Unphogettable

Stumbled upon this establishment when looking for a place that served banh mi at a reasonable price. Caught me off guard because I didn't realize it was inside a section of Arden Mall. I'll have to say i really enjoyed their banh mi so I came a second time the next week to order another banh mi and their pho tai.Although the service was a bit slow the first time (they just got back from lunch), the 2nd time around they were very promptly, quick and friendly. And most importantly, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will return again!

We are visiting from out of town, so we ordered through Grubhub. Our driver was great about getting the food to us in the time that was promised, and that is the best thing I can say about our experience. The menu has both Shrimp Pho and Seafood Pho listed. We had two seafood lovers in our group, so they ordered the Seafood Pho, but they received Shrimp Pho. If they wanted just Shrimp, they would have ordered just Shrimp. The term Seafood implies that it contains more than just Shrimp. One requested No Onion, but they both had tons of onion, but no other vegetables: I am used to Seafood Pho having carrots, broccoli, and bok choy, but this had just noodles, shrimp, and onion. The broth for all of the Phos was barely even room temperature. Thankfully our hotel room has a microwave, but how disappointing to have to heat up the broth for all of the Pho orders.The Rare Steak Pho was given a thumbs up, after the broth was heated.The wontons were so terribly overcooked that they weren't any good, at all. Burnt wontons are not tasty.The Spring Rolls were good (it's hard to mess them up), but they weren't cut in half as we expected them to be. We are in a hotel, so we don't have any knives to do it ourselves.We had one order for lemonade, and one hot tea. We received two lemonades and no tea.As others have mentioned, the condiments come in small plastic bags. We had 3 Pho orders, but only 2 bags of condiments. The bean sprouts and cilantro, were mixed right in with the sauce packets. I don't know why they wouldn't put sauce packets in a separate bag from the food, it just seems unsanitary this way.Do I consider this place to be UnPhogettable? Absolutely! UnPhogettibly wrong. I will absolutely remember to not order from here again.

This place is somewhat hidden if you're not familiar to the area like me. Ordered a DoorDash pick up and it took me a while to figure out where it was. It's inside the market square somewhat like a food court. Ordered a pho and a vermicelli noodle plate. The pho came in a bowl which was perfect for us eating in the car. The broth was tasty but was not hot enough to cook the rare beef that was in the bowl. Wish they would've put the raw meat in a little separate bag on the side like other places. I poured in the soup base without thinking about it and the whole soup pink-ish. I deemed it not safe for my sensitive belly. Wish I would've thought of it before. The combo vermicelli was delicious. Meat well seasoned but was cold, 9/10. Will be back if in the area to try out other items tho.

Well not sure how i feel about the fact that they heated up their meat from yesterday. This is a small storefront inside a food court. Has that cafeteria vibe. The fact that i waited over 10 minutes for my sandwich. Or that the guy AFTER me got his sandwich first. Bread is not fresh. Sandwich wasnt toasted so it was tough to chew the bread. There was no crispyness :( the meat was very flavorful but dry making it a little hard to chew through parts of it. A LOT OF MAYO. My friend got the bun bo hue and gave it a 7/10. I tried his soup and feel like 6-7 if fair. They had one person doing orders and sandwiches so I waited unnecessarily longer because he couldnt even start my sandwich and then he prioritized his regular customer over my order. Id give a 2, but the food did not taste horrible. Flies were buzzin around the table in an indoor space. Not their fault but annoying

My family and I came here for dinner on a Friday night (~7:30pm) after shopping at the new Uniqlo store at the Arden Fair Mall. Unphogettable is located in the Market Square next to the Arden Mall, so it was a quick couple minutes walk from Macy's. They have only been open for about 2 weeks and have an 10% off Grand Opening Special. For dinner time, they were not busy, but unfortunately neither were any of the other restaurants in the Market Square. It's a little sad because mall was not busy as well. The gentleman who took our order was extremely nice and very patient when taking our order. There are some tables and chairs in the common area to sit at and they will bring your food out to you when it's ready. The food came out fairly quick.Food: fresh and authentic flavors, not the best I've had, but very good for mall food. Price was very affordable as they have good portion size. - Combination Pho- Brisket Pho- Bun Bo Hue Spicy Beef Noodle Soup- Grilled Beef Bahn Mi- Grill Pork Bahn MiOverall, a great place for a quick bite to eat. I hope they can make it here in the world of dying malls.

Wonderful service, good pho, and convenient location. We were very happy to sit down for a bit and enjoy a good meal at a decent price.

Amazing place for pho in Arden Market square! Service is easy and quick, just point at the menu on top or inquire. The ambiance is great shared in the market square! Perfect broth taste! Pricing is not bad! A+ all around!

Food is good here. Bahmi Sandwich was good and menu was affordable. Support this spot cuz walking traffic is low. If you got to Barnes and Noble hit this place up.

I got the Bun Bo Hue with pho noodles and thought it was pretty good. There was a decent amount of meat and the flavor was slightly above average. Overall not bad for a food court spot. Felt kind of bad for the guy working there since they seemed understaffed and he was pretty busy.
