Uplift is the answer. Feeling sad, frustrated, angry, overwhelmed, tired, anxious, insecure, negative, or all of the above?? Your mood will change in a positive direction after just one Uplift class. It certainly works miracles for me. I am mentally, emotionally, and physically stronger because of Uplift. Uplift has classes that range from all levels of difficulty and convenient times as well. It's easy to find a class that matches how I'm feeling and one that fits my schedule. Each instructor is kind, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and caring. They talk to you like you're a friend or family member. They take the time to know you and remember your name. If you just want to drop in and mind your own business, they'll respect that too. I am so very thankful for Carrie, Mary, Rodney and the rest of their amazing Uplift crew. This sounds dramatic but I honestly believe that Uplift has saved my life (or at least my sanity)! Try it out and go in with an open mind and heart. You won't regret it!

If you can stand the heat this yoga studio is for you! All of the instructors are great. They are knowledgeable and encouraging. You will need to reserve some of your classes 1 week in advance when they are released on midnight 1 week prior for the most popular classes. Uinferno and Kettlebell classes are very popular and most of the time when you reserve you can be put on a waitlist. Whenever I'm on the waitlist, approx 90% of the time, I get into the class. For yoga classes, most of the classes are not full to capacity and you can get into the class up to 15 minutes prior. Shoes are not allowed inside the yoga room. The floors are sanitized after every class. Staff is very friendly.

I have been wanting to try out hot yoga for a while now and I always noticed this place when I drive by in the area, so I decided to check out the yelp reviews- and sure enough, the reviews were nothing but great! My friend and I decided to take an early 6:30am class with Carrie (The Breakfast Club) and it was truly motivating. We purchased the single class for $29, a little pricey for it being our first time (IMO) but it was a great experience. Upon arrival, we checked in on the kiosk and the process was super quick. They have cubbies in the lobby and also in the bathrooms which is nice. I came with my own yoga mat, but my friend didn't have one, but luckily she was able to rent one out. They ask for your car keys in exchange for a mat and towel mat. I just want to shoutout Vanessa for being so welcoming and kind to us. I also didn't know we needed a towel mat so she was nice enough to lend one to me as well, just as long as I remembered to throw it back in the hamper haha. Walking into the studio, it was super packed. We thought they might have over booked because we had no where to lay our mats at first. But thankfully, these two nice ladies up front offered to move around their mats so that my friend and I can lay next to them. Carrie was our instructor for the morning and she was really great! Her voice was really soothing and the way she led the class was really nice, by the time I ended up looking at my watch there was only 10 minutes left. So time really flew by. The heat wasn't unbearably hot, it was doable. You definitely get a good sweat out of it. And the class overall was perfect for it being my first time, no crazy moves, super relaxed and I was able to release any tension I was holding in my body. Probably not something I would do everyday, but definitely something I would like to do every month. Thanks to Vanessa and Carrie again for being so welcoming and kind, and making our first experience a good one! Tips for beginners: Bring your own yoga mat, a yoga mat towel, and some iced water :) And, be prepared to sweat!

I've been looking to fill my Bikram yoga void since the pandemic. I normally do OTF workouts but 26+2 is what makes me get in touch with my body, keeps me limber and how I get my endorphins. I found UPLIFT through Yelp and tried three different classes:- UHOT65: perfect for those who loved bikram- USLOWSTRETCH: surprisingly amazing as it stretched out my tight muscles. Carrie the owner taught the class and she's the best. Music was spot on- UINFERNO: heat and humidity of bikram with Pilates and cardio. Push-ups, burpees and side planks are extra hard in the heat. No rest. Hardcore. I was drenched. This workout kicked my butt and I absolutely loved it! Rodney Hill taught the class. He had a great playlist and was super motivating to ensure you don't give up.It's been 3 classes in 3 days and I love this studio. Parking is ample and there are 3 showers for women. The instructors and students are super welcoming and kind. I highly recommend UPLIFT!

Classes are fun and challenging, instructors are very motivating. But very large classes which can be a little overwhelming if you like more intimate settings but also being around others can also be very encouraging :) I love the fact that they have showers !

If you love living life on the edge and feeling like you're on the brink of extinction after every workout, you need to try the Hot Pilates here. If you feel like stretching past your current limits, you need to take a hot yoga class! I've been with this place on and off again, before it was even named Uplift Hot Yoga. The staff is great--supportive, understanding, and push you to expand your comfort zone. I have always felt welcomed and encouraged to keep coming back. The community and energy here is also felt and appreciated. Good place to take your mind off of the outside world for an hour-ish. Take a Hot Pilates class or Hot Yoga class among a variety of other classes, and you will not regret it. All you need it some ice water, a mat and towel

I don't recommend this place. The lady in front on door didn't let me in because I was 11 minutes late. After having to drive about 40 minutes to get to this place with traffic and it was my first time. Won't come back.
