Tupelo Coffee House

They're open even later now which makes this spot a great hangout spot all day long.Parking is street parking, but I'm typically able to find a spot pretty easily.Tupelo offers indoor and outdoor seating and is dog friendly. Cha Cha's doggy daycare is down the street, so I'll sometimes stop by here before or after pickup/drop off for a little caffeine boost.Now that they're open late night I've taken advantage of their decaf options a couple times. Typically I'm buying the full caffeine options though.I love that they have some unique offerings on the menu, though more than once I've had to ask the baristas what the items are. I also like to take advantage of the seasonal specials.

3.5 stars. Iced chai latte was pretty good. Drinks seemed pretty basic but good. I wouldn't plan to eat here. I came on a Friday at 9 am and there were no pastries. I only saw some instant Quaker oatmeal available? The space inside is huge, with lots of room to work or visit with friends. Art on the walls, free Wi-Fi. Overall, a nice neighborhood coffeehouse!

Super cute! Had their Vietnamese iced coffee (good and strong) and the hubs tried the Aztec Mocha (he said it was very sweet and spiced).Loved the vibes inside. Tons of space to work; outlets available even on the couch!Parking was available -- but it is Sunday after 5pm.

I had never heard of this coffee shop before, but I'm so glad I stopped by! It's such a cute spot, and I noticed a lot of people doing homework or just relaxing on their own. It has a really chill vibe.I tried the donut, but it was a bit stale, so I'm guessing it was baked earlier in the day (we did come a few hours before closing). That aside, it seems like a popular place to hang out and relax. The highlight for me was the Bowl of Soul -- I was honestly blown away by how delicious it was! It's a sweet blend of chocolate and chamomile tea, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Definitely the best drink I've had in a while! The cashier was nice and my drink came out quick. I can see myself coming back here, whether with friends or just to enjoy a solo visit.

8:15 on a Sunday my bestie and I decided to try Tupelo as we use our new sacramento cafe passports. Big and spacious and only two other patrons seating. There was no one behind the counter and for 10 min we wait. There is no bell, no sign "be back in 10". Finally a perturbed tall good looking man with a Norse vibe appears. I say good morning and ask "how is your day" ? He proceeds to not look up and says "there's lots to do" now I'm feeling uncomfortable to even order because of his shitty attitude, but I do. I order the Aztec mocha and it's delicious. It took 20 min to get both our coffees and he helped three other patrons before making ours. Not sure if there should be two people working, but unfortunately we won't be back.

Nice coffee shop in sac with good seating and a quiet place to get some work done. I came here on a Tuesday and sat outside initially until some spots opened up inside. I ordered a seasonal drink, I believe it was some sort of mocha, but I can't remember exactly. It was alright, i wish I ordered something else. I enjoyed the seating inside a lot more, it felt very cozy and quaint. I would like to come back and give their other menu items a try.

Cool and cute place to study at! I had a matcha latte and it was not like any matcha I've had before. It was so so good. I believe they said they used honey to sweeten it. So yummy. The workers were nice as well.Nice location in east sac but be aware the parking lot is packed.

This coffee shop is a winner in my book, simply for the hours alone! They recently reverted their hours back to their pre-covid scheduling, so they are now open everyday from 7am-11pm, which is perfect for an evening study session after school.I love the vibes at this coffee shop, it's very laid back and the baristas are so friendly. Their ambient music is also usually spot on, and they don't blast their music - it's usually at the perfect volume level. As for their drinks, I actually just love their plain iced coffee, it's not acidic and is very smooth. They also have good quality pastries (I usually go for their muffins). I do plan on trying their other drinksI usually go in the evenings when parking isn't an issue. The lot outside isn't very big, and there's only a few spots available on the street.The only reason I'm deducting a star is because it appears this shop is dog-friendly, and on numerous occasions customers have brought their dogs with them inside (I believe the 'dog-friendly' allowance applies to the outdoor patio). I'm a dog-lover and I don't mind well-behaved dogs and it's totally understandable to bring them in if it's just to do a quick pick up, but no - one evening a couple came in and sat at a table with their poodle dog for over an hour and their dog was shredding napkins beneath the table and was also barking/reactive at another dog that came in, and the employees did nothing about it. The owners would just give an occasional tug at the dog's leash but yeah... really shouldn't bring your dog inside where other customers are trying to socialize/study/work if you can't control it when it's being disruptive. Just my 2 cents.

Came here with a friend to catch up over coffee - I really enjoyed their iced coffee here. Simple, prompt, and a reasonable price. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and we found a very comfortable bench seat off to the corner. Lots of customers here either spending time with friends or working remotely.

Great atmosphere for a reading and relaxation space, the drinks were super yummy and affordable and over all we had a lovely morning date here to read and relax would definitely come again!
