The ambiance was very relaxed, the server was quick to greet us with a smile and was very pleasant to speak with as she explained the dishes to us, she informed us that they had run out of King oyster mushroom and could substitute it with anything in the Omg Roll that we ordered, we came in about 40 minutes before closing but they did not rush us and even genuinely seemed fine with it when we apologized for leaving late! Service 5/5The food was so good I forgot the name of the dish I got but it just felt like really clean eating, I am not vegan but dishes with dishes like this, I don't miss meat (although I still love meat lol) the rice was cooked perfectly not too sticky, not too fibrous, not too gummy, just perfect little beads with a great mouth feel, and if you love garlic it had a strong but pleasant garlic taste throughout! The Omg Roll was also really good, I suspect I'd like it even more if they had the king oyster mushroom available, the outside was fried perfectly golden brown and had a nice crisp, the variety of fillings inside work well together, the only improvement I'd make is maybe having a bit of their dipping sauce on the side instead on on the plate (I'm sure you could ask for this as they are so accomodating)My fiancé's pho was solid too, the broth had a great savory flavor and they had many interesting toppings including vegan egg shaped like tamagoyaki, the noodles were slightly Al dente which I personally didn't prefer for pho, but all you need to do is wait a bit more and it was greatFood 5/5Drink we got the dragonfruit drink too and this had a strong tea flavor with a good amount of fresh fruit and was not overly sweet, I think the Boba pearls were the konjac kind which isn't sweet at all, much healthier for you than the normal syrupy starch variety. Drink 5/5Highly reccomended to anyone vegan, or not - and I would 100% come back this is one of the best vegan spots in the Sacramento area on par with some of the ones I've had in the bay area!

Found this place through Yelp and I was surprised that I didn't come across their page sooner as I'm always on the lookout for new vegan restaurants. I was excited to see their diverse vegan menu with many gluten free and oil free options. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by an extremely friendly waitress who quickly sat us down, provided us our menu and a glass of water. The restaurant is spacious, clean and well-lit filled with beautiful and colorful decor. They have quite a few items on their menu that won the vegan chef contests throughout the years. We ended up ordering the mi quang noodles, ABD fried rice, and tofu puff roll. Food came out pretty quickly. Our favorite item had to be the tofu puff roll! Not only was it perfectly prepared and aesthetically displayed, all the ingredients were fresh and nicely proportioned. The tofu puffs were very crispy and the sauce was sweet and tangy. I do think it's a bit pricey for the amount of food we received but it was very delicious. Alternatively, the portions of the entrees were huge but they were different than what we expected. The mi quang noodle tasted ok but the spring mix did not complement the dish well and there was not enough broth provided. We actually didn't realize that the fried rice dish was a breakfast inspired dish when ordering. The fried rice was good but I think it would have worked better with jasmine rice and without the tater tots. We did find the dish quite creative and was nothing that we've tried before. This is definitely more of an Asian fusion restaurant with lots of unique dishes!

Their hours are narrow, but they let you order before they open online then fill order. That worked well for us. We got take out, but they have a nice place to eat in as well. Loved the dedication to serving food properly made. The crepe burst on one of our dishes and they remade it. We didn't ask they just did it. Everything was very good. We ordered way too much and have been eating leftovers for lunch. We wanted to try so many different dishes. Here's a few we tried that were so good. I am a card carrying meat eater, but I like vegan food if it has been done right. I've been waiting for this place to open for sometime. They are run by the same people that run pho fresh just up the street. I am glad this place is finally open. I walked in, and the place was bright and fresh. Everybody was friendly. I sat down, and I was served right away. I decided to start with the " popping scallops." Breaded king oyster mushrooms, with crispy noodle and garlic strips, as well as a delicious sweet-and-sour dipping sauce, that had just a little bit of a "zip" to it. The mushrooms had the same texture as a scallop. It didn't have quite the same buttery flavor as a scallop, but it was very close. A very successful Dish. Next, I had the jambalaya with garlic lo mein noodles. The noodles were good. I've never had jambalaya with baby potatoes in it, but I liked it. The "chicken" was good, and While the char grilled "shrimp" didn't quite have the texture of the real thing, the flavor was excellent. Extremely close to the real thing. The star of the jambalaya was the "andouille sausage.". Oh my God... So absolutely delicious. It tasted just like the real thing. It reminded me of a vegan "sausage" that I had at a restaurant down in Orange County one time. As with the "sausage" from down there, I wish I could get a bag of this "andouille", and just munch on it while I was watching TV. The prices are a little bit on the high-end, but absolutely worth it for the quality of the food. Plus, I had enough to bring home for a second meal. I definitely want to come back and try more things. Thank you so much for an awesome meal ..

Great food (all vegan of course!), friendly and quick service, and a super fresh, super clean interior. We've been to Pho Fresh many times and have never been disappointed--and we think we like this place more! Different menu from the sister restaurant, and gluten-free and oil-free options are clearly identified. Loved it!

The service was great! We had a nice waitress who was very welcoming. The chicken pao with the sauce was yummy. I liked the fried rice and the jambalaya dish. It was nice to try out the pho here too. The decor and restaurant was cozy and pretty. Would definitely come back to try the other dishes

Attempted to eat at this place twice. This past Saturday at 2:45p and found it closed without this change listed online but a flyer on the door. Tried again the next day at 5p for an early dinner and yet again closed with a new hand written note. It also says to go visit Pho Fresh. Hoping they had the same menu we regrettably tried it out. And it was not a great experience. Yes, both restaurants have same owner. Unsure how long this place will remain in business if both have oddly identical same menus. Gordon Ramsey would not approve. I left my experience under that business.

I'm not Vegan but a friend of mine invited me to lunch. OMG! The ambiance is lovely. Beautiful colors with lots of natural light. Staff is super friendly and on point. Food came out quickly. Speaking of OMG, we started with the OMG rolls and fried tofu. It's simply amazing. The sauce on the tofu is delicious. I also had the Po Boy faux shrimp. Excellent flavors went well with the shrimp. Texture and flavor were amazing. I had the ginger iced tea. I could get addicted to that drink. It was outstanding. I will be back to try other things. Lots to choose from .
