I have super dark eyebrows and when they look off you can really tell. So I'm super picky about brow places, and this is my go to one in the Auburn/Roseville area. I don't want to go too thin especially on the bottom and I always tell them that, but sometimes they don't listen or don't understand my request. But overall they do me right.

Eh it's okay. It's not super clean or appealing inside but they do a decent job for what it's worth. They are not honoring the YELP $2 check in discount. So minus a star for that.I prefer some other places in the area, but this does in a pinch.

Please read other reviews and DO NOT come here !I get my eyebrows threaded at various places depending where I'm in town and at this location the girl doing my eye brows was very lazy !! She took 45 seconds NO JOKE less than a minute and told me to check , she did not make any effort to shape them ! I had to tell her 3 times to please remove the stray hairs she left long and she did it while I was still sitting up holding the mirror! Everytime i pointed out where she did it she looked annoyed and would literally pluck like a couple hairs while sitting up and tell me to check like she was horribly annoyed and ashamed of her business and practice ! She didn't offer cooling gel or anything $12 wasted. I should have complained but at that point I was afraid she'd butcher them further and my eye brows still look like the were horribly done ! Don't act like your rushed and don't care that's bad business !! GO ELSEWHERE!!

Went in for the first time several weeks ago after seeing the great reviews. I did not catch the name of the lady that helped me but she is the only reason I am giving 2 stars, I was put-off enough to never come back to see if someone else would provide better service.The lady that did my eyebrows first began by asking me when the last time I had my eyebrows threaded. I told her 3 weeks and she responded that I should come in every 2 weeks. Really? I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for the last 10 years, no one has ever scolded me for going 3 weeks without threading. Strike one. I asked her to shape my brows in an arch. She didn't, she just sort of cleaned up the strays leaving my eyebrows with no real shape. Strike two. To top it all off, when we were finished she said next time I should get my upper lip threaded because "you will look much better." Wow, thanks. Strike three. Nope. No, thank you. Byeeeee.

I like this place because it's convenient and I go regularly, but it really irritates me that they can't get their hours straight. I understand that when COVID started they reduced the hours but I'm currently sitting here, having made a special trip, to be met with a locked door 30 minutes prior to close. Very frustrating!

Love this place! They do such a great job with shaping your brows. They're the best threading place in Lincoln. The woman who runs it is so nice too!

I am really unhappy with the service I received here, especially since I was giving this place a second chance. I got my eyebrows threaded and knew the lady had cut me but didn't realize how much till I got home. She had cut my temple in several areas, which was really upsetting, not to mention that I had to attend several social events over the next few days with the cuts red or scabbing over. I went back the next day to complain and ask for a refund. The lady acknowledged that she knew their was a cut, blamed it on me and said she couldn't give me a refund. I was told I had to call the manager. I called the manager and had to come back a third time to get my money back. First of all, how in the world are you able to cut someone up this bad? This is just plain sloppy, careless work. This should never happen to anyone. Second, she blamed it on me, and said I wasn't holding my skin tight enough, which, by the way, has nothing to do with the cuts I got on my temple. I read online that these cuts are made because the worker was not holding the string tight enough. Lastly, she never apologized when she cut me and she never apologized when I came back the next day, which leads me to believe that she had a habit of cutting people because she shows no remorse whatsoever. She didn't care that she cut me several times. This is very unfortunate because I was giving this place a second chance even though I got cut on my previous visit because it was rate highly, but this visit was even worse! The worker did not apologize at the previous visit either, and my daughter was watching and was saying "She cut you, Mommy. Are you okay?" I would never again visit this place or recommend it based on the fact that I received cuts on consecutive visits and the staff was indecent and behaved as if cutting people was completely fine.

Never again. I asked for an eyebrow clean up and literally walked out with almost no eyebrows. Absolutely painful. An eyebrow cleanup does not mean take off half of my eyebrow and make it thin in as shit! Horrible!

I just went in for my first ever threading apt. I was a walk in and was taken right away. She did a great job on my brows I will be back!

I love going to this place. They always seems to pay extra attention to make sure my eyebrows are perfect and I am happy. One time their internet was down and my card got charged a few extra times as we attempted multiple times. The owner personally texted me to ensure I was reimbursed.
