Under Armour Factory House

Under Armour is one of the biggest outlet stores in the Folsom Premium Outlets. The store looks new, and everything inside is well organized. They have a huge selection of men, women, and every kid's sports items. The price is better than the retail store. The check-out counter in this store has many windows available. The line moves quickly. I have a good shopping experience in this store.

Walked in 15 minutes till closing to look for a dri-fit shirt. The entire store was really neat, all the associates were smiling and taking the time to interact with the customers. I was looking for a deal so I started with the two clearance rack in the back but unexpectedly I found the real deals at the front of the store. I found the shirt ($15) to add to my fab-leisure closet, paid, and walked out before my 15 was up.

I've been going on a bit of a spree for activewear. Under Armour was on my list after I've gone to others around the outlets where this shop is located. I come in, and I was immediately welcomed. The store was neat, clean, and well organized. At first I didn't really know how much I would buy, but the selection was definitely variable. Additionally the markdowns were such a plus! Some of the things I wanted in my size weren't in stock. That's when Kailey and Tyson were part of the wonderful experience I had a couple of nights ago! There were many shirts particularly that I liked that I couldn't resist. So if they weren't available, Tyson helped find it in his warehouse or order it online. Kailey helped me with price checking and making recommendations along the way. Kailey is super personable and it was easy to have a conversation even though it was of the hour of closing. In some way she made Under Armour feel a little more at home, and that's not an exaggeration. Obviously she became so loyal to the brand about the durability and its values. Tyson on the other hand was professional, on-demand, and a great man for sure. He made sure that I was getting what I needed before I left the store. So knowledgeable about the brand, too!At the end of the transaction, I was most pleased with how well I was treated and I knew this is a brand I'd certainly continue shopping from. I don't know who is in charge of the store, but kudos to you for finding two amazing people who love to serve others. Keep up the awesome work you all, I'll continue to come back!

Walked in, no greeting (store was fairly empty). Was looking for some birthday gifts for my son who is a HUGE Steph Curry fan. I proceeded to look around for 10ish minutes and never seen an employee. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I searched for a staff member for help. I finally found someone who was folding shirts in the corner. I approached her and she didn't even look up. Asked if they had the item I was looking for and her reply was "if we have it, it'll be over there." Really? If Steph wasn't signed to UA I would never shop there.

I never can find a complaint here.. the staff is so nice, pay great attention to you as you walk around, and offer help when they are passing by. The pricing can't be beat and they generally have a very vast selection of sizes, colors and options for what you are looking for. The management at this location is always friendly, offers a wave and a hello and passes that commitment down to their staff. It is enough to keep me coming back for more and more.. Keep it up UA Folsom!

I enjoyed shopping here. When my family and I walked in the store the employee that greeted us let us know everything in the store was 40% off, other than the Footwear. The store was full of merchandise and everyone in my family had great service. One of the guys took care of my 11 year old for a pair of basketball shoes. I knew he was in for a few trips to the back. Turns out the kid decided on the latest Curry's after trying on 5 different pairs. Overall it was a great experience, and we'll definitely be returning here. Everyone got a bag of stuff, and left happy. BTW- the check out line was packed and we were at the register and out the door in 5 minutes.

didn't have a good experience here. I walk greeting ok,but I am over by the shoes and looking for help,looking for salespeople, they look me in the eye but when I went to ask for something they walk away, from me not once but three times. But the walk over to my wife who was looking at shoes also,and ask her for help, by the way my wife is Hispanic and I am African American.then I saw it more then one. I rather go to the Nike place. They at least treat you like a customer.

I came into Under Armour to do some Christmas shopping and was assisted by a lead, James. He asked me a few questions about who i was shopping for and was able to hand pick the perfect gifts and he did it with a great attitude. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional.10/10 service

Under Armour had a good sale for 4th of July, so I grabbed some new work shirts and shoes. I tried on a couple pairs of shoes and assumed they all fit me in my size, I was wrong. I had to return 3 pairs and told the cashier, Brad, which pair fit me. He was able to help me find another pair of infinite 3 in the store and another online. I appreciate you going above and beyond to help out a customer. The shoes are great and so was the service.

False advertising! Went in with my son and the man at the door says "welcome everything in the store is on sale up to 40% off." My son liked a long sleeve shirt for $50 which is a rip off. I said ok only because I was told it was on sale .I pay and the shirt was not on sale. I asked the cashier why they told us everything is on sale if that isn't true. First he said there was no sign next to this shirt. I said I didn't say there was, I said the employee at the door told me everything is on sale. He then said everything is on sale up to 40% means the discount is between 0-40% off. I assured him that If something is zero percent off then it is not on sale. He was very rude and acted like I was confused not him. Not cool, I will not shop here again.
