This establishment needs to seriously review how they do business. I have ordered delivery from them twice. The first time I ordered a couple of pizzas and some wings at 4:30pm in hopes that it would make it to us by 6. 7 rolls by, no pizza. I call them and I wait 10-15 minutes for someone to pick up my call. I get disconnected and call back and wait an unreasonable amount of time and finally someone gets to me. I inquire about where my food is and it's still sitting there and they ask if I still want it. Of course I still want it, I already paid for it! Instead of refunding me a portion of my bill, they tell me they will give me a discount on my next order, I just need to tell them who I am and they will do it. The food eventually gets to me and it's cold. They didn't even bother to warm it up! Against my better judgement, I ordered from them again at a later date around 5:45pm. They tell me it'll be delivered within 45 min to an hour. An hour's a bit long, but fine, as long as the order is as expected (warm and complete are bare minimums). An hour and a half later, I get my order delivered. The wings I ordered over the phone are missing and the receipt doesn't show them, so they are not listening when you place your order. The 3 pizzas are lukewarm at best. Toppings are missing. I can't tell if this is poor management or the staff just doesn't care, but they need to get it together or they will not last. This place has burned me twice and it will not do it a third time.

I am a regular customer at Viscuso's and was really disappointed at the lack of service and also the lack of care when I called to try and work it out with them. I don't plan on returning in the future. So, what happened is the game was on and I thought it would be fun to order delivery. I figured it would be a busy night, so I placed my order earlier than I normally would have. I received a confirmation email saying my order would arrive at 5:40. An hour goes by.. nothing. I try to call but no one will answer the phone. My line is disconnected repeatedly. Another hour goes by.. still nothing. The phone is now disconnected saying they can't take orders which means I also can't get any info. I give up and make dinner. THE PIZZA NEVER CAME. No email, phone call. Nothing. Then I send an email letting them know what happened. No reply. Then I call and talk to a manager, and all I get is "yeah, we were busy that night". No apology or anything.Not how business should be done. At the very least an email should be sent for all cancellations. I don't recommend ordering takeout if there are any big games on.

Person who answered the phone was annoyed that I had to look up the name of the flatbread pizza I wanted to order. She made a smart ass comment about it. Then I arrived to find they didn't have the steak to make it (shouldn't they know that before taking orders?) One of the kids in the back said he tried to call me but I didn't answer so they just didn't so ANYTHING. By this time, it was about 30 minutes to closing and the woman working half heartedly asked if I wanted something else. I left with no pizza and won't be back.

Unfortunately had to post a two star review for them last July. Since then, we've eaten there a few times and I'm happy to report that our overall impression has improved, considerably. YAY! Love, love, love supporting local businesses, you know? Their lunch special pizza, salad bar and drink is a great deal. Their salad bar is STELLAR! Most times, their pizza is pretty darned good too. We're also very grateful for their Tuesday deal == 40% off large pizza. Must note that the quality, quantity and wait time can be hit or miss on this day. I do think they get very swamped at certain times too. Phone service can be a bit lax too, having to ring mmmmaaaany times before anyone answers. Last few times have been very good on that front, though. Another YAY!Do need to mention that Our pizza HAS been undercooked in the middle a couple of times and the toppings do seem a bit "less" these days, but OVERALL it's a nice neighborhood hangout with good food. Like I said, we've tried it a few times, so I feel comfortable giving them four stars. Something for everyone. Kid arcade, room to move, and beer on tap with a large screen television.

The buffet is awesome! The service is great and they quickly and regularly refilled the buffet with very good options that are unique to your basic pizzas. Salad bar is fresh with a great selection. The facility is clean and very well maintained with a cool guy ambiance with good music and a nice bar. Staff are a 10/10. Definitely an above average restaurant and experience. Best pizza buffet I've been to in awhile.

One of the things I love about family-owned businesses is the personalization it provides. We were looking for a place to have a surprise birthday party for the hubster and Viscuso's was the perfect location!There is ample parking, plenty of seating inside and out. They are super clean and their staff is out of this world!If you love pizza and are a connoisseur of pies, like my hubby is, then look no further for the most flavorful pizzas you will find! From deep dish pepperoni, to veggie pizza, to a fantastic salad bar, to a variety of appetizers, that did not get to photograph...there is something for everyone. Let's not forget their on tap options for the beer lovers out there...TWENTY to choose from! Plus multiple televisions for watching sports and an area to entertain the kiddos. Gold stars all around!We had the best day celebrating and enjoyment at Viscuso's. Go on in, eat, enjoy, and repeat! Hope we will see you there soon!Thanks again Viscusos! The food is good when it actually gets to you however the service is consistently the worst. The staff couldn't care less about the customers which is unfortunate because we love coming here. Went in on 2/22 and it was busy. Ordered a medium pizza and 2 salad bars. We enjoyed our salad bar while the kids were in the arcade which is nice. Around 45/50 minutes in, I went to the front to check on my order. The associate at the register went back and checked. I could see her making the gesture like she's shooting herself when asking the guys making the pizza - which whatever she's young but still super unprofessional. She comes back and said it was going to be at LEAST another 30/40 minutes and that they had gotten a lot of phone orders. There were probably 5 people waiting on the side upset that their orders hadn't been out and 2 other customers requesting refunds. The manager with the sunglasses comes out and just processed a refund - not one word to anyone which makes sense no one else cares because it starts with management. I get mistakes happen but the way you handle it matters. If the pizza is going to take 2 hours that's fine, but let customers know before they order. Overall, I'm a chill person and it's pizza at the end of the day so doesn't ruin my day. We just ended up going to Chick-Fil-A which the kids were excited for lol but I won't be back.

This is purely an ambiance review. If you go here, be prepared to have the staff and owners listen and feel free to repeat anything you say and do. Apparently, people's conversations are open to share, comment on, and random speak of things to which they are not part. Sad as it ruins an otherwise fun place to be. Guess it begins with the namesake owners to address, or not.

I just don't know about this place. First time I came. I ordered a flat bread pizza. Didn't tell me it was 45 min wait until after I paid and ordered so had to sit at the bar and wait almost 1 hour. Second time, they didn't have pesto to make the flat bread. Took my order then called me back to tell me they didn't have pesto. Third time. Ordered two glasses of wine for $18, don't inform me for $4 more you can get a bottle. Fourth time, didn't have flatbread crust so had to put on regular crust. Oh another time. I tried calling and couldn't get through for 35 min, so gave up. Fifth time. Served my daughter Napoleon flatbread without the basil, which makes the pizza so didn't tell me they were out of basil after the pizza came out. Sixth and last time I will go there. Ordered food to go ( salad bar -fine) cheese pizza ( fine ). But here we go with the flatbread pizzas. Ordered the Messina. Got home and opened the box. It was cut into quarter size pieces, child like, was ice cold and thrown into the box. The flatbread wasn't even cooked. I had to move it around and flip a few pieces to look. But it was thrown into the box. The dude with the glasses on who claims to be the assistant manager made it. Why on gods earth would you serve this to someone ?? I called to complain. Had to get back in my car to go get another one that would be edible. They were very confused on why I was complaining. Said they cut their flatbread like this all the time. No, sorry, you don't. No offer of a refund, nothing. I got home and didn't even eat the second pizza because I was so upset and it was 8:15 PM by this time. Yes, it looked better but, irritating. I spent my time, my money on crappy food from there again. Nothing to make my time right from them expect another crappy flatbread they made. I wanted a refund for my time and pain of dealing with this place again. It's a hit and miss place and this place is a miss 90% of the time. I won't be back.
