My sister took me here for lunch. 5/5 for food, service, cleanliness. Order at the counter and they bring your food out to you.I had the rice bowl with chicken, beef and eggplant. Included a salad with a lot of ingredients. Ordered a side of pita bread. A little pricey, but very good quality.Taste was good! I enjoyed the chicken over the beef. Eggplant was delicious! Dining room was clean and well decorated. I loved the furniture too.I would visit again. Highly recommended.

A filling, healthy, and affordable meal! Stopped in today during lunch break and got the Mashtee wrap (beef, chicken, fries, green, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, parsley, onions, special sauce) for $15.99 and I think it's well worth it! The wrap was large and hearty--I couldn't finish all of it, so now I have two meals! The acidity of the pickles and banana peppers added a good flavor balance to the two meats. The chicken was a bit dry but the beef was perfect. Nothing a little sauce won't fix!Service is cafeteria line style and very quick. Also, I think the man who's the owner? Super friendly and told us to ask for more sauce if we need it. Would def come back again

Another new place for me to eat for lunch when I have to be in the office. I ordered the eggplant falafel wrap and it was delicious. The falafel had so much flavor. There were so many different menu items. I will definitely try other things each time I go. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star is because I wish the tortilla was steamed, just like at Chipotle. The restaurant is small. I think about 24 people can be seated. The owner was very friendly. and the rest of the staff. I was very happy the owner gave us some baklava and it was delicious.

As soon as we walked in it felt like a quality place. Super clean and neat. Greeted with friendly smiles. Lots to choose from on the menu. Everything is made fresh in front of you. The chicken eggplant wrap with their spicy sauce was so delicious! Fries were hot! This is a place I'd definitely crave and will be back soon!

One of Rancho's best kept secrets! I absolutely love the quality of food, the variety of entrees and the friendly ownership and staff! It's not often you can walk away full after eating quality food for under $12.00

I went to Urban Grill & Salad for my lunch break during work because I wanted something healthier and filling. I decided to get the chicken rice bowl and it was sooo good. The staff was really friendly and let me take home all the different types of sauces to see which one I liked with the dish. I liked that it was a generous amount and I can't wait to go back.

Pretty fire when the shopkeeper hypes up an item from the menu and it delivers well in quality. I basically inhaled the zakee wrap lol. The hummus is such a good addition to the wrap and the chicken has a very nice grilled taste to it (as a tiny nitpick the chicken was slightly leaning on the dry side but not a dealbreaker at all). Honestly a well-done wrap in general as the veggies in it are peak-crisp and it doesn't end up a gloppy mess in the last few bites like when a wrap is overly sauced (a food pet peeve of mine lol).Mediterranean chicken rice plate can easily feed two people. Amazingly crispy falafel buuut they could've been in the fryer for a minute longer as the centers were still quite mushy. Baklava was surprisingly not as sweet as typical baklava (maybe 50% less sweet), which was great but what wasn't so great was that it was rather greasy.Great vibes here (friendly and welcoming staff!) and overall highly recommend checking this place out if you happen to be in the area.Rating: 4-ish stars rounded up

The food here is definitely GREAT!!!! The portions are large, the atmosphere is clean and inviting. The owner and the employees are all happy, friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to explaining the food choices! Urban Grill and Salad is by far one of the BEST restaurants in Sacramento County, and the BEST Mediterranean restaurant in Rancho Cordova. I eat here once a week at least! I give this place 10 stars!!!!!
