This place is amazing and everyone is so friendly and inviting. The coaches understand that kids will be kids and allow them to learn while providing them guidance. My daughter loves this place so much that we had a birthday party here. They advertise that the party host will take care of everything and the coaches will help all the kids and they went above and beyond setting everything up and quickly learning the children's names. All of the parents complimented how well it was put together. I highly recommend for class and birthday parties.

Unprofessional management, unprofessional teacher. My child left in tears and had nightmares from the incident. I spoke with the manager and we went into circles about how the teacher manhandled my child and the manager kept trying to tell me the teacher's side of the story. Her dad was right behind her, if the teacher needed my daughter to vacate the play area, she could have simply SPOKEN to my husband instead of putting her hands on my child. We always tell children to use their words, the teacher is a grown adult and supposed to be a child professional. Yet, she couldn't use her words and speak to another adult about what she needed. There is no reason, whatsoever, that would excuse what the coach did. She did not need to touch my child nor forcibly remove her when her father was there. He would've gladly done it had the teacher simply communicated what she needed. When I reiterated to the manager I wanted to take my child out of the class, she snarkily responded that she would gladly take us out. Very professional way to deal with a parent complaining about how she didn't want her child touched in that way.The manager told me she would always support the teachers/coaches. Which is great for them, not for my 3 year old child who had nightmares all night.

I can't say enough amazing things about Tricks! We have been going there for nearly a year and ever since the first encounter when I wanted to enroll, I've been given the most amazing customer service! They have a long waitlist, and it is clear why. They give impeccable care and service to their students and their families. Ever since we have started, my children are greeted at the door by name, and so am I. That is pretty rare for people to remember an entire family's name, but they do! We started off with two of my three children attending classes but since my youngest turned 18 months, he has been able to attend the Toddler Class to and it's his favorite day of the week! He absolutely loves his teacher Coach Catie and I love how the activities in the class are so well planned out, and the children stay busy and engaged, all while learning the entire time. My daughter is in the gymnastics class and she enjoys it so much! She has had a few different teachers but they have all been so wonderful and she has learned so much, and become much better coordinated with her movements. My older son is in TAG. He started out in Tiger Tag and absolutely loved it. He has recently been promoted to Warrior Tag and was nervous about the switch to a higher level. He was having a meltdown on the first day of his new class and it was really hard to convince him to go into class. The entire team at Tricks was very understanding and patient, and three different coaches took the time to try to calm him down and help him through his anxiety. I was in tears seeing him anxious like that and trying to reason with him wasn't working, but Coach Rae, Coach Jeevan and Coach Evan were all extremely kind, loving and patient with him, and he was able to get through it. I could not be more grateful for the kindness we experienced that day. There's so much more to say but I think I've made it clear. This place and it's staff are amazing and we will definitely be coming here for years to come.

We've been coming to tricks for years now and the kids love it. It's a 40 minute drive during peak traffic hours and we still continue to go here over closer facilities.

My daughter loves this place! All coaches seem to be pretty nice! There was a long wait list for her class, but it was worth the wait. I would recommend signing your child up early! Spots fill up fast! My daughters coach is Miss Bella. She is super nice and attentive to all the kids! There is an online parent portal as well that you can pay through and track progress of your child.

I like how they're implementing the cohort method with class pods and I appreciate the temperature checks and provided hand sanitizer; they're really going above and beyond when it comes to adhering to CDC recommendations. However, today was our last class. I was frustrated with the blonde woman at the front desk who informed me that my 3 year old "wouldn't be able to take the class if he couldn't remain with the teacher because it's not safe" the environment is the responsibility of the facility. Safety gates should be considered (there's a gate to enter classes; I'm unsure why it doesn't wrap around to enclose and section off the entirety of the toddler area). Running off isn't a behavior exclusive to my son and if there's a safety risk it should be mitigated as toddlers are still cognitively developing impulse control. The curriculum also lacks imaginative aspects that would make it more engaging as well as gymnastics descriptors that help build skill development. Our experience was lackluster but not terrible.

My daughter has been going here for a couple months now and recently she had a very unfortunate event that led her into a serious surgery and had her out of play for a month. We didn't want to withdraw her because this has been her outlet and for a 2 year old it's needed to get her energy out and teach responsibility. The Tricks team has been nothing but supportive during her healing. With holding her spot until she returns and even mailed her a very thoughtful card from Ms. Sam and the entire Tricks team in Sacramento sending her love and prayers. The things they did for our family wasn't even needed of them but it also shows the team as a whole that they really love what they do and care about our children completely! This is something we are truly grateful for and it's not going unnoticed in our family. We love this team unconditionally!
