Wow! Bún bò Huế here is Super delicious and, I liked they put Noodles and Vegetables in separated plate, they have a stone bowl when they brought to the table the soup still boiled for about 5 minutes, kelp the soup and noodles are hot while you eating until you finished. Bún Bò Huế is one of my favorite Vietnamese noodles soup, I went to many places in Elk Grove and Sacramento to tried Bún Bò Huế and this is the Best place to eat. Would be my place to chosen for Bún Bò Huế, I heard Bún Riêu is very good here too, I will trying next time when I visit Sacramento. I highly recommended everyone to coming here.

All the places for viet food is now boost up to 15 bucks a bowl now. It's not much places that have a low price packed with lots of noodles and toppings. .I came here because my friend told me they serve pho in a clay pot that's really hot in temperature. I had to come check it out and experience it. Perfect place for cold weather meal soon..I got the bun rieu soup with udon noodles. The broth was really good and the temperature was hot too. The experience was great. However the portion was kind of small with not too much topping in it. Just one giant piece of meat on a bone, that's how I felt. I kind of feel like the portion was a little bit small. .The inside is big with lots of seating and looks warm and cozy. There is lots of parking so no worries on that. .Overall I will come back and try their chicken dishes because it seems like they have lots of chicken options. There are chicken rice plates and chicken noodle soup as well. Hope this review helps and thanks for reading. Have a yelptastic day.

I've been in this plaza before, but never noticed this restaurant before. We came in on a rainy day, so noodle soups were perfect. Be careful, because the tiled floor can be slippery. I went with the Bun Reiu, which came in a hot stone bowl. Noodles and herbs/vegetables came on a separate plate. I liked the broth, but overall thought it was just ok. Service was quick and friendly.

Our family tried it the first time today and the service was amazing. They were very quick and the aesthetic of everything looked great. Their menu had limited items but I prefer this because it's easier to choose when there's not too many choices. Their bun rieu was actually pretty sweet. It came out with noodles on the side and a hot bowl for the soup later, which was very unique. I feel like it was missing something though. It didn't have the strong crab flavor I'm used to despite being called cua and oc. I'm also used to there being lots of tomatoes but I only had half a slice. I'm assuming it was made in a big batch since four of my family wanted bun rieu. Overall it was a nice experience but I'd probably try another dish next time I come.

I love bun bo hue. In fact, it's one of the first dishes I always want to try when I hit up a new Vietnamese restaurant. This place is a hidden gem! When I was searching Yelp for bun bo hue in Sacramento, I came across Tu Quy and immediately clicked on their Yelp page. What intrigued me was one of the photos where I saw the hot stone bowl with the boiling broth and meats with the herbs and noodles served on the side. This establishment needs to be higher up on search when you look for BBH in Sac. I only came across this place because I am keen on scouring for good food, but someone doing a more cursory scroll would totally miss it. I went to try it out yesterday and wow, it's good. First you must note that this place is on the other (quieter) side of 65th. There are not many stores in this strip mall, so parking is easy to find. I was able to snag a spot right in front of the restaurant. I was seated immediately. You can get free tea or water, I got iced water. I also ordered a fresh lemon tea. I wanted to try the passionfruit juice but they didn't have it. Be advised that they might not have some of the drinks listed on the menu on hand. I didn't mind, however. I already knew what I wanted, so I flagged my server down and ordered. My herbs and noodles came in less than 5 minutes, and within an additional 10 minutes, the piping hot stone bowl was set in front of me. The broth was at a rolling boil, you can see my phone camera start to fog over! While waiting, I was happy to see that they offer extra sate (chili) for the BBH. They also have other condiments available for other dishes. I let my bowl sit for a few minutes before adding the noodles and herbs. The bowl was not big enough to fit everything at once, which was fine. I added about 3/4 of everything and then added more later when I ate some of the noodles. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and size of the meats that were in the bowl. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and I was given a huge pork knuckle to enjoy, complete with rich, flavorful skin and quite a bit of meat. The meatballs were house made and so flavorful, and the cha lua piece that I got was very thick and peppery! In most other restaurants where I've had BBH, I rarely have gotten the thick slices of meat and knuckle that I did here, let alone house made meatballs. The herbs were extremely fresh and I even got some banana blossoms, which again many restaurants seem to never serve. I thoroughly enjoyed the broth as well. It was clear, yet rich and savory, and paired so well with every other aspect of the dish. I took my time enjoying this bowl. I'm usually a fast eater, but with the temperature of the bowl as well as all the sate I added, I had to slow down, but it was well worth it. I will need to bring my husband here asap as well as a few friends. They would loooove it. Can't wait to be back!

Went on a Thursday. Food is always good. The music makes you wanna bust out your best karaoke voice. Staff is attentive. Portions are generous. Soups always come out piping hot.

I hadn't realized this place had already been open for a year - what a hidden gem! Their menu is straightforward and has delicious options from banh canh cua to bun bo hue (served in a stone pot so it stays hot!) with hu tieu kho (a new favorite). There's plenty of parking and service is quick. They're open until 8pm every day except Friday, so stop in today and taste their chili oil as a topping on your favorite dish!

On a cold, quiet Sunday morning we came here to try out the bun rieu. Been on a hunt to find the best one in the 916 and this place takes the top spot so far.Likes: Hot stone bowl with the broth, proteins appeared fresh, broth was flavorful and did not require extra seasoning (condiments are on the table if needed). Ample parking. Restaurant is also big so plenty of seating.Dislikes: Broken noodles. Will be back to try the BBH!

Yum yum yum!!!! This is one noodle restaurant that is actually busy in this plaza. This plaza is actually pretty dead and everything that has opened in here hasn't done well and shuts down. I foresee a good future here. It was jam packed on a week day during lunch. Their hot stone holding all of the noodles keeps the noodles so so so hot!!!! The BBH was delicious! Broth was perfect. My friend hot stone BBH was boiling. Only thing I would say is that there isn't enough meat. It is on the pricier end but the flavor is there for sure. I tried their passionfruit drink and it was mixed with lemonade. It was refreshing, but beware it does taste like it's mixed with lemonade not pure juice. A typical Asian restaurant vibe with Asian decor and furnishing. Will be back when I was to splurge on BBH.

The bun bo hue was good. I feel like I had to add more stuff to make it to my liking though, so I wouldn't rate it as my top bbh. Service wasn't good. - They forgot our tea and never brought it out even after we asked- Hair in my condiments- They were out of their beef bone but didn't let us know until the food came out already. Had they told us before, we wouldn't have ordered that dish
