and the food is okay nothing that will blow your mind or crave while thinking of a delicious breakfast.
