Great smaller park with a splash pad for kids to play in during these hot summer months. There is a large grassy area to picnic and some nice trees for shade. Although it is in a neighborhood with a lot of people parking on the street, it is still easy to find parking right around the park.

I enjoy this park for the sponsor days out unfortunately I wish there was a little bit more going on at the park if the water is not on the kids could get bored it does bring it back to more retro hands on approach with your children but would be nice to have a play structure as an option as well very on the open not to many shaded spots fun for the concerts lots of food options in the area parking can be scarce and confusing because of all of the side streets overall it's usually a safe environment and good vibes

It's a very well maintained park that is great for folks who want to unplug from tech and relax or take their pets for a nice walk, meetup, or exercise. For parents complaining about the park not having a playground, if you keep going straight on Tower Park Dr where it intersects with Mowbray Way, Renaissance Park is a short stroll down the street which is more accommodating for families with younger children. There are lots of cool events in the Spring and Summer months like concert or movie in the park as well as farmers markets. They usually have a community event for major holidays in the winter and July 4th. I really enjoy how peaceful it is for someone who has a very hectic lifestyle like myself.

Ifest which is our first foray into village green park yesterday was so much fun! African dancers drummers Mexican, Italian, Indian dancers, so colorful. Many well behaved beautiful dogs and their owners, children, we had a blast. The food vendors with garlic infused French fries with blue cheese and dragon oil...delicious! No police in sight! I reconnected with my Rancho Cordova roots.

Lovely park in the Capital Village neighborhood in Rancho Cordova. They host a free concert every Friday night in August starting @ 7:00 pm. You can bring a blanket or chairs to sit and watch the show. Bring your own food or you can grab something from one of the food trucks there or at any of the nearby restaurants. It's a chill family friendly environment for young and old.

Very quiet shaded park, has a few homeless relaxing on benches but do not bother anyone. A lot of beautiful dogs and responsible residents who clean after them. I go several times a week to have my lunch there.

Came here with my kids and spend 20 minutes trying to figure out how to turn on the water park. There was nothing else to do here the kids were crying by the end. Not a good experience.

Great park with water spray fountains and amphitheater, well maintained by the rancho Cordova park district. Loved by dog walkers!!
