Beautiful facilities! Professional staff. Huge conference room. Wifi is great. Kitchen facilities are neat, modern and well kept.

We had a meeting in their facility today. First, Theresa was already there to greet us even though we arrived early. She had set up our space so well and ready to help us with anything. Not only was the space just right for our group of 8, the WiFi and technology were easy to use--had no problems w anything even though it was our first time in the space. And there's a separate kitchen area w really cute booths.What took everything to the top was how kindly Theresa offered me the ability to stay there until my flight. She was worried about me not having a safe place to be!!! I definitely would host another event there and recommend to my colleagues!

Venture OfficeNow is a beautiful facility. I have had the pleasure of hosting a handful of meeting at the site, and the staff has been a pleasure. I also had the opportunity to talk with the owner at a few Chamber of Commerce events, her knowledge and professionalism have sold me this model of doing business.

Great location with ample parking. Just minutes from downtown. I went there on the spur of the moment because I needed a place to work for the day. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a space to co-work.

Venture Office is by far the best place to move your office to in the greater Sacramento Area. I did a fair amount of research before deciding to join here. Here is why:What earns the most points for me is the Management. Teresa, (owner/co-founder) is super friendly and brings a startup vibe without compromising a disciplined work environment. She is always open to suggestions/feedback. She knows whatever your requirements are as a businessperson and does her best to fulfill them. E.g. the regular timing of the office are 8 to 5pm Monday through Friday but unlike other places, she does not force you to leave. It is on honor basis. I travelled to New York last week and needed a remote office in Lower Manhatten. She connected me with their partner company and helped me find an office right next door to my event. She also arranges for periodic networking event. The last one had Natomas Chamber of Commerce involved in it. Then there is a Halloween Costume Party coming up next month. She is doing an excellently job enabling a perfect work-environment for entrepreneurs. They have ample space for everyone. The co-working space is enough for 20 individuals. There are 3-person offices throughout the 6000 square feet facility. They have conference rooms of varying sizes ranging from 16 people executive suites to 2 people one on one interview. Finally, there is a booth for taking personal calls, a mini stationary area adjacent to a moderately sized kitchen/lunch area, free coffee everyday as well as goodies/chocolates/cookies every once in a while. They partner with CloudVO for travelling entrepreneurs. You are able to find office in other cities around the globe. As mentioned above, I was able to find an office in New York at a very reasonable rate with all the office amenities included.Also, the location of Venture Office makes it extremely convenient. Located right off of highway 5, you have direct access to any of the major arteries of the city. Parking is never an issue (free and plentiful). There is an open lawn/coffee shop right in the complex. You do not need to go anywhere else for getting lunch. There are plenty of trees as well as a flock of Doves/Exotic birds always rooming around but don't worry they are innocent. Finally, they have priced it perfectly well. You can subscribe for open co-working, designated desk, full office or a day pass. You can also purchase conference rooms (you get free credits towards conference rooms). Finally, you get 50 free prints of excellent quality paper. If you are a startup, small to medium sized business or even just a freelancer looking for a great office environment, this is by far the place in the greater Sacramento area.

Teresa has been phenomenal. She was extremely warm, welcoming, professional, and she went above and beyond to assist me in any way she could with my new business. She's provided me with advice, invited me to a networking event to get to know people, and even created and printed out brochures for me when she found out I didn't have business cards yet. The office space itself is lovely, professional, and very welcoming. I am happy to call this space home for my business. I would recommend anyone to take tour to see it for yourself.
